President Joe Biden's sister, confidante and longtime political strategist, Valerie Biden Owens, has a book deal. The New York Times has been accused of 'killing' an expose of abusive and bullying Hollywood producer Scott Rudin, who was one of the biggest advertisers in the paper's Arts and Leisure section.
