[Catholic Caucus] USCCB Tackles Gender Affirming Care: Satan wins againAt its annual Spring Assembly to be held this week in Orlando, FL (June 14-16, 2023), the hirelings that comprise the USCCB will vote on whether or not to amend the “Ethical and Religious Directives for Catholic Health Care Services” to include commentary aimed at regulating Catholic institutions’ participation in what godless leftists call “gender affirming care.” Specifically, the bishops will proffer a voice vote, yea or nay, on a “Doctrinal Note on the Moral Limits to Technological Manipulation of the Human Body,” a 5,000 word text that could easily be...

A California woman whose breasts were removed when she was 13-years-old because she thought she was transgender is now suing the doctors and hospital that oversaw the procedure — claiming they were in it for the money. Kayla Lovdahl, now 18, says she was pushed to “entertain the erroneous belief that she was transgender” at age 11, after being exposed to online influencers, according to the lawsuit she filed in California State Court against Kaiser Foundation Hospitals and four doctors. “…they essentially handed Kayla the prescription pad, and allowed her naïve, emotional, childish, rollercoaster of feelings to dictate the so-called...

Right-wingers are accusing the war game of going “woke.”Here at Them, we like to poke fun at the increasingly bonkers boycotts over “woke” capitalism. But it’s starting to get out of hand. How can you engage people who earnestly believe the soyboy agenda has now infected Call of Duty? Yes, your college roommate’s favorite thing to do instead of washing dishes made headlines last week, following a show of allyship from its publisher, Activision Blizzard. It started when popular Twitch streamer Puckett shared a video on June 7 of anti-LGBTQ+ extremists assaulting counterprotestors outside a school board meeting in Glendale,...

Twister Sister frontman Dee Snider has had it with people “folding” to cancel culture — weeks after he drew the ire of trans activists for agreeing with another iconic rocker’s criticism about pushing gender ideology on kids. “You don’t have to cave, you don’t have to apologize if you did nothing wrong,” the 68-year-old Long Island native told Fox News Digital Saturday. “If you did something wrong, you know? If you did something wrong, you raped a woman, yeah, you gotta do more than apologize, but at the same time, that’s not something you stand strong about. “But if you...

“What we found is [that] the whole representation of what is happening is a lie … The U.S. government is representing to the public that this is a health event and the response to a health event. But in fact, … this is a military operation.” In this episode, I sit down with former pharmaceutical executive Sasha Latypova. She emerged from retirement during the COVID-19 pandemic to become a whistleblower after she observed the government and vaccine manufacturers veering away from established clinical research and public health protocols. “The total volume of adverse events and deaths was tens of times...

Fox News: Deep State Collaborators Waving the Flag With all that in mind, let’s think about Fox News. Starting with election night 2020, that operation aligned itself with the Deep State, the architects of election fraud, and those in the GOP who’d rather lose the country than lose control of the party to populist candidates … such as Donald Trump. (And Kari Lake, and Lauren Boebert, and Matt Gaetz.) With a few honorable exceptions (soon to be purged) Fox personalities joined in the mass gaslighting of Americans, assuring them that the 2020 election was “the most secure in history,” and...

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott extended the state’s ban on male-born competitors in female scholastic sports by signing legislation to include collegiate athletics. Flanked by state lawmakers and female athletes, the Republican signed Senate Bill 15, which builds on the state’s 2021 law prohibiting biological males from participating in girls’ sports in K-12 public schools. “Today is an important day for female athletes across the state of Texas, including little girls who aspire to one day compete in college sports,” Mr. Abbott said. “The Save Women’s Sports Act protects young women at Texas colleges and universities by prohibiting men from competing...

Up to 500 people are still missing from a migrant boat that sank off Greece, the UN human rights office says. Large numbers of women and children were among those missing in the "horrific tragedy" that left 78 people dead, said spokesman Jeremy Laurence. The appalling loss of life underscored the need to bring people smugglers to justice, he added. But it also made clear that search and rescue at sea was a "legal and humanitarian imperative". In a joint statement with the International Organization for Migration, the refugee agency said any search and rescue action had to be conducted...

