Salas said he then watched as the fraudulent votes were added in alphabetical order, with the names coming from people who hadn’t voted in the election.
The new votes gave Johnson the primary victory over then-Gov. Coke Stevenson by an 87-vote margin. Johnson - subsequently bestowed with the nickname “Landslide Lyndon”

This isn’t new. I read John Connolly’s biography and he had the same story, only LBJ lost a Governor’s race in 1946 and Connolly blamed himself because he was LBJ’s campaign manager and was talking to someone on the phone the night of the election and blabbed that it looked like they had a 100-vote lead. Soon that lead was gone (this was Democrats stealing from Democrats, mind you).
LBJ vowed this would never happen to him again and ordered Connolly to keep his mouth shut on election night. Supposedly the suspicious votes in Box 13 were not only in alphabetical order but the signatures were in the same handwriting.
And LBJ wore that “Landslide Lyndon” nickname throughout his days in the Senate.
John Kennedy stole the election from Richard Nixon……The GOP has to run against a failed president in most cases..they can not manufacture enough fake ballots…Trump will not win this time…they will have enough fake ballots…plus ballot harvesting…

IT isn’t news that Lyndon Johnson stole that election -—after losing the previous election by theft from his opponent. That’s the way it was in S. Texas/ and probably still is today.
Human nature is the same. It is Deep State/Media bias which makes the difference.
I guess this is a sin in the eyes of God since it is a form of theft and I doubt many on the left repent any of their tactics.

Fixed voting machines are just the new version of box 13. How many times did we hear of boxes of votes being brought in at the last minute with 101% of precincts voting for D in the past few presidential elections.
Johnson’s association with Clyde, Texas’, Billie Sol Estes, was an example of virtue and honesty with no corruption at all.
The stories of corruption in Alice,Texas and also Tilden County are legend. I was a uranium geologist in this province during the 70’s and 80’s. The theft of this election was talked about as if Robin Hood had outsmarted the Sheriff of Nottingham. In any event the veracity of the theft story was never at issue.
