Deadspin published an article over the weekend warning NFL teams that they better not hire Mike McDaniel, the San Francisco 49ers offensive coordinator, because he’s a white guy. “Please stop and think before you inadvertently dub another young, white guy as the next hot NFL coaching prospect,” Deadspin’s subheading reads. The first step to proper race-baiting is getting the skin colors of the subjects right. Deadspin missed that step. McDaniel is biracial, not a dangerous creature known as a “white man.” Upon learning of this loser writer’s mistake, Deadspin hilariously added an editor’s note to the top of the post,...

Come on down Russia and lets share a few beers before we accidentally start a full blown nuclear (we're all gonna die) war over the Ukraine. Honestly, most people in America can't even find that country on the map but then we could't find Vietnam either and look how swell that turned out. So, lets negotiate. War is so messy. Hey, do you remember those wonderful years we spent together in WWII fighting the evil Nazis? Good times. Look, we both got our asses kicked in Afghanistan-so we have that in common. Our countries have both grown weary of war...

The Return of Roman Religion The West is increasingly anti-Christian. Recent opposition is not secularist or rationalist, nor is it merely political. It is deeply religious. How do Christians face this competing religious system? It may help us to realize how similar our own culture is to that of the ancient Roman Empire. A serious academic study, Pagans and Christians in the City: Culture Wars from the Tiber to the Potomac,[1] traces the re-emergence of ancient Roman culture in contemporary Washington, D.C. Like ancient Rome, our culture is full of corrupt politicians, many of whom seek to prolong their stay in...

Home heating bills expected to rise by 37% this winter.. The city of Boulder, a haven of anti-fracking activism, offered tips Monday to residents struggling with rising home-heating prices amid a global natural-gas shortage. The city’s website warned that residential natural gas bills are expected to increase this year by 37% over last winter and offered hints to keep costs down, including lowering the thermostat, washing clothes in cold water and dressing in layers. “It’s not just up to your furnace to keep you warm,” the Boulder website said. “Dressing in layers can keep you warm while relying less on...

Pending home sales in the USA tanked 6.64% YoY. Yes, it was for December, but down 6.64% YoY means that pending home sales are lower than last December. And the stock market was up across the board as Powell refused to take his foot off the monetary gas pedal. Gold is down along with Bitcoin for you ALT investment types.

A national group of Satanists is putting their cards on the table. They are opposing abortion restrictions and adamantly defending abortion as worship of their god. Meanwhile, a group of liberal pastors in Maine claims that abortion can supposedly be the Christian thing to do. In an op-ed in the Bangor Daily News, “Why a Christian minister supports abortion rights,” their leader writes of the importance of “reproductive justice.” Abortion is a spiritual battle. So what does the Bible have to say abortion? I write this shortly after the 49th anniversary of Roe v. Wade (and its companion decision, Doe...

YouTube has permanently banned another conservative personality for posting a video questioning the effectiveness of masks against the spread of COVID, despite the fact that the head of the CDC now admits masks are ineffective. Fox News host Dan Bongino received the ban after he attempted to upload another video on a different channel while he had a temporary suspension concerning the original mask video. YouTube explained in a statement that “When a channel receives a strike, it is against our Terms of Service to post content or use another channel to circumvent the suspension.” “If a channel is terminated,...

On Wednesday’s broadcast of the Fox News Channel’s “Ingraham Angle,” host Laura Ingraham contrasted President Joe Biden’s vow to nominate a black woman to the Supreme Court to replace outgoing Justice Stephen Breyer with then-Sen. Biden’s opposition to and multiple filibusters of the nomination of Janice Rogers Brown to the federal bench by then-President George W. Bush in 2003 and 2005 and remarked that “race and gender, they only count if you’re thought to be a committed judicial activist, judicial leftist.” Ingraham said, [relevant remarks begin around 2:50] “I’m thinking back on the nomination of what would’ve been another first,...

Even though the Time Lords have been destroyed (twice now), there’s always a chance more Time Lords exist elsewhere in the universe still. We know about the Doctor and the Master, it’s also possible the Hermit, the Curator, the Monk, and Jenny are still about, as they’ve been known to be off-world. But even though the population of a whole species is likely down to single digits, that won’t stop fans from creating head-canons about other potential Time Lords. Mary Poppins I’ve written about this before, but Disney’s beloved Mary Poppins is remarkably similar to the Eleventh Doctor in many...

