U.S. Undersecretary of State for Political Affairs Victoria Nuland, in an exclusive interview with Israel’s Channel 12, said that Jerusalem should get on board with financial sanctions against Moscow. “What we are asking, 'among things', is for every democracy around to join us in the financial and export control sanctions that we have put on (Russian President Vladimir) Putin,”..In that context we are asking as many countries as we can to join us. We are asking that of Israel as well. Among other things, you [Israel] don’t want to become the last haven for dirty money that is fueling Putin's...

Croatia's defense minister says a military drone that apparently flew all the way from the Ukrainian war zone over three European NATO-member states before crashing in an urban zone of the Croatian capital was armed with an explosive device. ZAGREB, Croatia -- A military drone that apparently flew all the way from the Ukrainian war zone over three European NATO-member states before crashing in an urban zone of the Croatian capital was armed with an explosive device, Croatia’s defense minister said Sunday. The Soviet-made aircraft crossed Romania and Hungary before entering Croatia, slamming into a field near a student dormitory...

Race has arguably become the single most important defining characteristic of a person in today’s society. Rather than concerning itself with scholarship, character, personality, or work ethic, today’s universities now treat students and faculty as if their race supersedes all of their other qualities. One example of this is UNC-Chapel Hill’s Race, Racism and Racial Equity (R3) Symposium. According to the UNC Office for Diversity and Inclusion, the symposium is “a series of virtual events that bring together scholars and researchers from across campus to share their work with Carolina and the broader community.” The events are co-hosted by the...

Washington — Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky will deliver a virtual address to members of Congress on Wednesday as he continues to urge the West to send fighter jets and more weapons to help his forces defend against Russian aggression. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer announced his upcoming address in a letter to members of the House and Senate on Monday. Pelosi and Schumer said Congress "remains unwavering in our commitment to supporting Ukraine as they face Putin's cruel and diabolical aggression, and to passing legislation to cripple and isolate the Russian economy as well as...

@ggreenwald As we discussed, @TulsiGabbard didn't say *anything* that the US Govt. itself didn't say. She didn't say there were bio *weapons* in Ukraine. She warned there were unsecured dangerous pathogens there: what the US and its media loyalists say. That Mitt Romney -- who avoided Vietnam and then had his 5 sons avoid military service -- can descend into the sewer to accuse Lt. Col. Gabbard of ***treason*** shows how sick and repressive US liberal discourse is now. She's been accused of being a Kremlin agent for years.

America, in these halcyon days of Old Joe Biden’s foundering regime, is in free fall, and the whole world knows it. As PJM’s inimitable Stephen Green put it recently, “The alleged American president’s response to the Ukraine War has been so detrimental to America’s own interests that everyone sees him as weak. Last week, the Wall Street Journal reported that two of the Middle East’s richest petrostates wouldn’t even take Biden’s call,” that is, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. The reasons for the unprecedented snub are clear: the Saudis and the UAE know that Biden is not a...

We've been beating the drum on the Biden administration's reportedly imminent and shocking giveaway to Iran for days -- harping on the appalling substance of the rumored capitulation, as well as the humiliating reality that the US delegation relied on Kremlin diplomats as intermediaries. The Iranians, Russians and even the Chinese were apparently quite pleased by what the United States was willing to surrender, which was said to be so outrageous that several members of Biden's own team quit in protest, mid-talks. Congress, meanwhile, has been kept in the dark on specifics, by design. Would the legislative branch even have...

Rep. Tom Malinowski (D-NJ), a Democrat who has consistently opposed measures to make America energy independent again, took thousands in donations from a lobbyist for the Russian Nord Stream 2 pipeline. Gas prices surged 22 percent in the last two weeks to hit the most expensive ever recorded, $4.43 per gallon, which exceeded the record from July 2008, the prior all-time high, by 32 cents per gallon. So the discovery of Malinowski accepting thousands in donations from a Russian pipeline lobbyist could have severe repercussions for the vulnerable Democrat, who has opposed American energy independence. As Breitbart News reported in...

When you’re on the side of truth, you can present the facts as they are without manipulation, exaggeration, or distortion, since those facts will speak for themselves. But when you’re hiding something or trying to obfuscate, facts are your enemy. That’s the case with the misrepresentation of Florida’s recent education bill, falsely called the “Don’t Say Gay Bill.” In order to oppose it, the critics must grossly misrepresent it.But this is a common tactic when it comes to LGBT activism. For many years now, decent, fair-minded, civil people who believe marriage is the union of one man and one woman have...

