The quiet, firm competence of Governor Ron DeSantis in the face of Hurricane Ian is proving a real problem for Democrats, Never Trumpers, and other garbage people. He's good at what he does, unlike them, and people see how he differs from the Establishment despite the blizzard of lies and silly charges designed to tear down the best governor in America. Why DeSantis is a monster who hates gay people because he banned grooming and he caused global warming by not making you turn in your Tahoe for a Schwinn and he dragged innocent illegal aliens from their idyllic sidewalk...

Amid vaccine mandates, complaints of "woke" policies and indoctrination, and a tight jobs market, the Army fell 25% short of its recruitment goal this year, about 15,000 soldiers, the Associated Press reported. The shortfall actually is worse, because the original target of 485,000 active-duty soldiers was cut by 12,000 in April and further reduced later to 466,000.

I'm about to vote early (I'll be deer hunting on election day). I live in Minnesota CD2. Currently, I'm represented by democrat Angie Craig. She is running for a third term. Her voting record is 100% in lockstep with Nancy Pelosi. She is anti-gun and very pro abortion. And she has a wife. Paula Overby, formerly Paul Overby, represents the Legal Marijuana Now party. He/she/it runs for something every two years and never gets more than a couple percent of the vote. He/she/it has previously run for the Senate and the house as a democrat, an independent and a member...

Officials in Lee County, Florida, are warning that not all post-Hurricane Ian looters may get off as lucky as the jailed accused scavengers arrested earlier this week — some of whom are in the U.S. illegally. Omar Mejia Ortiz, 33, and Valerie Celeste Salcedo Mena, 26, were arrested, along with 20-year-olds Brandon Mauricio Araya and Steve Eduardo Sanchez Araya. Lee County sheriff's deputies arrested all four on charges of burglary of an unoccupied structure during a state of emergency, according to online jail records. Lee County Sheriff Carmine Marceno held a press conference Tuesday in which he addressed the spike...

Pennsylvania Lieutenant Governor and U.S. Senate hopeful John Fetterman is no stranger to violent or intimidating behavior. For much of his life, Fetterman sported a tattoo on his right arm that read, "I will make you hurt." He also made appeals to gangs. Since then, he's had the tattoo blacked out. He now sports a black bar on his arm. But now, a story from Fetterman's time as mayor of Braddock has resurfaced. Fetterman vandalized a local business in order to send the message that "we are going to shut you down." He admitted to the damage.

Both biological and “trans” men are capable of becoming pregnant, according to Planned Parenthood’s Director for Primary and Trans Care Dr. Bhavik Kumar, who, speaking before congress at a hearing on abortion restrictions, claimed to have performed the procedure “likely thousands” of times as he deemed abortion bans “inherently racist, inherently classist, and fundamentally part of the white supremacy agenda.” The medical director also claimed that men can become pregnant.

According to an affidavit from the Indialantic Police Department, the victim – Melvyn Chang – and Berkman were both in Orlando Park in Indialantic on Friday assisting with cleanup efforts after Hurricane Ian spread debris across the area. Police said Chang was sitting on a picnic table recording Berkman after Berkman allegedly made several...

A top-of-the-line Russian nuclear-powered submarine has gone missing from its harbor in the Arctic along with its rumored "doomsday weapon," according to multiple reports. NATO has reportedly warned members that Russia's Belgorod submarine no longer appeared to be operating out of its White Sea base, where it has been active since July. Officials warned that Russia may plan to test Belgorod's "Poseidon" weapons system, a drone equipped with a nuclear bomb that Russia has claimed is capable of creating a "radioactive tsunami," according to Italian media. The drone can be deployed from the submarine at any time and detonated at...

Mandatory mask wearing saw more than 90% of deaf people struggle to communicate during the pandemic, University of Essex research has revealed. It also discovered that 76% missed vital information and 59% felt disconnected from society due to the face coverings. This is because masks restrict the ability to read lips and judge expressions. It also emerged that over-55s who became deaf later in life found communication using masks more challenging. And profoundly deaf people and signers experienced more disconnection from society and negative effects on their well-being. Dr. Eva Gutierrez-Sigut, from the Department of Psychology, led a team of...

