Will drag queens in the pulpit become "mainstream" in the United Methodist Church? That's what one Methodist critic is warning after a UMC pastor in Florida invited a man dressed in women’s clothing to preach a sermon with children seated next to him during a recent church service. Allendale UMC Senior Pastor Andy Oliver said he invited Isaac Simmons, who performs in drag as “Ms. Penny Cost,” to deliver the sermon on Oct. 2 because he wants “all people to see people like themselves called by God to preach the Gospel.” In a Facebook post, Oliver wrote that Simmons —...

I am pretty sure that I have never praised the Biden Administration. I mean, why would I?Well, I may have found a reason, believe it or not. It seems that the Biden Administration has struck a huge blow against the Chinese tech industry, and it wasn’t even by accident. They did something right, and never let it be said that I am more unfair to liberals than my job naturally requires.I learned about this from a Twitter thread that I ran across on Friday and wanted to take some time to digest the information, both in the thread and by...

The doctor was driving from Los Angeles to San Diego on October 7. She activated Autosteer for the first time and said the Model 3 was changing lanes every ten seconds or so. When she reached Camp Pendleton after stopping in Irvine for a late lunch, a car in front of hers slowed down. That was the trigger for her car to also decelerate and not move again. An error popped up saying Autopilot was disengaged, but that was pretty much it. There was no warning that the vehicle was losing power, was out of charge, or anything like that....

Sen. Mike Lee (R-UT) leads Utah independent Senate candidate Evan McMullin by 15 points, according to a poll released Monday. Lee leads McMullin 47 to 32 percent — 15 points — in an OH Predictive Insights poll. Five percent of likely voters would vote for someone other than Lee or McMullin, and 16 percent remain undecided. The poll was conducted after the Club for Growth Action ran ads that highlighted McMullin’s history of disparaging Republicans as racist and bigots. In reaction to these ads, McMullin decided to file a lawsuit against the conservative action group. Watch clips: “Evan McMullin, Running...

Putin’s partial mobilization continues to look like a disaster. There are reports that some of the new recruits are being sent to the front lines in Ukraine with little or no training or equipment. Mobilized soldiers and their families provide their own equipment and even medical supplies before they ship out.A half-dozen Russian soldiers talk about being shipped to an area of intense fighting in eastern Ukraine just 11 days after their mobilization. Asked about his shooting practice, a bearded conscript says, “Once. Three magazines.”…Elsewhere, scores of relatives of freshly drafted Russian soldiers crowd outside a training center, passing items...

WTF are they doing? This is incomprehensible.Researchers at Boston University have performed gain-of-function research using recombinant DNA. They combined the spike protein from the Omicron variant of the COVID-19 virus with the original strain of the virus and came up with an artificially created variant with an 80% mortality rate in mice. In mice the Omicron variant causes mild illness, not vast mortality. When I first read the article I literally could not believe it. And I mean that seriously. It was too insane to believe. But the Daily Mail has the goods, linking to the research itself, which indeed does...

The socialist city councilwoman who led the efforts to defund and demonize the Seattle Police Department is again asking for special treatment. City councilwoman Kshama Sawant’s residence has reportedly been defaced with feces at least four times this month. The last incident, on Oct. 13, is being investigated as a political or racial bias incident. It’s unclear if the genesis of the feces is human or animal. Now, Sawant is demanding the SPD to post officers outside her home from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. until the suspect is arrested, according to multiple sources speaking to the Jason Rantz Show...

LEARNING MORE FACTS ABOUT THE FALSE TRUMP-RUSSIA-COLLUSION. HERE ARE THE BASICS:The latest: The Trial of Igor Danchenko, Christopher Steele’s source for his dirty dossier against then-candidate Trump. Why is this important? We are learning more on how government employees (FBI, DOJ) worked with a political party (the Democrats) to destroy their political opponents, i.e., Trump and his allies. Most probably, the Democrats and government employees who participated in this scam will get away with it, but at least Americans are going to know how they did it.

First lady Jill Biden tore into White House staffers after they failed to cut off President Biden’s second solo press conference in January — when her husband kept taking questions even as then-press secretary Jen Psaki signaled to the president to wrap it up, according to a report. President Biden was grilled at the Jan. 19 news conference about his handling of the COVID-19 pandemic, tensions between Washington and Moscow over Ukraine and the supply chain crisis that was causing a shortage of goods across the country. Following the presser, which went on for about two hours, Jill Biden popped...

Several of them said neither party really spoke to them in a personal, informed way. Part of the problem is that there’s no one way to talk to Latino voters, because — as our participants reminded us — there’s no one typical Latino voter. “There’s a whole spectrum of Hispanics,” one participant said. And maybe the distinction between Latino voters and other voters shouldn’t be made at all: “We are Americans first,” another participant said.

This winter may see Europeans freezing to death, unable to heat their homes as natural gas supplies dwindle. Unemployment and bankruptcies will soar, as companies find themselves unable to cover their costs due to high energy prices. Germany’s vaunted chemical industry, heavily dependent on natural gas feedstock, is likely to wither on the vine. An economic and social disaster reminiscent of the 1930s is possible. The word “deindustrialization” is becoming real. And yet, as Bloomberg reports:Beneath the windmill-dotted marshlands of the Netherlands lies Europe’s largest natural gas reserve. The sprawling Groningen field has enough untapped capacity to replace, as soon as...

Fired FBI official Peter Strzok actually said January 6 was worse than September 11, 2001. 3,000 Americans died on 9/11. Nicolle Wallace, a brain dead media hack, claimed January 6 was “the deadliest attack on the U.S. capital in history.” Peter Strzok chimed in and agreed. “9/11 is nothing compared to January 6.” This coming from a guy who opened a counter-intelligence investigation against Trump based on a phony dossier funded by Hillary Clinton. What a disgrace!

A series of back-and-forth emails obtained by Must Read Alaska show that major D.C. lobbyists and operatives associated with the late Congressman Don Young are trying to get all former employees of Young to sign on and support Congresswoman Mary Peltola in November. The Swamp is trying to pull the Democrat over the finish line. And they’re using Peltola to get Sen. Lisa Murkowski reelected. The emails involve well-known Alaska-focused lobbyists and politicos such as C.J. Zane, Jack Ferguson, Steve Silver, and others, and the messages were copied to dozens of former staffers for Young and a few business leaders...

These are the times where you listen to the massive sign at your local pond that reads: DON’T FEED THE FISH. And here is the perfect example as to why you should heed those warnings… Because you might lose a damn hand. Ok, ok… maybe not lose a hand, but who knows what’s lurking in the deep. In this video, you see a woman holding a hot dog over water, slapping the water with it, while hanging over a dock, and she says: “Watch this…”
