Russian soldiers refusing to fight on the frontlines of Ukraine are rounded up and detained, prompting their family members to go to their rescue. TULSA, Okla. (KTUL) — The Oklahoma State Board of Education voted to demote Tulsa Public Schools after violating HB 1775, which bans the teaching of critical race theory in Oklahoma.
