When the Panic was being ginned up in 2020, the feds set up so-called COVID-19 “relief” programs. Suddenly the government was indiscriminately doling out hundreds of billions, if not trillions, of dollars to people adversely affected by the government’s hysterical Faucist overreactions. How typical is that: the government creates a problem, then throws money to ameliorate the pain their own disastrous policies created. In the case of COVID welfare, though, the feds may as well have blown a dog whistle that only fraudsters could hear, because some days it seems like half the population has worked one sort of scam...

JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon says he is preparing the biggest U.S. bank for an economic hurricane on the horizon and advised investors to do the same. “You know, I said there’s storm clouds but I’m going to change it… it’s a hurricane,” Dimon said Wednesday at a financial conference in New York. While conditions seem “fine” at the moment, nobody knows if the hurricane is “a minor one or Superstorm Sandy,” he added. “You better brace yourself,” Dimon told the roomful of analysts and investors. “JPMorgan is bracing ourselves and we’re going to be very conservative with our balance...

Hillary Clinton henchman gets away with lying in Russia Collusion hoax. The System isn’t broken. It’s operating as intended. Anarcho-Tyranny wouldn’t be the deadly Rube Goldberg it is without delicious victories for criminals like the Not Guilty verdict in the Michael Sussmann case. He’s the Hillary Clinton operative who lied to the FBI on her behalf to start up the whole phony “Russia Collusion” case that ate up tens of millions of dollars and caused a fake impeachment trial. It also poisoned relations with Russia, preventing President Trump from resolving Russia’s security concerns over Ukraine short of war. A lot of blood...

The Biden administration has suspended assistance to Sudan, including assistance related to its normalization deal with Israel, and wants Israel to call out the bloody coup that removed the country’s civilian government last year. “The United States is not moving forward at this time with assistance originally committed to Sudan’s civilian-led transitional government in connection with its efforts to improve Sudan’s bilateral relationship with Israel,” a State Department spokesman said in an email Friday in response to a query. “This includes wheat shipments and certain development and trade and investment assistance.” Jewish Insider first reported the development. The spokesman noted...

Russian troops are being forced to eat dogs because of food shortages, Ukraine's security service has claimed. The SBU, Kyiv's security and intelligence agency, released a text message exchange purportedly between two Russian soldiers, in which a serviceman stationed in the occupied parts of the Kherson region, close to Crimea, told his friend that he and other troops had eaten a Yorkshire terrier. "It's all f*****. [Ukrainians] are f****** beating us like kids. We eat dogs, there's no food. Today we ate a Yorkie. A Yorkshire terrier," the soldier was quoted as saying by the SBU. Responding to this message,...

MEMORIAL OF SAINT JUSTIN, MARTYR JOHN 17:11B-19 Friends, today’s Gospel is the high-priestly prayer of Jesus the night of the Last Supper. Here are the first words of the Lord: “Holy Father, keep them in your name that you have given me, so that they may be one just as we are one.” God is, in his innermost nature, a community of love, and God’s purpose vis-à-vis the world is to draw it into his unity. God is a great gathering force. Jesus continues: “I do not ask that you take them out of the world but that you keep...

Wednesday on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe,” The Lincoln Project co-founder George Conway reacted to former Hillary Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussmann being acquitted of lying to the FBI about supposed “collusion” between then-candidate Donald Trump and Russia during the 2016 campaign. Conway said that special counsel John Durham’s probe into the “Russian collusion” hoax should be “headed into the trash can.” He described both the case and investigation as jokes.

The California State Senate voted Thursday to end a requirement that students who threaten violence against school officials be reported. Before the California law was passed, existing law stated that whenever a school official is “attacked, assaulted, or physically threatened by any pupil,” staff was “required to promptly report the incident to specified law enforcement authorities.” The new bill repealed this requirement. The law was endorsed by ACLU California Action. The organization called it a win for racial equality. “Once students make contact with law enforcement, they are less likely to graduate high school and more likely to wind up...

CNN’s Shimon Prokupecz attempted to get some answers from Uvalde Independent School District Police Chief Pedro Arredondo on Wednesday, confronting him outside his office, but Arredondo dodged his questions. Bureaucracy Doesn’t Allow Courage The tragedy in Uvalde, Texas, has shifted dramatically in the last few days from the horror of young lives needlessly snuffed out by a gunman, to the horror of why more wasn’t done to save them. Finger-pointing and blaming abound, particularly toward the police who responded to the shooting. Video footage and firsthand accounts have left many wondering why officials were so slow to respond and save the teachers and children who eventually died at the hands of the shooter. We can rant and rave and shout “coward” or “defund the police” as many on Twitter are...

Statism is nothing more than gang rule. A statist dictatorship is a gang devoted to looting the effort of the productive citizens of its own country.” – Ayn Rand, War and Peace, The Objectivist Newsletter, Oct 1962 What is statism? Merriam-Webster defines it as the “concentration of economic controls and planning in the hands of a highly centralized government often extending to government ownership of industry.” In essence, statism is the belief that the state or government, regardless of its size or the amount of control it exerts over its subjects, is legitimate to at least some extent. In practice,...

A Facebook sperm donor fathered 15 children but never told the mothers he has an inheritable condition that causes learning disabilities. James MacDougall, 37, fathered children with lesbian women through private donations advertised on social media despite knowing he had incurable Fragile X syndrome, a genetic disorder that leads to low IQ and developmental delay. MacDougall’s identity came out in a family court battle in Derby, United Kingdom, after he applied for parental responsibility and child arrangement orders for four of his children — even though he originally signed an agreement saying he didn’t want contact with some of his...

U.S. petroleum refining capacity has declined and few plants have been built thanks to the projected decline in fuel demand and increased burdensome regulations. “There was already some contraction happening in the industry as a result of projected declines in U.S. gasoline demand into the future and companies just deciding that the assets were better used as other projects or shut down completely,” said Geoff Moody, the vice president of government relations at the American Fuel & Petrochemical Manufacturers. “They just throw lots of red tape at these folks,” Dan Kish, a senior fellow at the Institute for Energy Research,...

The most unlikeliest of places continues to signal a possible inflection point in the left ugly woke culture war against our nation. Netflix, the streaming service, had gained a reputation for being the King of Woke. Like many other American companies, they seemed more concerned with genuflecting to leftist activists and placating them by focusing on Democrat-approved political programming. First it was Disney, which in March embarked on a disastrous adventure by taking a very public stand in woke politics as they pledged action to defeat a Florida bill meant to empower parents. Their stock crashed and Americans of all...
