Eighteen months after an insurgent “MAGA” movement took over the Greenville County Republican Party, the South Carolina GOP headquarters that’s at odds with the group is planning to seize control of the county party’s upcoming local organizational efforts. State party Executive Director Hope Walker said the move is rooted in concerns that the leadership of the county party has alienated mainline Republican voters who state leaders want to attract as they look to the 2024 election cycle. Jeff Davis, chairman of the Greenville GOP, called the state’s intervention a “tyrannical” power grab using dirty tricks to find any justification to...

Ubangi is the name of a river in central Africa. In the Oxford handbook of African languages, based upon the typological resemblances with the Kwa-Kru languages, the author saw a relationship with the name/word to the Nigritic section of the Sudan languages. Ubangi is also the name of African peoples living in the Republic of the Congo in the Congo River Basin west of Mossaka. Ubangi is also an old slang word people from Wyoming called people from Utah, implying people from Utah slept with sheep. I take the time to make these tutorial distinctions, because W.C. Fields used the...

Hot, cold, wet, dry, sunny, clear, snow, no snow – it doesn’t matter, it’s caused by global warming, the climate alarmists tell us over and again. Their desperation is palpable, the cords that keep them tethered to reality fraying more than ever, their charade coming apart. For more than 30 years, the crisis peddlers have carried the narrative that man’s carbon dioxide emissions are creating an existential threat. They’ve cajoled, bullied, lied, deceived, screeched and burned an immense volume of fossil fuels to get their hard-left agenda codified and executive ordered, and they have some successes to refer to. But...

Glass takes one million years to decompose, which means it never wears out and can be recycled an infinite amount of times! Gold is the only metal that doesn't rust, even if it's buried in the ground for thousands of years. when a person dies hearing is the last sense to go. The first sense lost is sight. Your tongue is the only muscle in your body that is attached at only one end. The tooth is the only part of the human body that cannot heal itself. If you stop getting thirsty, you need to drink more water. When...

As I write this Super Bowl LVII is tied in the first quarter. I am not here to discuss the game. I am here to discuss the “Black National Anthem”. Or rather that we CAN only have one National Anthem and that ain’t it. Don’t get me wrong “Lift Every Voice and Sing” is a Beautiful piece of music. Our Nina wrote about the history of the song two years ago. The lyrics are beautiful... It is a beautiful piece but it is NOT our National Anthem. Newsweek was distraught that Representative Lauren Boebert pointed this out: Boebert became the...

The battle for Bakhmut is a war within a war. Some of the fiercest fighting of the invasion has happened here. And now the Kremlin's forces are gaining ground, metre by metre, body by body. Wave after wave of mercenaries from the notorious Wagner group have been sent into battle here. There are reports of fields of Russian corpses. Moscow now has effective control of both main roads into the city, leaving just one back route left - a slender supply line."They have been trying to take the city since July," says Iryna, press officer of the 93rd Brigade. "Little...

CAIRO, Friday, Feb. 13. The Levees on the Mississippi side of the Mississippi River, twelve miles below Helena at Yazoo Pass, have been cut by our forces. They have also been cut at Greenville, and on the Louisiana side opposite Lake Providence. CAIRO, Friday, Feb. 13. Memphis papers of the 11th have been received. The rebel advance in Mississippi is said to be at Okolona, trying to repair the railroad destroyed by Gen. GRANT. The inclemency of the weather delays movements. By the way of Tuscumbia it is reported that the enemy have moved a large part of the army...

The New York Times showcased an apparent disregard for human life when it chose to legitimize the idea of mass suicide as one “drastic” method to deal with Japan’s aging population. The Times pushed the extremism of Yale University Associate Professor of Economics Yusuke Narita, who apparently doesn’t mince words. “‘I feel like the only solution is pretty clear,’” Nartia reportedly stated during a 2021 online news program. “‘In the end, isn’t it mass suicide and mass ‘seppuku’ of the elderly?’ Seppuku is an act of ritual disembowelment that was a code among dishonored samurai in the 19th century.’” The...

Pray For The Peace of JerusalemMark 4The Parable of the Sower4 Again Jesus began to teach by the lake. The crowd that gathered around him was so large that he got into a boat and sat in it out on the lake, while all the people were along the shore at the water’s edge. 2 He taught them many things by parables, and in his teaching said: 3 “Listen! A farmer went out to sow his seed. 4 As he was scattering the seed, some fell along the path, and the birds came and ate it up. 5 Some fell...

China’s use of balloons to overfly U.S. territory is not an accident – it’s part of China’s Long Game for capturing Taiwan and becoming the world’s leading superpower. What is this Long Game? China is the oldest country on earth, dating back to 4,000 B.C. Honoring their ancient general-philosopher Sun Tzu, China’s earned a reputation for playing the “Long Game,” whether the game involves corporate stratagems or strategic military plans. Add to this, when it comes to China, there are no coincidences. When planning for the long term, everything happening in the here and now are inevitably linked to their...

When someone shows up at a U.S. port of entry asking for admission and claiming to have information of interest to the United States, CBP and the Department of Homeland Security are tasked with verifying the information provided. If the information is confirmed as true and the person is deemed credible, they are then passed off to the FBI. “The deal with a walk-in is his ID has to be verified and his story checked as well — that could take some time,” explained one U.S. intelligence official. “If and only if he checks out, meaning he is who he...

I am posting this article, which isn't new news in order to illustrate two important facts: (1) the USAF and USSF have the means to both intercept telemetry from foreign intelligence assets AND the ability to stop said assets from 'phoning home.' (2) despite the junk news and pontificating by 'media experts' I am confident our military took the steps necessary to protect our nation. In my professional life I work closely with USAF and USSF personnel and despite idiocy from political leadership, I know the Commands, Airmen and Guardians who work in the area of 'intel' are skilled and...

Former South Carolina governor and UN Ambassador Nikki Haley announced Tuesday that she is running for president, seeking the Republican nomination for the 2024 election. In a video message posted on Twitter, Haley touted her record as South Carolina's governor, while looking to the future and the needs of the country. "It's time for a new generation of leadership," Haley stated. Haley identified numerous threats facing the country, from the "socialist left" to Russia and China, warning that there are those who see the United States as vulnerable. "They all think we can be bullied, kicked around. You should know...

We should be suspicious of weird coincidences. It’s week five of the Justice Department’s most high-profile—and high-stakes—criminal trial related to the events of January 6, 2021. Five members of the Proud Boys face the rare “seditious conspiracy” charge. Guilty verdicts—almost certain given the government’s near-perfect conviction rate for January 6 defendants—would build legal momentum for a similar indictment against Donald Trump. (The trial is so crucial that Matthew Graves, the Biden-appointed U.S. attorney for the District of Columbia responsible for prosecuting every January 6 case, has shown up in the courtroom on at least three occasions.) Trump is a major...
