A New York judge on Friday authorized DA Alvin Bragg to make the Trump indictment public.
“A judge has authorized the Manhattan district attorney to disclose to the public that the grand jury has returned an indictment in the case of former President Donald Trump, according to a court document.” Reuters reported.
Trump has been accused of paying porn star Stormy Daniels, AKA, Stephanie Clifford, ‘hush payments’ through his then-attorney Michael Cohen in a scheme to silence her and stop the story about their alleged affair from being published in the National Enquirer.
The payments made to Stormy Daniels did NOT come from Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign.
A Manhattan Grand Jury voted to indict President Trump anyway.
The indictment is currently under seal, however, according to a leak to CNN, President Trump was hit with 34 counts related to business fraud.
It is unclear when Alvin Bragg will make the indictment public, according to Reuters.
Trump is expected to be arraigned on Tuesday at 2:15 PM ET in New York City on the trumped up charges.
Trump will not take a plea deal in the Stormy Daniels ‘hush payment’ case, according to the former president’s lawyer, Joe Tacopina.

The Grand Jury has acted upon the facts and the law.
No one is above the law, and everyone has the right to a trial to prove innocence.

Well then Daniels was in on it with Cohen, because those were the only two who willingly signed the NDA. Trump never signed it, and in 2018, Daniels even tried to sue to have the NDA declared null and void, specifically because Trump never signed it.
This “Judge” needs to prove that his court is not presided over by a fascist kangaroo.
So we’re going to hear all the testimony Which is never supposed to be heard.
So proprietary and non-disclosure agreements, and the like, are illegal?

So does this mean that the indictment is released now or that Bragg has the option to and will hold it for maximum effect?

They are releasing the charges in the indictment not the testimony.
She should give the money back.

In New York, the statute of limitations on fraud is typically 6 years.
Bragg appears to want to foment fratricide within the Republican Party, secure Trump's nomination, and then hope a Democrat can prevail over a divided Republican Party.
This would be a low-cost strategy for Bragg; if it doesn't result in a conviction, so what?
Bragg may figure that his actions should at least garner him a vice-presidential spot on the rat ticket.
She should be prosecuted for blackmail.
