Landlord groups are suing the Biden administration for extending the pandemic eviction moratorium from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, claiming the new order can only be extended by new legislation, as ruled by the U.S. Supreme Court. The Alabama and Georgia associations of Realtors filed an emergency motion Wednesday night with Judge Dabney Friedrich of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, asking her to enforce the Supreme Court's recent order stating that the CDC could not extend the moratorium without new legislation. The Alabama Association of Realtors said the CDC issued the new order "for...

The highly contagious delta variant will lead to an increase in breakthrough infections among the fully vaccinated as people begin moving indoors, Moderna said. While Moderna’s two-dose vaccine remains “durable” six months after the second shot, immunity against the virus will continue to wane and eventually impact vaccine efficacy, it said. “Given this intersection, we believe dose 3 booster will likely be necessary prior to the winter season,” Moderna wrote.

More than 2.9 million Americans are still on traditional state unemployment benefits as the number of people seeking weekly new claims appear to have settled at a level higher than previously hoped, the feds said Thursday. Continuing claims fell by 366,000 from just over 3.26 million the week before, according to data released Thursday by the Labor Department. That figure stood at almost 16 million at the same time last year, in the thick of the pandemic. Continuing claims have fallen significantly since peaks seen in 2020, but the figure remains about twice as high as pre-pandemic levels.

Hello folks, I think it’s time for another article on things that concern me about what’s going on in America. I don’t write regularly, only because other writers have covered many important topics. And I don’t need to repeat it. As I look at America, I see the face of it changing right before my eyes. It does not look the same anymore. It does not have that American greatness as before. The light is dimming daily. Why is that? We are a Christian nation or are we now? We have been weakened over the years, and now we cannot...

For the past several months, we’ve seen the left fighting against election integrity reforms in the states. They reject such reforms and are trying to impose a federal takeover of elections to force changes to state laws that would facilitate, whether intentional or not, greater fraud and tampering. But that’s not the only reason they are fighting. They are also using this fight as a Trojan horse to get something even bigger: the death of the Senate filibuster. Once the legislative filibuster is gone, the floodgates will open for all their extremist policies — not just the federal takeover of elections, but...

ALBANY, N.Y. — A majority of state Assembly members support beginning impeachment proceedings against Gov. Andrew Cuomo if he doesn’t resign over investigative findings that he sexually harassed at least 11 women, according to an Associated Press count Wednesday. At least 86 of the body’s 150 members have said publicly or told The AP that they favored initiating the process of ousting the third-term Democratic governor if he doesn’t quit. It takes a simple majority to authorize an impeachment trial. The tally reflects a governor plunged into a political deep freeze — a Democratic scion who has now lost most,...

CNN political commentator David Axelrod was expressed his outrage Wednesday on CNN’s “Situation Room” over reports that former President Donald Trump allegedly attempted to push the Justice Department to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election to the point that acting Attorney General Jeffrey Rosen prepared to resign. Anchor Wolf Blitzer said, “We can now see for ourselves in black and white just how serious this attempt was to overturn the results of a free and fair democratic election here in the United States. How dangerous was this effort?”

Just prior to the start of the first televised debate in the Gavin Newsom recall election Wednesday evening, a shock poll showed the governor losing the first question ("Should Gavin Newsom be recalled?") by double digits. The poll came from Survey USA and the San Diego Union Tribune, and was conducted among 1,100 Californians from Aug. 2 to Aug. 4. It found that 51% of respondents were in favor of recalling Newsom, while only 40% wanted to keep him in power. The previous Survey USA/San Diego Union Tribune poll from May found 36% in favor of the recall with 47%...

The very first modern influenza pandemic was known as the Russian flu or “La Grippe.” 1889-1992 and still going strongThe disease likely emerged somewhere in the Russian Empire in 1889 and quickly spread around the world in successive waves. It took only four months to hit every part of the globe, with the United States seeing its peak in January 1890. More than a million people (of the 1.5 billion on earth) were killed worldwide in that first wave.Apparently it lasted into 1892 and spawned some great conspiracy theories regarding its origin including electric lights. On January 31, 1890, the European...

DETROIT - The Biden administration wants automakers to raise gas mileage and cut tailpipe pollution between now and model year 2026, and it has won a voluntary commitment Thursday from the industry that electric vehicles will comprise up to half of U.S. sales by the end of the decade. The moves are big steps toward President Joe Biden’s pledge to cut emissions and battle climate change as he pushes a history-making shift in the U.S. from internal combustion engines to battery-powered vehicles. They also reflect a delicate balance to gain both industry and union support for the environmental effort, with...

The ‘Wrecking Agenda’ Is At Work. What is being done now has been prepared for since the end of WW2, the diminishment of America into a globalist vassal state, in a process presided over by the Elite Establishment from which they profit.

China possesses high-energy lasers that, right now, can put at risk U.S. military satellites as well as anti-satellite missiles; the PLA has hacker units that can discombobulate some satellites. In fact, China has practiced doing so. Its military doctrine calls for disrupting U.S. communications as a first move in any strike. It is classic asymmetrical warfare. (By the way, Vladimir Putin in his latest annual state of the nation address warned that “asymmetric, fast, and tough” would be Russia’s response in any conflict). The Chinese don’t play by Marquess of Queensberry rules either.

Wisconsin elections officials said Wednesday that they have removed more than 205,000 voters from the rolls as part of routine work to keep the state's registration lists up to date. Purging voters from the rolls has been a point of major contention in the perennial swing state. Conservatives filed a lawsuit in 2019 demanding that the Wisconsin Elections Commission remove voters from the rolls if they didn't respond to mailings within 30 days. The lawsuit ultimately failed and Democrat Joe Biden went on to beat Donald Trump by about 20,000 votes. Commission officials announced Wednesday that they deactivated 174,307 voter...

Earlier today, Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-FL) spoke to hospital CEOs from around his state to discuss the summer wave of the Delta variant. Delta is less deadly, more catching. Vaxed recover quickly. Biden and Fauci are a lying sack of sh!t. Hospitals not overrun in Fl. The opposite.

"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States." This is the presidential Oath of Office as prescribed by Article II of the Constitution of the United States. It has been sworn or affirmed to by every president. Many presidents have ignored or violated this oath but none so blatantly as Joe Biden did when he extended the clearly unconstitutional (and controversial) so-called “eviction moratorium” enacted through the Centers for Disease Control...

Termed out a loser and recently resigned Chair Sadjak, along with the current crop of Never Trump Teachers’ Union infiltrators, broke numerous State NRS elections laws, bylaws, and Robert’s Rules of order captured on video for the entire world to see. They unlawfully and intentionally blocked hundreds of Republicans from getting into the July 20th meeting, leaving them outside in 109-degree heat, then calling the cops on them. They allowed their allies to vote to call them “honorary members” committing election fraud. They tried to rig the ballot of candidates by unlawfully blocking Jesse Law from the ballot because they...
