As President Donald Trump has received an unexpected number of Electoral College votes from states with ongoing controversies and contests relating to the 2020 presidential election, the opportunity is rapidly approaching for both Vice President Mike Pence and the Republican-led Senate to, with help from Rep. Mo Brooks (R-AL) in the South, deny the Electoral College votes of battleground states with suspicious or fraudulent election results. As National File exclusively reported today, officials have confirmed that an effort is underway in Georgia, Pennsylvania, Nevada, and other states to send a slate of presidential electors intending to vote for President Donald Trump.This...

Unwittingly or not, Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger (R), cryptically provided justification for the US Congress to nullify Georgia’s slate of Electors to the Electoral college in his announcement of a signature match audit of Cobb County in his state. Raffensperger announced the audit after claims of voter fraud, just a very few claims of vote fraud his office has taken action on. The Secretary of State told reporters Monday that he launched the audit in order to restore Georgians’ faith in the election. Describing himself as a “conservative Constitutional Republican”, a claim many of his Republican colleagues in...

More fruit harvested today from the U.S. Supreme Court’s recent Catholic Diocese of Brooklyn as the First Amendment’s guarantee of religious freedom wins in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. From the decision today against Nevada Gov. Steve Sisolak’s clearly discriminatory anti-Covid regulations that penalized churches with severe attendance limits while leaving casinos essentially free to operate with no such considerations: “The Supreme Court’s decision in Roman Catholic Diocese compels us to reverse the district court. Just like the New York restrictions, the Directive treats numerous secular activities and entities significantly better than religious worship services. “Casinos, bowling alleys, retail...

The CEO of Dominion Voting Systems on Tuesday said the company has never used a platform that experts believe was breached by hackers as far back as last year.“We don’t use the SolarWinds Orion package that was the subject of the DHS report from the 13th,” CEO John Poulos told legislators in Michigan via video link. However, a screenshot of a Dominion webpage that The Epoch Times captured shows that Dominion does use SolarWinds technology. Dominion later altered the page to remove any reference to SolarWinds, but the SolarWinds website is still in the page’s source code.SolarWinds’s technology was exploited by...

Democrat Raphael Warnock was already struggling to beat back allegations of anti-Semitism, and then Linda Sarsour and Reps. Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib jumped into the Georgia Senate election picture. The Georgia chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations [CAIR] plans to hold Sunday evening a virtual “vote-a-thon” aimed at encouraging Georgia Muslims to vote in the Jan. 5 run-off elections, an event featuring the Democratic congresswomen as well as Ms. Sarsour. All three have expressed support for the anti-Israel Boycott, Sanctions and Divestment cause, and all three have been embroiled in recent years in headline-grabbing anti-Semitism controversies. All three...

Study of England, Scotland and Wales dispels myth of ‘Asian grooming gangs’ popularised by far right The majority of child sexual abuse gangs are made up of white men under the age of 30, an official paper has said. The report, which covers England, Scotland and Wales and summarises a range of studies on the issue of group-based child sexual exploitation (CSE), also known as grooming gangs, said there was not enough evidence to conclude that child sexual abuse gangs were disproportionately made up of Asian offenders. High-profile cases including in Rotherham, Rochdale and Telford have involved groups of men...

COLUMBIA — University of South Carolina students could be fined and suspended if they fail to get monthly COVID-19 tests the school is mandating in the spring semester. The state’s largest college is requiring monthly checks after it needed T-shirt giveaways and prize drawings at times to conduct nearly 50,000 student tests on campus since August. An unknown number of tests were conducted off campus.

Explanation: It's happening. Saturn and Jupiter are moving closer and will soon appear in almost exactly the same direction. Coincidentally, on the night of the December solstice -- the longest night of the year in the north and the longest day in the south -- the long-awaited Great Conjunction will occur. Then, about six days from now, Saturn and Jupiter will be right next to each other -- as they are every 20 years. But this juxtaposition is not just any Great Conjunction -- it will be the closest since 1623 because the two planetary giants will pass only 1/10th...

The video clips are disturbing. They show a massive brawl involving scores of teenagers at Atlantic Station on Saturday night. Some are running, some yelling, some throwing punches. At the end, one youth collapses, having been pummeled. After a few kicks to the head, he starts to quake. “I am in tears. Dear Lord, help us. I pray he is okay,” Atlanta City Council President Felicia Moore said Monday in a social media post, nearly 48 hours after yet another incident outside a local shopping facility. It’s not solely the harrowing footage that some find disquieting. It’s not only the...

Senior Republicans recognised Joe Biden as the president-elect of the United States on Tuesday as President Donald Trump continued to deny the outcome of the election. In a significant break with the president, Senate majority leader Mitch McConnell congratulated Mr Biden and vice-president-elect Kamala Harris on their victory, a day after the electoral college confirmed the election result. “As of this morning our country has officially a president-elect and a vice-president-elect,” Mr McConnell said on the Senate floor. “Many of us hoped that the presidential election would yield a different result, but our system of government has processes to determine...

Utopianism is age-old, as are its tragic consequences — and we haven’t seen the worst yet.Bouts of extreme leftism are frequent in history. Plato’s Apology, Edmund Burke’s Reflections on the Revolution in France, and Vladimir Lenin’s What Is to Be Done? — all offer us insight into the mind and methods of the hard Left.America has experienced surges of mainstream anarchism, socialism, and communism, most profoundly during the late 19th century, amid the Great Depression, during the Soviet-American alliance of World War II and afterward, and in the 1960s. But rarely have these radical movements openly and without apologies made...

Amid recent reports of foreign breaches into U.S. government computer systems, questions have emerged whether hackers manipulated the results of the 2020 elections — and if so, whether that would trigger a White House executive order on responding to such an incursion. The 2018 executive order from President Donald Trump addresses the specter similar to Monday's revelation that Russian hackers had penetrated the Department of Homeland Security. "Although there has been no evidence of a foreign power altering the outcome or vote tabulation in any United States election, foreign powers have historically sought to exploit America’s free and open political...

Ron Johnson, R-Wisconsin, said in an interview that he acknowledged Biden as the president-elect and believed the election was legitimate. At the same time, Johnson plans to hold a Senate hearing Wednesday on election “irregularities,” saying there are “legitimate questions” about the way the election was administrated in Wisconsin and other states.

Gov. Andrew Cuomo didn’t say of struggling bar and restaurant workers and owners, “Let them eat cake.” He went even lower, telling them to be grateful for the crumbs he’s letting them have. Responding to criticism Monday for banning indoor dining in the city when his own contact-tracing data show just 1.43 percent of state cases are linked to bars and restaurants, Cuomo blustered, “Let’s focus on what the real issues are,” dismissing “people who are concerned” about losing their livelihoods.

More than 1,700 Georgians were singled out for illegally casting two ballots in 2020 elections – including last month’s hotly contested presidential race -but their fraudulent votes weren’t canceled out, according to state election officials. And so far, none of the cheaters has been prosecuted, raising concerns about continued fraud as Georgia prepares to vote again in twin U.S. Senate runoff elections next month. The majority of double voters were Democrats who cast an absentee ballot either by mail or drop box and also voted in person on Election Day, officials said, which is a felony under state law. The...
