Someone I know went to Tractor Supply today to buy a chick. The individual was told that he/she had to supply a phone number and updated address to buy the chicks. New details have emerged about a shooting that left a man critically injured in River North on Saturday evening, a crime that one Chicago police detective said left “upwards of 50” shell casings in the street.
