Pope at Angelus: Healing of the heart begins with listeningRecalling the today’s Gospel reading which presents Jesus who heals a deaf man with a speech impediment, Pope Francis observed the many actions Jesus took in healing him: putting his finger into the man’s ears, touching his tong with saliva and looking up to heaven and then saying to him “Ephphatha”, that is, “Be opened!”. Perhaps, the Pope suggested, it was because the man’s condition of deafness had a special symbolic value and can say something to all of us, since we all have ears, but “very often we are not...
  • US troops lingering in Pakistan ring alarm bells - - Pakistan denies US troops leaving Afghanistan will be allowed access to its bases but hundreds are now inexplicably in-country

PESHAWAR – Although Pakistan officially acknowledged the landing of military planes carrying hundreds of US troops from Afghanistan at Islamabad airport on August 29, it’s still not clear why many are still lingering in the country and not returning to the US or Qatar airbase. Gul Bukhari, a British-Pakistani journalist, columnist and rights activist, tweeted on Tuesday, “Question for anyone with some insight into this: With huge bases in Qatar & Bahrain, and thousands of five and seven-star hotels in the UAE, why have US military personnel been flown to Pakistan?” Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan has denied that the...

Removal of trees from the Obama Presidential Center (OPC) site commenced Wednesday, Sept. 1, 2021. Felled trees and stumps could be seen along the northern edge of the Jackson Park Women's Garden. Further south within the OPC footprint more trees had been cut, their stumps remaining in the ground. Earlier in the week, trees in the OPC site had been marked with bands of different colors: blue, green and white. According to a contractor doing a survey of the trees on the site, the trees with green and blue bands were to be "repurposed" and those with white bands were...
  • The Left is pushing a false ‘COVID deaths cover-up’ smear against Ron DeSantis

Did Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis fiddle with the data to cover up rising COVID-19 deaths in his state? That’s the latest narrative that liberal media outlets , Democratic candidates , and other DeSantis critics are running with. MSNBC’s headline blared, “'Cover-up': Florida's MAGA governor in COVID scandal on death count data.” The network’s Chief Legal Correspondent Ari Melber accused DeSantis of “misleading the public” and “downplaying” the crisis. Meanwhile, the anti-Trump advocacy organization the Lincoln Project accused the governor of “orchestrating a cover-up — in an effort to hide how badly he has failed Florida.” There’s just one problem with...

Kovacs: The Zitterbewegung Orbit of Electrons Andras Kovacs Email: andras.kovacs@broadbit.com At ICCF-21, I presented experimental data [1] pointing to the existence of a close-proximity electronnucleus configuration, which catalyzes nuclear reactions by effectively shielding the proton’s or deuteron’s electric charge. The experimental support for such electron state is strong, but its theory has been lacking. Several researchers put forward theories of a close-proximity electronnucleus configuration, referring to “deep electron orbit”, “Rydberg hydrogen”, etc. However, these preceding theories did not quantitatively account for all observed experimental data, and there was no specific guidance for experimental reactor designs. This presentation discusses the physics...

Explanation: The Earth and Moon are rarely photographed together. One of most spectacular times this occurred was about 30 years ago when the Jupiter-bound Galileo spacecraft zoomed past our home planetary system. Then, robotic Galileo watched from about 15-times the Earth-Moon separation as our only natural satellite glided past our home world. The featured video combines 52 historic color-enhanced images. Although our Moon may appear small next to the Earth, no other planet in our Solar System has a satellite so comparable in size . The Sun, far off to the right, illuminated about half of each sphere, and shows...

  • Florida diner that forbids Biden supporters becomes so popular that it runs out of food

A diner in DeBary, Florida, became popular overnight among residents after announcing they would no longer serve Biden supporters. They sold out of food the same day and temporarily closed. Angie Ugarte, the owner of the DeBary Diner, located just outside of Orlando, posted a provocative sign in the business's window. It read, "If you voted for and continue to support and stand behind the worthless, inept and corrupt administration currently inhabiting the White House that is complicit in the death of our servicemen and women in Afghanistan, please take your business elsewhere. God bless America, and God bless our...

A hospital system in Oklahoma responded to a Rolling Stone article that claimed hospital emergency rooms in Oklahoma were turning away gunshot victims due to ivermectin overdose patients, saying that it has not treated patients due to complications from taking the drug. Rolling Stone on Sunday issued an update to its article, which included the statement from a local hospital denying the claims. The report sourced a local KFOR article that itself cited Oklahoma ER doctor Dr. Jason McElyea who claimed that people overdosing on farm-grade ivermectin are causing emergency rooms to be “so backed up that gunshot victims were...

