The State Department on Thursday unequivocally warned that if Russia invades Ukraine the Nord Stream 2 pipeline will sit unused at the bottom of the ocean. The controversial pipeline has become the U.S. and NATO’s biggest bargaining chip in its attempts to preserve Kyiv’s sovereignty. But reporters questioned the diplomatic agency on whether Germany, which would profit from the functioning pipeline, is on the same page when it comes to countering a Russian incursion."We continue to have strong, clear communication with our German allies," Under Secretary for Political Affairs Victoria Nuland said. "If Russia invades Ukraine, one way or another, Nord Stream...

The American Left today rejoices greatly as it seeks diligently and aggressively its "lawless revolution" against our Founding Father's vision of America. Today the Left celebrates the establishment of a new nation to replace our old one, which was founded on the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God. Almighty God and His moral absolutes for this physical world have been finally ousted from our schools, public squares, lives, and three branches of government. Godlessness, secularism, technological tyranny, lawlessness, moral relativism, and Big Government are now the new gods of America and as we look back at what once was...

Three random killings — a woman pushed in front of a train, another punched at a bus stop and a third stabbed to death while working alone in a store, all allegedly committed by homeless men — have reignited anger, fear and frustration with the intractable issue of homelessness in New York and Los Angeles.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky Thursday urged President Joe Biden in a call on Thursday to tone down his rhetoric about the brewing situation between Ukraine and Russia, amid fears it could cause panic or a run on supplies, according to a report. Zelensky made the plea in a call that 'did not go well,' CNN reported, citing a Ukrainian source. It included a plea by Zelensky for Biden to 'calm down the messaging' amid complex maneuverings over the potential invasion. The urging came in a call where Biden told Zelensky Russia could invade within weeks.

A 16-year-old, up-and-coming rapper charged with shooting an NYPD cop in the Bronx walked free on bond Thursday — and cops are fuming over it. Camrin Williams, who is also known by the rap name C Blu, posted his $250,000 bond after being locked up at a Brooklyn juvenile facility on gun and assault charges in the shooting of a 27-year-old cop in Belmont. “If anybody wants to know why we have a crisis of violence in this city, or why we’re about to bury two hero police officers, look no further than this disgraceful bail release,” NYPD Police Benevolent...

Here is a lesson in Bidenomics. “Going Green” sounds great to some (like Al Gore, Leonardo DiCaprio and Greta Thunberg), but there are costs to not growing America’s energy supply. Rising energy costs have helped create the rise in consumer prices and inflation. Not to mention chip shortages for car and trucks. The University of Michigan conditions for vehicles plummeted to 46 (100 baseline) as used vehicles prices sky rocket. Under Biden’s reign of error, West Texas Crude futures prices have risen 87% (regular gas prices are up 49% even with Biden’s releasing two days of supply from the Strategic...

“I’m not allowed to sue Pfizer for some reason. That in itself tells me they knew people were going to die and they are just immune from any accountability.” On January 17, 2022, the Toronto City Council’s Board of Health held a virtual hearing to address the city’s reaction to Covid. The conference was open to the general public, and it featured public speakers who shared their thoughts on the local administration’s approach to the declared pandemic. Dan Hartman told the Toronto City Council health board that his 17-year-old son Sean had died from the Pfizer shot. The grieving father...

That headline isn't a direct quote, but it's close. The maniac in question is the CEO of the Prince George's County public schools in Maryland, who wants everyone to know that she is determined to force children to wear face coverings, for hours on end, every day, until COVID doesn't exist anymore. That's not an exaggeration, either. The epitome of anti-child, anti-science, wildly unrealistic "zero COVIDism," right here: The leader of a Maryland county school district indicated that students will be required to wear masks on school grounds and in classrooms until "COVID no longer exists." "I have not been...

It also established 15 more days to register to vote and extended amil=in and absentee submission deadlines. Act 77 also outlined...

A Pennsylvania appeals court has struck down the commonwealth’s landmark 2019 mail-in voting law. In an opinion from Judge Mary Leavitt Friday morning, Commonwealth Court found that the law, which allows all Pennsylvanians to vote by mail without an excuse, was unconstitutional, agreeing with 14 House Republican lawmakers who filed suit against the law in September.

I’ve always thought that it would be a humbling experience - and an immense honor - to be elected to serve in Virginia’s General Assembly, the oldest continuous law-making body in the New World. To be part of the House of Delegates is to follow in the footsteps of great men of the Enlightenment: George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Patrick Henry. You’d think the history of the place alone would be enough to make members leave behind their bad manners, their hateful diatribes, their name-calling. It’s an institution that demands decorum......Perhaps emboldened by November’s elections that restored a Republican majority in...

Prepare for war: That is the message Joe Biden is thought to have delivered to Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zelensky when the two spoke this week, after the US rejected Russia's security demands in eastern Europe. US intelligence believes the invasion will likely come in February, when colder temperature will have frozen the ground solid - allowing Putin's tanks and artillery to roll in without getting bogged down in mud. If they're right, that gives Zelensky and his generals just a few weeks to prepare their defences. No doubt the question being asked in Kiev right now is: Where will Putin...

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky told President Joe Biden to "calm down the messaging" about the threat of a Russian invasion because it was stirring panic, CNN reported, citing an unnamed Ukrainian official. Biden and Zelensky spoke by phone Thursday amid rising tensions between Russia — which is amassing tens of thousands of troops at Ukraine's border — Ukraine, the US, and NATO. Biden told Zelensky on Thursday that a Russian invasion could happen as soon as February, when the ground freezes over, tweeted Emily Horne, White House National Security Council spokesperson. However, Zelensky told Biden in the call that Ukraine...

There is confusion over when Sue Gray's report on No 10 lockdown parties will be published after a statement from the police on their investigation. The Met said on Friday it had asked for "minimal reference" in the report to events they are investigating to avoid prejudicing its inquiries. Many in the Cabinet Office, where Ms Gray is based, were taken by surprise by the Met's statement, sources say. The report was due to be sent to Downing Street this week. Boris Johnson's premiership is potentially at stake, as Conservative MPs wait to see the outcome of Ms Gray's inquiry...
