Pro-abortion activists are targeting Catholic churches for protests on Mother's Day, with some citing the Roman Catholic faith of multiple justices who reportedly at one point supported the leaked draft opinion striking down Roe v. Wade. The protests follow days of organizing in front of the Supreme Court building following the leak Monday night – protests that led the Washington, D.C., police to erect a fence ostensibly to protect the building and justices within. Fox News has also learned that there has been a strong police presence at the justices' homes following the leak. "Whether you’re a ‘Catholic for Choice’,...

Pennsylvania Senate Candidate Kathy Barnette slammed current frontrunner Dr. Mehmet Oz during a debate Wednesday night for his changing views on abortion, while she revealed she is a “byproduct” of rape and opposes abortion. Barnette said: I am so very grateful that our nation is now having a very important conversation…I am the byproduct of a rape. My mother was 11 years old when I was conceived, my father was twenty-one. I was not just a lump of cells, as you can see I’m still not just a lump of cells–my life has value, and that was one of the...

"...The Media Narrative If we look at what is happening in Ukraine, without being misled by the gross falsifications of the mainstream media, we realize that respect for each other’s rights has been completely ignored; indeed, we have the impression that the Biden Administration, NATO and the European Union deliberately want to maintain a situation of obvious imbalance, precisely to make impossible any attempt at a peaceful resolution of the Ukrainian crisis, provoking the Russian Federation to trigger a conflict. Herein lies the seriousness of the problem. This is the trap set for both Russia and Ukraine, using both...

Abortion clinics are already preparing to shift people and resources away from red states, in anticipation of the U.S. Supreme Court overturning Roe v. Wade. The other side: Blue states — including California, Oregon, Minnesota, Maryland and Massachusetts — are taking steps to prepare for a potential influx in patients seeking abortion care if Roe falls. Many abortion providers "are planning to move or travel to places where they will be able to continue to care for patients," Alhambra Frarey, an OB-GYN in Pennsylvania and a fellow with Physicians for Reproductive Health, said in a statement. * That means there...

Democratic strategist James Carville said Thursday on CNN’s “OutFront” that if the Supreme Court overturned 1973’s Roe v. Wade decision, Republicans were “justified” in not fearing Democrats who “sit around and talk about veganism and pronouns.” Burnett said, “So what Democrats have been talking about, now look, it’s 48 hours past the Roe vs. Wade news, so who knows where things are going to go, but they say we’ll motivate our base on this. Hillary Clinton went on CBS and talked about it — that the outrage that people will feel will get people to come to the polls. Do...

Former Sen. David Perdue called on Gov. Brian Kemp on Thursday to join Perdue in vowing to hold a special session to ban all abortion in Georgia if the U.S. Supreme Court decides to overturn Roe v. Wade. Perdue, who is hoping to unseat Kemp in the state’s Republican gubernatorial primary race, said he would go further than the state’s current “heartbeat” bill, which Kemp signed in 2019 but that is currently held up in court, to instead push to institute a full ban on abortion. Perdue’s call comes after Politico released a leaked draft of a Supreme Court decision...

Mexican President Andrés Manuel López Obrador started a five-day tour to four Central American countries and Cuba on Thursday by lashing out at the U.S. government. López Obrador criticized American officials sharply for being quick to send billions to Ukraine, while dragging their feet on development aid to Central America. On his first stop in neighboring Guatemala, López Obrador demanded U.S. aid to stem the poverty and joblessness that sends tens of thousands of Guatemalans north to the U.S. border. The Mexican leader had been angered that the United States rebuffed his calls to help expand his tree-planting program to...

Top aides to President Joe Biden say that the publishing of a draft majority opinion on abortion rights from Justice Samuel Alito has made their jobs easier: Even if the final decision ends up backtracking from the full overturning of Roe v. Wade, there’s no hiding the Supreme Court’s intent. Advisers to the President who were divided about how hard to lean into talking about abortion rights as a top issue are now united. Democrats around the country are lit up. And the political response, as well as the limited executive actions, that Biden aides had been planning for months...
