If these professors need a phone ap to teach they need to resign and find new jobs.

I don’t think it’s this lawsuit has a chance in hell in the same world. If they want to be on TikTok the little darlings can use their own private cell phones/computers.

It would be one thing if the government was telling them that they could not have a TikTok account on their on time but that doesn’t seem to be the case.

That’s not a 1st amendment fight. That’s a property fight. And Texas will win. They pay for the stuff, they can control what’s on them.

Professors who want to waste time and student money on TikTok should be ashamed to be professors.

If that causes them to lose their ability to teach they should find other work more suited to their skills like cleaning mens restrooms.