One miner just earned over $215,000 Most ordinary people haven't been able to mine Bitcoin at a profit for years. As the difficulty of mining the cryptocurrency has increased, most rewards have gone to massive operations that rely on a bunch of incredibly powerful machines. But solo miners with relatively weak setups have found success in recent weeks using USB-based mining rigs. The most recent example comes from a solo USB miner participating in "solo.ckpool.org," which purportedly offers "no frills, no fuss 2% fee anonymous solo bitcoin mining for everyone." The miner solved a block with a rig that had...

Kel-Tec P15 (aluminum frame) in Authors hand at SHOT Show 2022. U.S.A. –-(AmmoLand.com)-– At SHOT Show I spoke with Kel-Tec engineer Ryan Williams. One of the primary interests was getting a first look at the new Kel-Tec P15 subcompact 9mm pistol. It is said to be an updated version of the P11, which pioneered sub-compact polymer 9mm pistols. The P11 held ten rounds in the magazine, as I recall. I had a P11 for a while, not long after they first came out. For whatever reason, I sold it. A light pistol has more recoil impulse. I opt to carry...

“We got a fire in the cockpit,” Senior pilot Ed White called out at a little past 6:31 pm on Jan. 27, 1967. “We got a bad fire,” yelled pilot Roger Chaffee soon after. “We’re burning up!” The three-man crew of Apollo 1, including Commander Gus Grissom, were killed in a terrifying inferno that took their lives within seconds. Fifty-five years ago, the tragedy of Apollo 1 was a gut punch to the nation. Three helpless astronauts, tightly locked inside an Apollo capsule sitting atop a Saturn 1B rocket on Pad 34 down at the Cape in Florida, conducting a...

A full 83 percent of Americans feel the coronavirus pandemic will only be over when the virus mutates to become a “mild illness” or humans build an immunity – which could be never – an AP-NORC poll released Thursday reveals. The survey was conducted between the 13th-18th of January 2022 by AP-NORC, consisting of 1,161 adults. It found most Americans are still very concerned about coronavirus, with only 15 percent of those polled saying they’ll consider the pandemic over when coronavirus is largely eliminated.

I had a different post in mind for today but this is what is known as breaking news. I would title it ‘Breaking America,’ The New York Post calls it: ‘Betraying the American people’: Leaked video reveals Joe Biden’s ‘hush hush’ migrant invasionWhile Joe Biden and Nancy Pelosi go all out to protect Ukraine’s national sovereignty, at the same time they are orchestrating a clandestine invasion of America across the southern border. Two million illegal immigrants from dozens of countries crossed over from Mexico last year, and the Biden administration is facilitating the cartels’ people-smuggling operation — at taxpayer expense.Under cover...

Frogs, unlike their salamander cousins, cannot regenerate lost limbs, but a fascinating new experiment suggests it’s possible for frogs to partially regrow their missing body parts under the right conditions. A paper published today in Science Advances describes a new treatment that made it possible for African clawed frogs (Xenopus laevis) to partially grow back their amputated hind limbs. The treatment consisted of five different drugs and a wearable device, called “BioDome.” Exposure to this chemical cocktail for just 24 hours facilitated a regenerative period that last for 18 months, according to the research, led by researchers from Tufts University...

Warren sent a letter to Amazon CEO Andy Jassy urging him to suppress the bestseller, ‘The Truth About COVID-19.’ Chelsea Greene Publishing is suing Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren for allegedly abusing her political authority to push Amazon to censor their book titled, “The Truth About COVID-19.” The publisher alleges serious First Amendment violations. On September 7, 2021, Warren sent an official letter to Amazon CEO Andy Jassy urging him to suppress the bestseller written by Joseph Mercola and Ronnie Cummins in Amazon’s search results for “perpetuating dangerous conspiracies about COVID-19 and false and misleading information about vaccines.” Chelsea Greene responded...

Following the end of World War II hundreds of thousands of American military veterans returned home to America and set about resuming the lives that they had left behind when they went off to war. Or in the case of many veterans, they embarked on a new life that they had never had before. The opportunities were really endless for those who had the initiative and willingness to work hard and learn new things. American veterans had just defeated the evil of Nazi Germany and the Empire of Japan, and their future looked very bright. They were determined to now...
