In bringing up the ongoing scandal, Telemundo anchor Dunia Elvir stated: “The next mayor of Los Angeles will be either an African-American woman or a white man." “I’m Italian,” Caruso interjected. Elvir responded, “Italian American," as Caruso insisted that his racial identification be stated on his terms. “That’s Latin, thank you,” Caruso said.

Last May, Charlotte, 31, and her husband packed up their one-bedroom apartment on Christopher Street after learning the rent would likely skyrocket from $5,000 per month to $7,000. The couple loved living in the West Village, but homeownership was out of reach, even with her job in finance and him being in tech. They were both working from home, so they could live anywhere. It was time, they decided, to leave New York. “We considered Bronxville, and surrounding neighborhoods [in Westchester], but for what we wanted we would have had to spend well over $1.8 [million],” Charlotte, who makes more...

Fox News host Tucker Carlson draws parallels between the ways Democrats have used Joe Biden, John Fetterman and Greta Thunberg in their quest for power on 'Tucker Carlson Tonight.' TUCKER CARLSON (HOST): He had a bad stroke and we feel bad about that. Everyone does. But because of that stroke, Fetterman now needs electronic assistance in order to communicate with other people. The global debt market is orders of magnitude larger than the stock market, and debt instruments across the globe have nearly reached the breaking point due to the Fed’s steady increase in interest rates this year (combined with seemingly endless money printing and other disastrous fiscal policies). Because bond values have an inverse relationship with interest rates, as interest rates go up, the value of bonds and other debt instruments already issued goes down. With each Fed rate increase, bond values are cratering, leaving debt investors holding substantial losses and leading to a collapse in the number of potential buyers...

New York Mayor Eric Adams would have been the Democrats' runaway choice for president if only he'd kept his campaign promise and cut crime in the Big Apple. No mayoral candidate talked about "safety, safety, safety" more than he. As Adams told MSNBC during the campaign: "Public safety and justice is the prerequisite to prosperity. And I think that we have become too symbolic, instead of realistic, on how you keep cities safe. And it's time for the Democratic Party to understand this. America wants to be safe. And we can do it with justice at the same time." If...
