Former president Barack Obama told Democrats to stop obsessing over 'the latest crazy thing' Donald Trump does and instead focus their energy on issues that impact voters most directly - like inflation and gas prices. Obama offered his advice about Trump, who continues to tease the possibility of running for president again in 2024, during an interview with Pod Save America that aired exclusively on SiriusXM’s Progress Channel Friday night. Top strategists in the Democratic Party fear Arizona Republican candidate for governor Kari Lake will be a rising star in national politics, including as a potential presidential candidate. Lake, a political novice and former television news anchor, is locked in a tight race with Arizona's Democratic Secretary of State Katie Hobbs for the state's open governor's seat. Among the 'ultra MAGA' candidates who are close allies of Donald Trump and support his baseless claims that President Joe Biden lost the 2020 election, Lake is seen as among the likeliest to win in November.

It’s ‘democracy’ vs. the ‘stochastic terrorists’ — AKA, the Regime vs. the People. Do you stand outside abortion mills, praying for intercession or singing hymns? Or do you possibly minister to the mothers as they transport their unborn to the medical gallows? Do you oppose the physical and physiological mutilation of children at Big Pharma “gender” centers? Do you believe that schools should teach the basics, rather than cultural Marxism and deviant sexual ideology? Do you maybe, just maybe, believe the government could be lying about “official” narratives? Odds are, you’re probably a “terrorist.” Enter a novel, and rather ingenious...

In a ruling this week, the US Supreme Court held that Pennsylvania state law requires that mail-in ballots must be dated and signed. Acting Secretary of State Leigh Chapman (D) has decided that the Court's ruling "will not change how we count mail-in ballots." "Basically, it's a state's rights issue," Chapman explained. "Gov. Wolf (D), the State's Commonwealth Court, and I have decided that the statutory law is too strict. We used our discretionary powers under the emergency decree during the 2020 election to ignore these strict requirements. The results were highly satisfactory. More votes were cast and counted than...

Mike Davis, who has represented Trump and who is part of the Article3Project, and is representing Trump on the docs, explained what is happening with various appeals. 1) Recent appeal that Supes turned down was not a "good vehicle" for the USSC. 99/100 appeals/cases are turned down. 2) This WILL reach the USSC. "President has rights to any and all records, classified or not, as personal documents" according to ruling by an Obama judge. 3) Special Master will review 11,000 docs. Then Trump will file a "Rule 41GT Motion" in Florida with Judge Cannon. This is likely to be successful,...

A UN official claimed Russia is using rape as its “military strategy” in Ukraine — providing soldiers with drugs to sexually assault civilians. “When you hear women testify about Russian soldiers equipped with Viagra, it’s clearly a military strategy,” Pramila Patten, UN special representative on sexual violence in conflict, told the AFP. Patten added that the UN has verified “more than a hundred cases” of rape or sexual assault since the invasion began in February. Victims have largely included girls and women, but boys and men have been raped, too. In September, the head of the organization’s Independent International Commission...

Whatever happened to local food? Have you ever thought about how wildly unrealistic and unsustainable our current diets are? For example, items that don’t grow within the same season are commonly consumed together. Things that don’t grow on the same continent are combined into all sorts of meals. We eat blueberries in December and drink pumpkin spice lattes in the summer. We eat tropical fruit with Midwestern grains. Without the transportation system, there would be absolutely no rhyme or reason to our “normal” diets. What is a typical breakfast in the United States? A typical start to one’s day in...

Democratic Party strategists are watching Arizona's Kari Lake with growing alarm. Why it matters: As some see it, Lake — a 2020 election denier — could easily win the state's gubernatorial race and threaten its 2024 election processes. And with the talent she's already displayed even as a political novice, they see her potential to soar to a vice presidential spot or a post-Trump presidential candidacy. Zoom in: Of this year's midterm elections slate of "ultra MAGA" candidates, Lake has perhaps the best chance of winning. The polls are neck-and-neck. Some Democrats are venting frustration that Katie Hobbs is not...

You have not considered what it would mean for you if I am right. You need to. Now. To those I care about: That you think I’m crazy is not primarily an insult to me. It makes me feel sad for you. If you feel insulted in what’s to follow, ask yourself how I must feel, having spent days, weeks, months, or longer trying to convince you to reconnect to your humanity. And please do not do yourselves or me the favor of pretending, “well, I don’t think you’re crazy, but…” I don’t care to be lied to. I do...
