Biden has had a strange knack for selecting which tragedies seem to warrant his presence. For instance, he is visiting Uvalde, and last week, he visited Buffalo, New York. Biden did not visit Waukesha, Wisconsin, after Darrell Brooks plowed his SUV through a Christmas parade there, deliberately swerving to hit as many people as possible. Brooks, who is black, killed six people and injured another 62.

One Seattle, Washington, resident angry over the lawlessness that continues to plague his hometown has decided to turn one of his hobbies into a crime-fighting apparatus. Tony, a 39-year-old husband and father who recently had his car broken into and his trailer stolen, now uses his drone to help others recover their stolen property, KCPQ-TV reported. "People who steal from other people I feel are some of the worst scum on the planet. I hate them," Tony told the news outlet in a recent interview. "If I can do anything to stop them, or help people who have been victims,...

Those meteors could flare up when our planet passes through the pieces of a disintegrating comet called Schwassmann-Wachmann 3 (SW3). It isn't just an exciting opportunity for skywatchers; comet scientists eagerly anticipate the encounter as well. According to NASA, the meteor shower could amaze (or disappoint) overnight on Memorial Day (Monday, May 30) and run into early Tuesday. SW3 is fairly close to the sun by comet standards; it completes an orbit of our star once every five years. In 1995, it started to break apart, shattering into dozens of smaller pieces and leaving behind a cloud of debris that...

According to the text of the bill, the legislation seeks “To prohibit the use of the digital currency payment system operated by the government of the People’s Republic of China, and for other purposes.” Specifically, the legislation prohibits “app platforms in the United States from hosting apps that enable transactions using the Chinese Communist Party’s digital yuan (e-CNY),” the announcement details. “The Chinese Communist Party’s digital yuan allows direct control and access to the financial lives of individuals. The former Virginia Tech football player accused of beating a Tinder date to death after mistaking him for a woman was acquitted of second-degree murder Friday. Isimemen Etute, 19, was found not guilty in the 2021 death of Jerry Smith, 40, after his lawyer argued he acted in self-defense. A Christiansburg, Virginia, jury deliberated for three hours before handing down the verdict, according to The Roanoke Times. Etute had said he visited Smith last April to engage in oral sex, after matching with someone named “Angie” on Tinder. The next month, he returned to the victim’s apartment to verify his...

For the latest installment — of very, very many — we cover a military lie. President Biden has made many false autobiographical claims. He was a truck driver. He was a coal miner. He helped organize Black churches while in high school for Civil Rights activities. He used to bring his children, then grandchildren, one at a time, when each turned age 15 or 16 (depending on the version), to Europe to tour either Dachau or Auschwitz (again, depending on the version). He went to Soweto in South Africa to visit the imprisoned Nelson Mandela, who in fact was held...

When will America's ‘useful idiots’ see that communism only reaps tyranny and death? Not long ago, I had a conversation with a family member who fancies herself to be on the left end of the political spectrum – however, her thought process is based upon emotion rather than truth and logic (as is the case with most, if not all American ‘progressives’), so her political views are completely predictable. Somehow, the topic of discussion wound up at China’s well-documented gruesome practices of organ harvesting. Her response was genuine – she was in disbelief. She said something to the effect of,...

The focus of DEI programs is blame culture and scapegoating -- they harm, rather than help, our efforts to build a culture of equal respect and dignity. Diversity-Equity-Inclusion (DEI) is now big business in America. A 2021 Heritage Foundation study found that the average American college employs forty-five full-time DEI administrators. At a reported average salary of $81,800, this army of DEI staffers costs the average college $3.68 million annually. Across America’s more than 4,000 colleges, the yearly college DEI bill exceeds $14 billion. And that figure omits the vast private-sector industry of diversity trainers and equity consultants, as well...

Over the past decade or so, corporate America has incessantly barraged an annoyed citizenry with the preachiness, the condescension, and the weaponized guilt that form the basis of woke ideology. Spineless corporate boards, bending to the will of numerically insignificant but deafeningly shrill fanatics, have bent over backward to cleanse their products and their organizations of supposed bigotries which, upon examination, would be determined to be decidedly unbigoted by any rational being. As such: -Uncle Ben's Rice removed its mascot and rebranded itself Ben's Original. Likewise, Aunt Jemima's Syrup removed its mascot and rebranded itself as Pearl Milling Company. -The...

...This was to be the successful road back to normalcy for public schools. But after two large COVID-19 surges, a year of angry school board meetings, parents claiming teachers were grooming kids for abuse, and fights over everything from mask mandates for students to what books they can read, teachers were already at a breaking point with nearly 500 quitting even if it meant losing their license. On top of all of that, Texas passed a law last year prohibiting teachers from discussing “a widely debated and currently controversial issue of public policy or social affairs," the state's so-called "critical...

NASA has reportedly confirmed it will officially join the hunt for UFOs after a groundbreaking UAP Congress hearing earlier this month. Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAPs) and official sightings were recently discussed at a public US Congress hearing on May 17. Nasa had previously said it “does not actively search for” or research UAPs. After the first public congressional hearing on the topic in 54 years, the US space agency has reportedly changed its mind. According to the DailyMail.com, sources at NASA have said it’s now helping the US UFO investigation. A NASA spokesperson reportedly said the agency is “evaluating how...

Boston University posted a video to social media recently that called property "racist" and attempted to justify the riots that caused billions of dollars in damage following George Floyd's 2020 death. "If we're going to talk about George Floyd and really understand, then we need to understand community reactions," Saida Grundy, an assistant professor of sociology and African American studies, said in the Wednesday video posted to the Boston University Twitter account.

Sadly, the science-based, anti-religious Enlightenment does not allow for ethics. Nowhere within can be found the methodology to determine right from wrong. Leaving ethics in individual hands seemed at the time (and still does for the non-religious) a perfectly reasonable thing to do because supposedly within each person lay the seeds of altruism and an innate striving to do what is right and good. But that is not the case. Human beings are too flawed to determine what is right and good without having a baseline in something or someone less flawed. Ethics can answer the question, "Is this effective?"...
