In conjunction with the rise of American voices calling for granting licenses in favor of organizations that encourage promiscuity and homosexuality, the Parliamentary Legal Committee confirms its intention to introduce legislation to protect society from negative phenomena supported by the West. A member of the Legal Committee, Aref Al-Hamami, said in a statement to Al-Maalouma, “His committee hopes to pass a law to criminalize anyone who promotes and supports deviant paths.” Al-Hamami added, “All political blocs support the enactment of a law that criminalizes homosexuality, deviant acts, drugs and other negative phenomena.”

LONDON (AP) – The Scottish government has proposed decriminalising possession of all drugs for personal use to tackle one of Europe’s highest overdose death rates. A shooting at a party in El Paso, Texas wounded eight people on Friday night, according to a news report. Police in El Paso said the shooting happened on Swan Drive near the El Paso Country Club in the city’s Upper Valley area around 9:45 p.m., KVIA-TV reported.
