A radical new approach to abortion has taken place in the UK in the last year. For the first time in history, an estimated 100,000 women have been able to have abortions at home. The government must now decide if this "special measure" - designed to help women "stay home and protect the NHS" by keeping them out of clinics during the pandemic - should remain as a permanent abortion option for women. French President Emmanuel Macron has called on Europe and the US to urgently send up to 5% of their coronavirus vaccine supplies to developing nations. President Biden spoke to Texas Gov. Greg Abbott on Thursday about the ongoing winter storm crisis that left millions without power for days. A missing San Francisco computer programmer was found dead in a crawl space of his home last week, police said. Cops responded to Christopher Woitel’s apartment in the Mission District on Friday and found his remains in a three-foot-tall crawl space above his bathroom that was “hidden from plain view,” according to the San Francisco Police Department. Fire officials also arrived at the scene and had to cut a hole in the ceiling so they could retrieve Woitel’s body. Police say the 50-year-old likely got into the crawl space from the roof of the building.

Prince Markie Dee of the iconic 80s hip-hop group The Fat Boys has died at the age of 52, a rep said. The Fat Boys’ manager Louis Gregory confirmed the death with a post on Twitter Thursday night. “Forever in my Heart.
