Video at https://twitter.com/StanleyRoberts/status/1447406315542757378In the state of California, shoplifting is described as the act of entering an open business and intending to take items that total less than $950. In the past, what was considered shoplifting, was actually identified as burglary in the eyes of the law. This meant that prosecutors could charge it as a felony offense. Nowadays, shoplifting is its own thing and is a misdemeanor offense. As a misdemeanor offense, a person being charged with shoplifting can face no more than 6 months in jail, a fine no larger than $1,000, or some combination of both. However, if...

Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel and Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson shared on Monday the outcomes of investigations into three women who allegedly attempted to forge signatures on absentee ballots or ballot applications. “These cases highlight the scrutiny applications and ballots undergo throughout the election process, as well as the thorough investigative process that ensues when instances of attempted fraud are suspected,” Nessel said. Only one was caught after the election, which resulted in one double vote, while the others were caught before being counted or issued, Nessel's team said. “Our election system is secure, and today’s charges demonstrate...

ransomnote: You'd think everyone would know by now that 'fact checkers' are owned and operated by the Big Tech censors and their allies. But still, I sometimes get some posting 'Factcheck.org' to me as if I will collapse in shame for posting something that corrupt organization doesn't approve of. A so-called independent fact-checker website FactCheck.org is exposed to be funded by the same $1.9 billion vaccine lobby group that it is supposed to check. The site is a Facebook partner whose articles are used to censor critical voices on the social media platform. It is headed by the former CDC...

It is unknown exactly how many kids will be affected since the number who ride the bus changes every day. The cuts...

There have been plenty of illustrations now about the deception of 90% to 99% Covid-19 vaccine effectiveness (VE).There is also now plenty enough real-world, empirical data to assess the effectiveness of the COVID-19 vaccine overall as a public health tool.By Joel Smalley – Quantitative Data AnalystIn respect of COVID-19 cases, it is clear that there have been substantially more this year, post-vax, than there were last year.At least it looks like cases are no longer rising like they did last year into the “season”.Is this because of the vaccine?Well, most of the cases are in the vaccinated. Of course, most...

For the second time in three months, House Speaker Bob Cupp halted legislation Wednesday aimed to limit the ability of employers, colleges, hospitals and others to impose vaccine mandates. Cupp’s announcement came amid a flurry of private caucus meetings, unseen proposed amendments, aggressive lobbying tactics and tense rhetoric from members on a heated issue focused on a minority of Ohioans who continue to abstain from vaccination amid a pandemic that has killed more than 719,000 Americans. The legislation started big and shrunk over time: Its first iteration spanned all vaccines against a long list of preventable diseases; made no exceptions...

If you have followed the natural progression of things…. and if you have taken a good look at what the Biden-aligned EU and Australian vaccine passport mandates cover…. and if you are smart enough to see the difference in the U.S. effort, based on constitutional limitations of the federal government…. then you know exactly how Joe Biden will execute the next phase of vaccine passports without actually implementing a vaccine passport. Joe Biden almost tweeted it out earlier today [LINK]. I have modified the tweet with the addition of two words (in red) that will tell you what comes next:...

Drivers headed down Md. 30 in Hampstead on Hanover Pike may have noticed an eye-catching flag that uses an obscenity to assail President Joe Biden. Some people hate it, others like it. But county and state officials say there’s nothing to be done about it — it’s a perfectly legal form of free speech. The flag that was hanging on the Hampstead home during the summer read “F--- Biden” in white letters but with a middle finger replacing the “U.” At the bottom, the flag stated “and f--- you for voting for him.” The flag that hangs now carries the...

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) employees have until November 22nd to get vaccinated or get fired. However, it appears there is a significant percentage of the workforce that have yet to comply with the federal mandate. According to a report from The Hill following an interview with TSA Administrator David Pekoskeat, the current rate of vaccination compliance within the agency is 60 percent.Given the amount of propaganda, lies and manipulation of data from the U.S. Federal Government and corporate media, I’m left to wonder if the vaccination rates in the entire nation are not ¹overblown. The White House occupant said...
