The DoJ is already saying they most likely will not respond to records requests until after Hunter Deal is heard. And Dirty Delaware Weiss has already told Congress he will not respond to their requests.
So, I looked up the Judge that is ruling on the Heritage Foundation motion to compel Documents, and that DC Judge is the one that threw out Carter Page’s Lawsuit against the FBi and individuals that lied on FISA apps to get Surveillance on him and the entire Trump team. She even threw out a Lawsuit against Kevin Clinesmith, who admitted he intentionally falsified the Affidavits. Numerous Others falsified sworn Docs in Crossfire Hurricane, but they claimed error and careless mistakes (17 of them).
I think the Deep State is in full force and no one can point to a any motion in history that has gone against Biden in Delaware.

This is what happened here - Joe wanted the Hunter issue closed in the quiet time after Mid-terms. They had to wait to let the worst charges age out with the Statute of Limitations, and they did, as predicted.

I well remember that. And what’s most interesting is that after the FBI gave her that “Get out of jail free card” more damning evidence was found concerning Hillary and the FBI had to open another investigation.

The next thing we hear on a Holiday weekend, with no other motions filed, the Judge, without explanation, submitted paperwork to remove himself as the Judge on the case. And the next Judge played ball,
A huge point here is that when a Judge signs off, the case on everything older than that date is CLOSED. The Laptop is trash at that point. Case Closed.
