Is it possible to treat people well and still be on top of the world? That’s one question that this week's lawsuit against Lizzo has me asking.Three of Lizzo’s former dancers filed suit against her, her production company and her dance captain Tuesday in a 37-page complaint that challenges the singer's public image as a beacon of confidence, self-respect and goodness toward all. Arianna Davis, Crystal Williams and Noelle Rodriguez accuse the defendants of creating a hostile work environment and lodge nine allegations that range from sexual harassment and fat-shaming to verbal abuse. W hen I moved from Brooklyn to Pittsburgh for grad school in 2012, it was a sort of homecoming, since I’d grown up in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, about two hours away. I doubted that the food in Pittsburgh could possibly compete with New York’s — cue the melancholy marathon of one more chocolate mousse cheesecake at Junior’s, a final slice from Joe’s, a last everything from H & H — and in some ways, I discovered that I was right: The best place to start the search for bagels and pizza in Pittsburgh was at the airport, where you can buy...

Bidenomics, the term for “Government Gone Wild! in terms of spending and EPA regulations, is a disaster for the US middle class and low wage workers. Prime Minister Justin Trudeau‘s underage accuser was much younger at the time of their relationship than was first thought, her father tells The Chronicle. Some in the public discourse pegged the accusor at 17 years old. That is inaccurate. “She was much, much younger than that,” the wealthy Canadian businessman told The Chronicle yesterday. He was not a party to the $2.25 million mutual non-disclosure non-disparagement agreement that she signed, in exchange for her continued silence, on the Wednesday evening of October 9th. The terms of that agreement prevent both the accuser and Trudeau from acknowledging “any aspect” of that...
