Multiple attempts by Chinese coastguard vessels to approach Japanese vessels in the East China Sea represent Beijing’s intensifying efforts to assert its sovereignty over the disputed Diaoyu Islands, known as the Senkakus in Japan, analysts said on Monday. The latest incidents happened on Saturday and Sunday, when Japan’s coastguard said two Chinese coastguard vessels had repeatedly entered Japan’s territorial waters and had made moves to approach a Japanese fishing boat carrying three passengers near the islands, which are under the administrative control of Japan. Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis seems to drive a lot of liberals and other NeverTrumpers out of their minds, for reasons that continue to bewilder even a cuck RINO traitor like Yours Truly. (As my haters like to point out, I probably voted for Biden and Hillary and Obama. I’m just that soyfaced, baby!) For almost a year now, our moral, ethical, and intellectual betters have cheered Andrew Cuomo as some sort of COVID superhero, even as the corpses in the Empire State pile up higher than that building. The stench in New York is proving too strong for even the...

Now for a little comic relief. Over the weekend while trapped in my home from the snow here in Arkansas I read a wonderful book by Dean Martin's late son Ricci. It was great and showed a side of Dean most don't even know about. From from being the party guy he was the exact opposite. He would rather be home with his family and left alone than anything else, he was basically a recluse when he wasn't working. Anyway his son made mention of the TV show I don't remember called "Half Nelson", starring Joe Pesci. It didn't last...

"I am making everything new"__The Lord Jesus Rev.21:5 Nothing on this earth has the power to defeat the finished work of the Lord Jesus. "It is finished" said Jesus while on The Cross. Here are the most powerful finished events in all of human history. No power n the Universe can defeat these: {1} The Cross -- the power of reconciliation, forgiveness, and restoration -- "being justified by faith we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ" Romans 5:1 {2} The Resurrection -- the power of that Empty Tomb. He lives. He is alive. He has conquered Death...

Government employees in San Diego County are being forced to undergo lectures that claim only white people can be racist, according to staff who say the training is taking away from their efforts to battle COVID-19 and a homelessness epidemic. The Health & Human Services Agency required employees to spend six hours watching the online racism course, a training participant told the Washington Examiner. Critical Race Theory classes taught participants "Racism is a WHITE" problem, and, "Only white people can be racist." The title of the course is 'Power and Privilege.' “This training is lumping people into groups, and it...

Judge Merrick Garland told the Senate Judiciary Committee Antifa’s attacks on the U.S. courthouse in Portland may not have been “domestic terrorism,” because they took place at night when the court was not “in operation.” Sen. Josh Hawley questioned Garland : Let me ask you about assaults on federal property in places other than Washington, DC — Portland, for instance, Seattle. Do you regard assaults on federal courthouses or other federal property as acts of domestic terrorism? Garland: My own definition, which is about the same as the statutory definition, is the use of violence or threats of violence in...

Explanation: What's that on either side of the Moon? Starships. Specifically, they are launch-and-return reusable rockets being developed by SpaceX to lift cargo and eventually humans from the Earth's surface into space. The two rockets pictured are SN9 (Serial Number 9) and SN10 which were captured near their Boca Chica, Texas launchpad last month posing below January's full Wolf Moon. The Starships house liquid-methane engines inside rugged stainless-steel shells. SN9 was test-launched earlier this month and did well with the exception of one internal rocket that failed to relight during powered descent. SN10 continues to undergo ground tests and may...

On an uncertain date perhaps around February 1136, the Welsh princess Gwenllian (or Gwenlhian, or Gwenliana) lost a battle to a Norman lord, who had her summarily beheaded. This execution occurred in the aftermath of the Norman conquest. Having taken England, those invaders had made inroads into its western neighbor, even temporarily occupying much of the country. But Welsh lords pushed the Normans back, and we find those Normans at this moment in disarray over an internal succession crisis — a period known as “The Anarchy”. Seeing the opportunity, Wales’s constituent principalities rose in a “Great Revolt”. Gwenllian, that hottie...

Mumbling idiot has nothing better to do right I guess. Imagine what the networks would have said if Trump said he needed to go and tell sob stories on their network instead of the 6 o’clock east coast news, the most profitable part of the day for many local networks.

"Hanging on the Telephone" is a song written by Jack Lee. The song was first performed by his short-lived US West Coast power pop band The Nerves; later in 1978, it was recorded and released as a single by the American rock band Blondie. Beginning with a phone sound-effect courtesy of producer Mike Chapman, Blondie's version of the song was released on the band's breakthrough third album, Parallel Lines. Like one of Blondie's subsequent singles, "Sunday Girl", "Hanging on the Telephone" employs a double backbeat rhythm in its drumming pattern, meaning the "off" beats alternate between a quarter note...

As Judith Smentkiewicz fought for her life in a local hospital last month, she had no idea that her struggle with Covid-19 was the subject of a heated court battle and stories in the news media. Until a few days ago, the 80-year-old woman was unaware that her family’s lawyers had obtained a court order enabling her to receive doses of Ivermectin, a drug that has not yet been approved by the federal government as a Covid-19 treatment. Now that she’s back at her Cheektowaga home and well on the road to recovery, Smentkiewicz is amazed at everything that happened...

The U.S. surpassed 500,000 deaths Monday, marking the latest grim milestone in the country's battle against the COVID-19 pandemic. Health experts anticipated reaching the current death toll this month, as cases and hospitalizations peaked last month. Even as the trend is decreasing on both fronts, with deaths likely to slow in coming weeks, variants circulating bring a new wave of concerns. President Joe Biden is slated to hold a vigil Monday evening to remember the 500,000 lives lost. Projections of the circulation of the U.K. variant (B.1.1.7) show it will be the dominant strain in the U.S. by March. Studies...

The Citizens Committee for the Right to Keep and Bear Arms launched an initiative last year aimed at providing information to Second Amendment-loving Americans. The goal was to provide a comprehensive list of companies and/or CEOs who back gun control initiatives and legislation or have anti-firearm corporate policies in place. “When we started this project last year, we were actually surprised, and in some cases disappointed, at some of the businesses we added to the list," CCRKBA Chairman Alan Gottlieb said in a statement. "We discovered several brand name businesses and corporate leaders who evidently have a nefarious agenda to...