For patients with refractory immune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI)-induced colitis, fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT) is an effective treatment, according to a study. Taylor M. Halsey and colleagues, reported a case series of 12 patients with refractory immune-mediated colitis (IMC) who underwent FMT from healthy donors as salvage therapy. All patients had grade 3 or 4 ICI-related diarrhea or colitis that did not respond to standard first- and second-line immunosuppression (corticosteroids and infliximab or vedolizumab). The researchers found that 10 of the 12 patients achieved symptom improvement and three patients required repeat FMT; two of these had no subsequent response. Ninety-two percent...

Danielle Smith, the current premier of Alberta in Canada, has done something remarkable. She took the bold and unprecedented step of apologizing to unvaccinated Canadians who’ve faced unfair treatment from the government throughout the “pandemic.” But Ms. Smith actually went beyond just issuing an apology, Danielle actually made a promise: anyone who was terminated from their job due to their refusal of the COVID-19 vaccine will be reinstated. Wow. That’s not the type of humility you hear from politicians everyday, is it? Comedian and conservative podcaster Jimmy Dore was actually blown away by this apology and covered it at length.

Millions of people around the world wear contact lenses, including reusable ones. But these plastic lenses don't last forever, and lenses need to be replaced every few days, weeks or months. Though scientists are still grappling to understand the health and environmental impacts of microplastics, it is important to understand where they can appear and what systems they could impact. When measuring aquatic microplastic pollution, researchers generally filter plastic fragments from large amounts of sampled water. The researchers gathered six kinds of contact lenses from various brands and of different lifespans. To mimic normal wear and care, the lenses were...

Though federal judge Aileen Cannon was randomly chosen to preside over the trial of former President Trump on mishandling classified documents, many Democrats are not pleased. Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Dick Durbin (D-Ill) pointed out that "she is a member of the right-wing extremist Federalist Society and was appointed to her current position by Trump when he was president. Her ruling that an independent arbiter should review the 13,000 government records seized from Trump's Mar-a-Lago was later overturned by a three-judge panel from the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. Her lack of trust in the integrity of the FBI and...

On Friday, a federal judge in Massachusetts ruled a shirt that read "THERE ARE ONLY TWO GENDERS" could be construed as bullying of a protected class and is not protected speech after a 12-year-old and his father filed suit against officials in the Middlesbrough Public School district for First and Fourteenth Amendment rights violations. Judge Indira Talwani said in the court ruling, the boy and his father had "not established a likelihood of success on the merits where he is unable to counter Defendants’ showing that enforcement of the Dress Code was undertaken to protect the invasion of the rights...

Former President Donald Trump on Friday called for any Republican voting against the censure of Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) to be primaried. Anna Paulina Luna is a STAR. She never gives up, especially in holding total lowlifes like Adam “Shifty” Schiff responsible for their lies, deceit, deception, and actually putting our Country at great risk, for which he should be imprisoned! He is a Leaker and a Scoundrel. Any Republican voting against his CENSURE, or worse, should immediately be primaried. There are plenty of great candidates out there! snip During an impeachment hearing, Schiff recited a made-up conversation between Trump...

Don’t Just Blame the Dodgers: Blame the Collapse of Catholic FidelityProminent Church leaders promote, defend, and encourage the LGBTQ movement. As the debate continues to rage over Los Angeles Dodgers’ honoring of the “good works” performed by the “Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence” — a group that has spent the last four decades denigrating Catholic religious nuns by dressing in drag and performing obscene gestures at Gay Pride parades — most of the criticism is directed at Dodgers management for caving to pressure from the LGBTQ tyrants. Few seem to notice the role that the LGBTQ enablers have played from their privileged...

Amid news that Chilean criminal gangs have been burglarizing homes in Orange County, officials are concerned about a particular visa program that allows Chilean nationals to come into the United States on 90-day visas without having to provide a criminal background check. O.C. District Attorney Todd Spitzer says the program causes issues in court when someone is arrested and comes before a judge and they are unable to prove a criminal background, if any. If they are released on a lower bail or no bail at all, they usually don’t show up for future hearings.
