A U.S. Army officer says a squatter moved into her DeKalb County home while she was serving on active duty, and now she can’t have him evicted. She told Channel 2 Consumer Investigator Justin Gray that she found out when her real estate agent was making final preparations to sell the house. “He’s not a tenant. He’s a squatter,” Lt. Colonel Dahlia Daure said. There are ‘beware of dog’ signs in some windows and cardboard covering others at her Ellenwood home in DeKalb County. Daure says someone she’s never met moved in without her knowledge or permission, and now won’t...

U.S. — A new USA Today poll has found that an overwhelming majority of Democrats are in favor of welcoming immigrants from Central and South America into other people's neighborhoods. The study showed that Democrats are very pro-immigration as long as the immigration is to areas very far away from themselves. "We found that 92% of liberal Americans are 'strongly in favor' of as many immigrants as possible moving into the country, as long as they never have to see them or deal with them in person," said the study's lead researcher, Dr. Henry Bollickson. "When we posed the question...

President Joe Biden was invited to give the commencement speech to excited graduates at Howard University this weekend. Usually, these speeches are inspirational and uplifting for graduates. Generally, speakers talk of the future, give advice for facing life’s adversities, and generally sending the happy grads off to start their new lives. Never one to even meet the lowest expectations, President Biden chose a different kind of speech, indeed. BIDEN at Howard University: "The most dangerous terrorist threat to our homeland is white supremacy, and I'm not saying this because I'm at a Black HBCU..."

From the moment of our independence, the first question as posited by Mercy Warren was “what government consistent with the Declaration of Independence can be designed by men too proud for monarchy, too poor for nobility, and it is to be feared, too selfish and avaricious for a virtuous republic?” Republicanism was in our blood. Despite the efforts of the British Crown all of the states had evolved from quasi-republican colonies. There was no other choice. The challenge was how to secure republican liberty in a society composed of normal, often selfish people. For Mercy Warren, the answer was found...

Democrats have got Feinstein, Fetterman, and Biden all propped up ‘Weekend at Bernie’s’-style — because with a body and an ‘aye,’ the party can go on. Dianne Feinstein is back at her Senate perch and “ready to roll up her sleeves and get to work.” At least that’s what her colleague Chuck Schumer says. “[I]t’s clear she’s back where she wants to be and ready to deliver.”Feinstein doesn’t appear to have gotten that memo. After her months-long absence from Congress with shingles, she’s back… ish. “I’m still experiencing some side effects,” Feinstein said in a statement accompanying her return to...

Inmates on notorious Rikers Island could soon be scoring “Get out of Jail Free” cards courtesy of the New York City Council. Progressive Democratic Council members approved a controversial bill aimed at slashing the lock-up’s population by creating new borough-based, taxpayer-funded “jail population review” teams to decide who among the complex’s roughly 6,000 prisoners meet yet-to-be-determined criteria “for early case resolution or pretrial release.” Democratic Councilman Robert Holden called it among the most “dangerous” pieces of legislation he’s ever seen. The goal of the bill, sponsored by left-wing Councilwoman Carlina Rivera (D-Manhattan), is lowering the jail population to meet a...

Tens of thousands of ranchers are reporting the largest beef supply drop since 1962 as herds continue to shrink all across the country. The meat shortages we have been warned about for months are now hitting all major grocery stores, and consumers are seeing prices soar to levels last seen during the inflation peak of June 2022. However, livestock economists say that a price spike will likely be seen in the months ahead, with summer demand further squeezing inventories at supermarkets. A new report reveals that many Americans have already begun stockpiling meat to get ready for the shortages that...

Right now, the Fed’s gold certificate values gold at $42.22 an ounce. That’s obviously not anywhere near the market price of gold, which, again, is about $2,042 an ounce. Now, the Treasury could issue the Fed a new gold certificate valuing the 8,000 tons of Treasury gold at $2,042 an ounce. They could take today’s market price of $2,042, subtract the official $42.22 price and multiply the difference by 8,000 tons.

In a webinar presentation for clients last year, which Fang analyzed on his Substack, Flashpoint analyst Vlad Cuiujuclu demonstrated his company’s methods for identifying and entering encrypted Telegram chat groups. He explained how the company attempted to join chatrooms of transportation workers resisting the COVID-19 vaccine mandates....