Analysts at the Cook Political Report, who predict the probable outcomes of Senate races, moved Pennsylvania’s race from a “Lean Democrat” back to a “Toss-up” with five weeks left before the election between Democrat John Fetterman and Republican Mehmet Oz. The Cook Political Report explained in its rating change a “key caveat” to the initial rating change to a Lean Democrat” six weeks ago was the lack of Republicans sending in the race against Fetterman and Oz’s favorability rating. Fast forward six weeks, the outlet explained that with only five weeks before the elections, “that’s exactly where [they] find this...

Refugees who cross the Channel in small boats will be banned from claiming asylum in the UK, the Home Secretary announced today. Suella Braverman recieved two standing ovations during her first major speech in which she told Tory conference it is "not racist for anyone to want to control our borders". The new laws – which go further than the Nationality and Borders Act which came into force in June – would impose a blanket ban on anyone deemed entering the UK illegally from seeking refuge. In the same speech, Ms Braverman said modern slavery laws are being “abused” by...

The walleye that swim in the cold, murky depths of Lake Erie are the waters’ apex predator, sleek torpedoes of teeth that dine on shad, minnow and any other fish smaller than themselves. They do not, as far as marine science has determined, dine on lead pellets the size of golf balls or precisely-trimmed fillets of other walleye. So when Jason Fischer, director of the Lake Erie Walleye Trail tournament series, pulled handfuls of lead sinkers and fillets from the bellies of some prize-winning fish, he knew he had a hell of a problem in his hands. There’s nibble-around-the-edges, cut-the-corners...

Another day, another betrayal by the Biden-Harris regime. It doesn’t matter whether you support Ukraine, Russia, or neither. The open spigot has been ridiculous since the first penny of aid was sent to Ukraine’s corrupt government (and NOT to the people, by the way) when we consider how much economic pain American citizens are feeling right now. The latest mafia payment comes in the form of weapons. Disclose.tv @disclosetv · Follow JUST IN - U.S. is sending another $625 million in weapons to Ukraine. This is unsustainable. It was unsustainable from the beginning. Combined with sanctions and insane domestic policies,...

Oct. 3 (UPI) -- A New York grower broke a national record when his giant pumpkin was officially weighed way more than a ton. Scott Andrusz of Williamsville, brought his massive pumpkin to the Great Pumpkin Farm in Clarence, N.Y., where it tipped the scales at 2,554 pounds. Andrusz's pumpkin broke the national record for pumpkin weight, which had been 2,528 pounds. The pumpkin fell short of the Guinness World Record, 2,702 pounds, which was set by Stefano Cutrupi in Italy in 2021. Andrusz may soon have competition for the title, as Travis Gienger of Anoka, Minn., has a pumpkin...

"Just this month Oberlin had to pay $36 million for defaming a local bakery with false accusations of racism. Oberlin has a track record of politically motivated dishonesty and can’t be trusted to give an honest assessment of Mahallati’s past. Our concerns have nothing to do with academic freedom or unorthodox views—they’re about Mahallati’s past and his apparent leading role in covering up the Iranian regime’s atrocities. I’d like to thank Ranking Member Foxx for her commitment to investigating higher education’s ties to hostile foreign regimes when Republicans retake the majority, "Republican Study Committee Chairman Banks told Fox News Digital....

Representative Cori Bush (D-MO) defended her calls to defund the police by saying “we can’t get caught up in words” Tuesday on ABC’s “Good Morning America.” Anchor George Stephanopoulos asked, “You have stuck by it. In fact, you are are one of the few Democrats who still says let’s defund the police. Are you worried at all that that could hurt some of your colleagues going into the midterm elections?”

Oct. 4 (UPI) -- Job openings in the U.S. plunged in August to their lowest levels since 2020, as the Federal Reserve continues to seek to lower demand for workers. Available positions dropped from 11.17 million in July to 10.05 million in August, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics. The decline in openings was the biggest since April 2020, according to Bloomberg. The Federal Reserve has tried to walk a tightrope by decreasing job vacancies to cool the labor market without an ensuing jump in unemployment. The largest decreases in job openings were in health care and social assistance,...

As opposition to Gov. Glenn Youngkin’s new policies on treatment of transgender students grows, Virginia still lacks an enforcement plan to have school divisions adopt them. Under new guidance published last month, schools are required to inform a student’s parent or guardian whether a student wants to change their name, nickname and/or pronouns from how they are listed in their records, among other policy changes. The Republican Youngkin said he expects schools to follow the law when it comes to the new guidance. “It’s the law and so I don’t really have a lot of patience for folks that see...