CHICAGO — A Waukegan woman was arrested and charged after officials said she headbutted a sheriff’s deputy. Officials said a Lake County sherriff’s deputy conducted a traffic stop near Sunset and Lewis avenues around 1:45 a.m. on Saturday. Viviana Mora, 25, was found to be driving under the influence of drugs and an officer placed her under arrest. Mora was put in the backseat of the deputy’s squad car and became “belligerent and out of control,” the Lake County Sherriff’s Office said. The woman then attempted to kick out the squad car windows and took her seatbelt off. Sheriff’s deputies...

Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear (D) said on Sunday that COVID-19 situation in the state is “dire,” with a record number of hospitalizations amid soaring cases. “We are setting case records. We have a record number of Kentuckians in the hospital battling COVID in the ICU, battling for their lives. We have a record number of families that are praying for their loved one who is on a ventilator, needing that assistance to breathe,” Beshear said on NBC’s “Meet the Press.” Beshear was dealt a blow last month when the Kentucky Supreme Court allowed several pieces of legislation limiting his COVID-19...

President Joe Biden, sharing a report of a "hostage crisis" with Americans reportedly unable to evacuate Afghanistan as the Taliban prevent planes from taking off. "Joe Biden abandoned Americans in Afghanistan. Members of Congress, including me and my office, have been working around the clock to get them out - and for days Biden's State Dept. couldn't even get out of its own way. Now there are deeply disturbing reports of a hostage crisis," Cruz tweeted on Sunday. The GOP senator retweeted CBS News correspondent Eana Ruffini, who reported that the Taliban are holding several flights from taking at Afghanistan's...

The CDC did another data dump into their Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) database today. As of August 27, 2021 there have been 13,911 deaths, 2,933,377 injury symptoms, 18,098 permanent disabilities, 76,160 ER visits, 56,912 hospitalizations, and 14,327 life threatening events recorded following experimental COVID-19 “vaccinations.”There have now been more than twice as many deaths recorded following COVID-19 shots during the past 9 months since the COVID-19 shots were given emergency use authorization, than deaths recorded following ALL vaccines for the past 30 years. From January 1, 1991 to November 30, 2020, the last month before the COVID shots were...

You know that old adage, “A stopped clock is correct twice a day?” Well let’s give credit where credit is due, any 75 year old woman who is advising younger female adherents to avoid casual sex is just such a truth telling virtue seeker. Either that or an old embittered hag who hasn’t had the opportunity for true love in more years than she’ll ever admit to. In either case the advice being passed on by said embittered advice giver is sound. In case you missed it, that’s exactly what Bette Midler advised this week, "I suggest that all women...

I'm employing the zinc, quercetin,Vitamins D&C prophylaxis regimen for potential exposure to the Covid virus. I also take PreserVision soft gels twice a day, for a total of 80mg zinc oxide daily. This results in consuming around 64 mg of elemental zinc (if my search results are to be believed). I'm guessing this is a sufficient amount of zinc for the protocol but I have not seen PreserVision (or similar compounds) mentioned in my readings. Thoughts?

Back before Big Pharma had total control of the corporate media, there were a few examples of investigative reporting that exposed the corruption in U.S. vaccination programs. This is a report done by Mike Wallace of 60 Minutes in 1979 about the rushed-to-market Swine Flu vaccine of 1976, and shows how the CDC cannot be trusted for truthful vaccine information. They lied to the American people, resulting in hundreds of people suffering from neurological disorders like Guillain–Barré syndrome who tried to sue the government for damages. More people died from the vaccine than from the Swine Flu. The vaccine was pulled from...

Larry Elder, a gubernatorial candidate in California’s Gavin Newsom recall election, said he would replace U.S. Sen. Dianne Feinstein, a Democrat, with a Republican – if Elder becomes governor and Feinstein were to step down during his term. "God forbid Gov. Elder should replace Dianne Feinstein who nobody’s seen in weeks," Elder told Mark Levin on his radio show Friday. "I'm told she has a worse mental condition than even Joe Biden. They're afraid I'm would replace her with a Republican — which I most certainly would do and that would be an earthquake in Washington D.C." Feinstein, now 88...
