DPR leader Denis Pushilin presented Kadyrov with the medal of a "Hero of the Donetsk People's Republic" before a crowd of service personnel that Chechen television said numbered around 20,000. Tesla CEO Elon Musk has sparked a flurry of critical reactions after telling the Financial Times that he thinks conflict over Taiwan is inevitable and the self-governed island should become a “special administrative region” under Beijing’s control, like Hong Kong but “more lenient.” Musk made the remarks in a Financial Times interview published on Oct. 7, after being asked about China, where Tesla manufactures as much as half of its total output. If an open conflict over Taiwan were to break out, which Musk said he thinks is bound to happen, then Tesla would get caught up in it, he...

This morning I was in the process of uploading a video I created about making the GREATEST Margarita in the world. However, I noticed there was no monetization button. When I checked further I noticed my entire channel had been demonetized (again). On top of that there was NO explanation from YouTube for the demonetization either on the dashboard or via email which always happened when they demonetized before. I checked on Twitter and it turns out that many other video creators had the same experience. For what I can piece together is that YouTube only meant to demonetize all...

As prosecutors weigh charges against Hunter Biden, don’t forget the many reasons to think the Joe Biden Justice Department shouldn’t be making these calls. The most recent evidence is the fact that sources close to the investigation felt the need to leak news that the feds have enough to bring tax- and gun-related charges. No way that happens unless people within Justice are seriously worried about even those puny charges getting squelched. They have reason to worry: Former Hunter associate Tony Bobulinski years ago corroborated to the FBI that indeed, the laptop emails said exactly what they seemed to. I.e....

The themes of the Readings for this Sunday focus on the gratitude for God’s salvation. Gratitude is an important psychological and spiritual disposition. Dr. Daniel G. Amen, the popular brain researcher and public health spokesman, identifies gratitude as a key character quality of persons with physiologically healthy brains. That’s right: gratitude affects your physical health, including the shape and functioning of your brain. This Sunday’s Readings focus particularly on gratitude to God, and how it should be expressed. 1. Our First Reading is 2 Kings 5:14-17: Naaman went down and plunged into the Jordan seven times at the word of...

Tesla CEO Elon Musk bashed former President Donald Trump’s Truth Social platform, calling it “essentially a rightwing echo chamber,” adding, “it might as well be called Trumpet.” The two have been feuding with Trump labeling the social media hypemaster a “bullshit artist” at a July rally. In a recent interview with Financial Times, Musk talked about why he wants to buy Twitter, stating, “I’m not doing Twitter for the money.” “It’s not like I’m trying to buy some yacht and I can’t afford it. I don’t own any boats. But I think it’s important that people have a maximally trusted...

Even though the pro-life movement sets its goal to save lives, the left will stop at nothing to paint pro-lifers as villains. In Thursday night's Law & Order episode titled “Battle Lines,” numerous anti-life talking points were emphasized. The episode used a murder case of the daughter of a fictional Texas governor to push the abortion narrative, as well as the murder of an abortion activist to paint pro-lifers as the threats in the abortion debate. One scene displayed a conversation between the characters Executive Assistant District Attorney Nolan Price (Hugh Dancy) and District Attorney Jack McCoy (Sam Waterston). The...

Nowadays when you hear that a reporter covers "misinformation and content moderation" you know they support censorship, although they absolutely hate that ugly but accurate description. And among the reporters with such a job description is Rebecca Kern of Politico. The title of Kern's Wednesday article is also a reflection of her own attitude towards possible big changes coming to Twitter, "Three reasons Washington is freaking out about Elon Musk right now." And the big reason why Washington, and Kern, are freaking out is their fear that Musk will ditch censorship at Twitter.