J.D. Rucker at the Liberty Daily suggested Obama may, in fact, be lying about his vaccination status. "I say he is 'allegedly' triple-jabbed because I've started questioning whether any of the globalist elites are actually getting the COVID injections or if they're lying," Rucker said. "It's conspicuous that despite the massive number of adverse reactions being reported every day, we never hear about the people at the top of the globalist food chain experiencing negative effects from the jabs they allegedly get. It's just as easy to get jabbed with saline as it is with the so-called 'vaccines.'

An Iowa care home worker has been charged with leaving a 77 year-old retired social worker in her care to die outside in -9F weather. Catherine Forkpa, a 30-year-old employee of Courtyard Estates at Hawthorne Crossing, was charged with dependent adult abuse and intentional reckless abuse following the death of Lynne Harriet Stewart, 77, on January 21. Polk County deputies said Stewart, a widowed mom of one, and grandmother of one, died of hypothermia after being found outside the facility, which cares for adults with dementia, in subzero temperatures. She later died at a nearby hospital, according to KCCI. Further...

Time to get real. Ukraine is an equal opportunity crisis because it provides politicians of both parties a chance to be wrong, although it allows the Democrats the opportunity to do what they do best and be much, much more wrong. For the Republicans, it lets them indulge the desire of some to return to a time when America could focus its moral firepower – if not its firepower firepower – upon a readily-identifiable baddie like it did during the Cold War or the War on Terror. For the left, it allows them to create a moral panic to replace...

If you ever doubted that woke ideologues are heartless hypocrites, look at what the liberal European Union just did to Poland and Hungary, even while those conservative countries were doing their best to accommodate 1.7 million Ukrainian refugees streaming across their borders. It is hard to believe in the middle of the biggest humanitarian crisis in Europe since World War II, but the European Parliament voted last week to slap millions of dollars in economic sanctions on the former Communist countries, including freezing pandemic loans, as punishment for refusing to go along with so-called EU “values.” Their sin is to...

CDC data shows the Millennial generation suffered a "Vietnam War event," with more than 61,000 excess deaths in that age group in the second half of 2021, according to an analysis by a former Wall Street executive who made a career of crunching numbers to make big-dollar investment decisions. Edward Dowd, who was a portfolio manager for the multinational investment firm BlackRock, posted the results of an analysis he did with an insurance industry expert on the social media platform Gettr. In an interview Thursday with Steve Bannon on "War Room," he said that what they found was "shocking." The...

Key Takeaways 1- The administration continues to be unwilling to make the necessary policy changes for an import ban to be truly effective. 2- Biden has made it very clear that his administration intends to put the coal, oil, and perhaps even natural gas industries in America out of business. 3- The U.S. also needs to look to its allies to play their part: Europe must become an energy-producing region again. Copied President Joe Biden on Tuesday announced a nationwide ban on imports of Russian oil, coal, and natural gas, relenting to pressure to stand against Russia’s unprovoked invasion of...

So, incredibly odd, that an investigative reporter and the contributing editor of Rolling Stone Magazine wants to know what the heck is going on. His name is Seth Harp, and he’s been following a disturbing story out of North Carolina, involving A LOT of servicemen who are turning up dead in their bunks at Fort Bragg. Here’s what Seth said in a tweet from February 9th, 2022″ “83 soldiers died at Fort Bragg in the 18 months ending June 2021. Only 11 of those deaths were from natural causes. Fort Bragg hasn’t announced any fatalities since then. They’re still happening,...

President Biden's announcement last week declaring a ban on the import of Russian oil and gas to the United States comes as welcome news. It accedes to bipartisan demands from Congress, as well as President Volodymyr Zelensky. But it doesn't go far enough. In addition, the president should declare a national energy emergency. Declaring a national emergency would empower the president to intervene in energy markets to shield American consumers from bearing too much of the burden through fast-increasing prices at the pump, which have hit record highs. Although the president cannot directly impose price controls, declaring an energy emergency...

A Quinnipiac poll published on March 7, 2022, gave a remarkable insight into the state of the country in terms of its political divisions. It has long been suspected that Democrats care more about their party than the country, and the recent polls provide strong evidence supporting that opinion. The poll indicates that most Democrats will never criticize a Democrat president despite a disastrous job performance. But more troubling is what the Quinnipiac poll revealed: a majority of Democrats do not love this country enough to stay and defend her in case of war. Presidential Job Approval: Given the disastrous...
