Joe Biden is going ‘all in’ on subjecting our gun rights to the dictates of the United Nations Small Arms Treaty — and if he’s successful, the damage will be catastrophic! This is as serious as it gets! Here’s what’s going on: Joe Biden lost control of the House on election night last year, which means passing gun control through Congress won’t be near as easy as it was before. That’s why Biden’s turning to the United Nations Small Arms Treaty and that’s what makes this so dangerous — international treaties only need to be ratified by the Senate! To...

The man, who appeared to be shaken up, was then escorted off the field and play resumed. “She said YES 🙌🏻🙌🏻la amo,” Ricardo Juarez later posted on Instagram. His fiancee, Ramona Saavedra, shared a photo of the ring and the newly-engaged...

SACRAMENTO, Calif. (AP) — The Biden administration cleared the way Friday for California’s plan to phase out a wide range of diesel-powered trucks, part of the state’s efforts to drastically cut planet-warming emissions and improve air quality in heavy-traffic areas like ports along the coast. The decision by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency allows California — which has some of the nation’s worst air pollution — to require truck manufacturers to sell an increasing number of zero-emission trucks over the next couple of decades. The rule applies to a wide range of trucks including box trucks, semitrailers and even large...

The indictment against former President Donald Trump is "weak," but Democrats "want the circus" and the power to "rough" him up so he cannot run for the presidency in 2024, Ric Grenell told Newsmax on Thursday night."What people need to understand is that this case is going to fall apart, but Democrats don't care about that," Grenell, a former U.S. ambassador and acting national intelligence director during Trump's administration, told "Rob Schmitt Tonight." Once again, politicians use popular fears to push for open-ended power.Even if you believe that governments should be in the business of banning things such as popular communications tools, the details of the effort to eject TikTok from the United States should give you pause. Predictably, politicians are using fears that the popular social media service is spying on behalf of the Chinese government to propose broad legislation that threatens to affect much more than one app. The Rattler is a weekly newsletter from J.D. Tuccille. If you care about government overreach and tangible threats to everyday liberty, this is...

A militant transgender activist who has quickly become one of the most high-profile 'faces' of the radical movement is a former soldier, it has been claimed. Kayla Denker, who runs a YouTube site with videos dedicated to explaining Marxism and guns, posted a video of herself with an assault rifle after the Nashville school shooting. The Nashville attacker, Audrey Hale, 28, was described by police as transgender, and online appeared to reference herself as 'Aiden' - although the authorities are still referring to Hale as a woman. Hale's murder of three nine-year-olds and three staff members at a Christian school...

Ted Cruz, Twitter, 3/31/23: "This tweet—and the indictment it’s praising—is a mockery of our justice system. Pelosi says Trump has a “right” to “prove [his] innocence.” That’s exactly BACKWARDS: Under our Constitution, you’re innocent until proven guilty. The indictment is frivolous & an abuse of power." Trump is dealing with dirtbags, it's politically motivated, it's impeachment 3.0, and on steroids this time. One of the impeachments of Trump was where he was punished for what Biden dud (which Biden openly talked about concerning the Ukrainian prosecutor). A two-tier system. Kirk: "How's America doing, Bones?" Bones to Kirk: "She's dead, Jim."

One of the core arguments against the historicity of the Bible and the flood account in Genesis by scientists has been that a global flood is impossible because there simply is not enough water on earth to flood the entire thing. This despite the fact that there is evidence accepted from secular scientists that there was clearly a global cataclysm at some point in earth's recent history. But where did the water come from? In Genesis chapter 7, this is what the Bible says: In the six hundredth year of Noah's life, in the second month, on the seventeenth day...

But the city of Atlanta demolition documents references Lawton Avenue, with zip code 30314. “The demolition order itself gave the city and its contractor authority to demolition a home on a completely different street and a completely different zip code,”...

The reason for this growth has to do with several factors, including how deeply embedded Linux is within the enterprise business space, how the web browser has become the primary tool for most users, the incredible evolution of Linux on the desktop, the cost-effectiveness of Linux (it's completely free), and how the open-source operating system can save you...
