The Destroyers know they have limited time to do their mischief before they're found out. And so they're working hard. Think of the thousands of people working like diabolical ants so we can be reborn in their diabolical image. They have a secret weapon they employ against us. By tearing up the railroad tracks, burning bridges, and putting sugar in our gas tanks, they plan to ensure there is no going back to our old ways. In a page out of history, Cortés burned his ships when he reached the New World to make a point: there was no going...

HEADQUARTERS ARMY OF THE POTOMAC, Monday, Jan. 26. This morning, Maj.-Gen. BURNSIDE turned over the command of the Army of the Potomac to Maj.-Gen. Jos. HOOKER, who came to the headquarters of the camp for that purpose. As soon as the change became known throughout the army, a considerable number of the superior officers called on Gen. BURNSIDE, and took their parting leave of him with many regrets. The following is the address of Gen. BURNSIDE to the army: HEADQUARTERS OF THE ARMY OF THE POTOMAC, CAMP NEAR FALMOUTH, Jan. 26, 1863. GENERAL ORDERS, No. 9. -- By direction fo...

To create and sustain a "free world," citizens actually have to be willing to stand up to their governments. Senator Lindsey Graham desperately wants more money and weapons for Ukraine. Recently standing in Kyiv alongside two (other?) Democrat senators — one who repeatedly lied about his service in Vietnam and another who repeatedly lied about President Trump being a Russian spy — Graham demanded American tanks on the ground immediately. "World order is at stake!" he declared. Something serious must be at stake over there; having thrown over a hundred billion dollars to a nation that was known universally as...

Tuesday, January 31st, Cinemapolis will begin offering “Masked Tuesdays.” The theater will start offering a day when all staff and moviegoers will wear masks. On “Masked Tuesdays,” Cinemapolis will not offer typical concession sales. Candy and baked goods will be available for purchase to take home, but the theater will not sell concessions to eat during the movie in order to encourage consistent masking on these days. The theater uses a HEPA air filtration system to maximize safety at...

After nearly two months of barbs and accusations, a major fight for the future of the Republican Party concludes Friday at a luxury seaside resort in southern California’s Orange County. That’s where the Republican National Committee’s (RNC) 168 members, gathering for their annual winter meeting, will hold a secret ballot vote for the national party’s next chair. On the eve of the highly anticipated vote, one of the most popular politicians in the GOP weighed-in on the race, as Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis called for "a change" and urged "new blood" at the RNC. The conservative governor, whose seen his...

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis proposed changes to his state's criminal justice laws on Thursday, including making child rapists eligible for the death penalty and reducing the number of jurors required to dole out capital punishment. Citing the case of Parkland school shooter Nikolas Cruz, who was spared execution last year after the jury failed to reach a unanimous verdict on capital punishment, DeSantis said that only the vast majority or a supermajority of a jury should be required to issue a death sentence. "One juror should not be able to veto that," DeSantis said at the Miami Police Benevolent Association....

Denmark plans compulsory military conscription for women, as the Nordic country seeks to significantly boost the size of its armed forces. The move can help Denmark meet its requirements under its Nato membership. It would also be “beneficial” for the military if it had more women employed, Danish Defence Minister and Deputy Prime Minister Jakob Ellemann-Jensen said in an interview with broadcaster TV2. Currently, women can join on a voluntary basis while men generally are required to serve if they are called on under a lottery system. The new measure has the backing of several women’s organisations and comes as...

Rapper Azealia Banks is singing the praises of Ron DeSantis, saying the Republican governor of Florida encouraged her to swap Los Angeles for Miami and describing the potential presidential candidate as 'practical' and someone who is 'focused on the basic s***'. Banks, 31, told The Guardian that she was disappointed by the virtue-signaling which she found rampant in Democratic-controlled California. 'Every which way I turn [in LA] there's a Black Lives Matter sign, and then we're watching swathes of Latino people die every day because they're considered essential workers,' she said. 'There are no Latino Lives Matter signs. 'That's not...

At the very end of 2022, the now exiled chief Rabbi of Moscow made a remarkable statement, urging Russian Jews to leave the country while still possible, before they are made scapegoats for the hardship caused by Russia’s war in Ukraine. Despite the Kremlin’s long standing efforts to portray Russia as the main force of resistance against Nazism, now and throughout history, pro-Kremlin media have routinely entertained anti-Semitic messaging. A lot of it originated in Russian nationalist conservative and religious circles. It was, if not supported, then tolerated by Russian authorities, and made its way into pro-Kremlin media. After US President Joe Biden signed the bipartisan Chips and Science Act into law in August, aimed at shoring up domestic semiconductor manufacturing and deterring similar investment in China, Dragonbridge published content mirroring rhetoric from Chinese state media and trade institutions, portraying the US law as anticompetitive and unfair to China, Google said. Dragonbridge also spread narratives criticising the US for supplying Ukraine with military equipment, as well as claiming that the US government was behind the monkeypox outbreak and protests in China against Covid-19 lockdown measures.

Nearly everything we say at mass has its roots in Sacred Scripture. This guide will help you if anyone you know is in doubt about that. Catholics quote scripture all the time, and there actions are deeply scriptural. After all, scripture flowed out of the early Church. The Church came first, the New Testament and the canon of scripture second.GreetingPriest: In the Name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. (Matt. 28:19) People: Amen (1 Chr 16:36) Priest: The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ and the love of God and the fellowship of the...
