'RHOBH' star Erika Jayne's estranged husband has had his assets frozen and a judge now wants prosecutors to have a look at what he allegedly did. A federal judge said Tom Girardi conducted himself in an "unconscionable" manner ... finding that he misappropriated at least $2 million in client money. Even more ominous ... the judge is referring the matter to the U.S. Attorney's Office for possible criminal investigation. The money was intended to compensate the families of victims of the Boing 737 Max, Lion Air crash. Lawyers for Girardi said their client didn't currently have the $2 mil he...

Gov. Andrew Cuomo is lucky he’s a Democrat — otherwise Lindsey Boylan’s charge that he “sexually harassed” her might lead to political challenges and media shame. “Yes, @NYGovCuomo sexually harassed me for years. Many saw it, and watched,” the former Cuomo aide, now running for Manhattan beep, tweeted. It’s a serious charge, one Cuomo flatly denies. The details? Boylan won’t say. She cites no specific allegations and provides no evidence. She won’t even respond to requests for further comment. “I have no interest in talking to journalists,” she declares. “I am about validating the experience of countless women and making...

An analysis by two prominent law professors published before the election concluded that if Electoral College votes remain in dispute after they are counted in Congress, the vice president, as presiding officer of the joint session, could choose not to allow certain disputed votes. The scenario isn't entirely remote, with lawsuits challenging the results in six states and the possibility the U.S. Supreme Court could weigh in. John Yoo of California-Berkeley and Robert J. Delahunty of St. Thomas University wrote in an analysis published Oct. 19 by the Claremont Institute that Vice President Mike Pence can refuse to count some...

Last night the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) issued a rare Emergency Directive 21-01, in response to a KNOWN COMPROMISE involving SolarWinds Orion products. This was only the fifth Emergency Directive issued by CISA under the authorities granted by Congress in the Cybersecurity Act of 2015. CISA reported a breach of the SolarWinds Orion products. This Emergency Directive called on all federal civilian agencies to review their networks for indicators of compromise and disconnect or power down SolarWinds Orion products immediately.

As we can see, Christine Fang (Fang Fang) was quite a social butterfly, mingled with low to mid-level state politicians, and eventually found her way into California House Rep Eric Swalwell's circle. (Many photos at his feed. She really was dedicated if she took on jabba the hut, I mean harrison)

In each party, the donors and managers and professionals have far more in common with those of the other party—in terms of education, lifestyle, and values—than they do with most of their own party’s non-elite voters, whom party elites manipulate...The consolidation of almost all political, social, and economic power in a single national ruling class whose members congregate in a few major cities is unprecedented in American history, though not in the history of Latin America or France or Britain.

One can lie about collusion with impunity. But to speak the truth about collusion is to be smeared as xenophobic, racist, and nativist. Historians will dissect the origins and spread of the mass hysteria of Russian collusion. The farce infected the media. It discredited the Democratic Party. And it warped the popular culture between 2015 and 2020. Collusion destroyed what was left of respect for the Washington FBI, the CIA, and the liberal news media. When 50 former “intelligence” officers can attest, right before the election, that the Hunter Biden scandal emails are likely Russian disinformation designed to help Trump,...

South Korea's parliament has passed a bill to ban the launching of propaganda leaflets into North Korea, a move that was condemned by rights activists as a violation of freedom of speech. The new law carries a three-year prison term and fines of 30 million won ($36,000) for anyone found guilty Groups run by North Korean defectors and other campaigners have for decades sent anti-Pyongyang leaflets — alongside food, medicine, US$1 bills, mini radios and USB sticks containing South Korean news and dramas — into the North, usually by balloon or in bottles on border rivers. North Korea has long...

“The future of human liberty…means the future of civilization.” “Only if the modern state can be held within a strictly limited agenda…can it be prevented from regimenting, conquering, and ultimately devouring the society which gave it birth.” “A man who is good from docility, and not from stern self-control, has no character.” “Contrary to age-old prejudices, the wealth of the rich is not the cause of the poverty of the poor, but helps to alleviate that poverty.” “Inflation itself is a form of taxation. It is perhaps the worst possible form, which usually bears hardest on those least able to...

At least 14 Venezuelans drowned this weekend attempting to escape the socialist country on a raft off the eastern state of Sucre, local authorities confirmed Monday. Venezuelan coast guards found 11 people dead Saturday around seven miles off the coast. Three others washed up on the beach Sunday. Their bodies were later transferred to the morgue of the Central Hospital of Cumaná in the state capital of Sucre. The victims are believed to have been trying to reach Trinidad and Tobago, presumably as an escape from the economic and humanitarian crisis in their homeland. In a statement confirming the tragic...

Sooo...amidst a constant mucousy clearing of his throat and some coughing, the so-called 'President-elect Joe Biden' just gave a speech about how the Electoral College has cast their votes, and that he had won those 306 votes. But we all know it's not ol' Touchy Feely that those EC votes were cast for, but for Commie Kamala. Joe-with-a-cold spent the majority of his (her) time on national television giving himself so many pats on the back about how wonderful Democracy (Communism) will be for everyone, I'm surprised he didn't faceplant from the effort. And, then of course, spent time wielding...

If your heart is motivated by the approval of others and this influences the way you live, your loyalties are divided. You will always be striving to please someone other than Jesus. A few years after the apostle Paul was converted, he went to the church in Jerusalem to try to join the disciples there. “But they were all afraid of him, and did not believe that he was a disciple” (Acts 9:26). The apostles knew Paul’s reputation as a persecutor. The churches in Judea had heard only that, “He who formerly persecuted us now preaches the faith which he...

As the chaplain blessed the treasonous casting of Michigan's Electoral College votes for Joe Biden "in Jesus' name," the air of my home office was blue. I was that mad! Then I realized that by affixing their John Hancocks to the official electoral vote certificates, despite President Trump's repeated warnings, they were signing their own fates as traitors. Tribunals may be in their future. But even as the DNC traitors were publicly outing themselves, so were the GOP heroes. In the states of Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada and Arizona, the GOP Electoral College voters also showed up and also affixed...

A video montage produced by the Media Research Center (MRC) shows just how desperate the mainstream media was in trying to cover up the Hunter Biden scandal. MRC put the video supercut together one week before the election as a means to highlight how the media was lying about there being “no evidence” that the former Vice President and his son “had done anything wrong.” Over a month later, it has been revealed that Hunter is the subject of a federal investigation into his “tax affairs” that began in 2018, a year before Biden announced his campaign for the presidency....

Nearly half of all U.S. voters overestimate the percentage increase of deaths in the country amid the COVID-19 pandemic, according to a new Just the News Daily Poll with Scott Rasmussen. Just 19% of those surveyed accurately guessed that excess deaths in the U.S. have been within range of 10% this year, while 47% of voters though the number was higher – from 25% to 50% to "twice as many." The remaining 8% guessed there had been "no increase" in deaths this year...

(CNN, Aug 13 2019): When Attorney General William Barr said he was "appalled" and "angry" after Jeffrey Epstein's apparent suicide at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in Manhattan, you'd almost have thought Barr himself bore no responsibility. He spoke of "serious irregularities" and "demanded" an investigation -- as if he were some outside observer incapable of simply ordering an investigation himself. Listening to him pour fire and brimstone on the rank-and-file who run the jail, you almost have to wonder: Has Barr taken a look at his org chart recently? Because the Metropolitan Correctional Center is part of the Bureau of...

Being discharged from the hospital after illness or surgery is only the beginning of recovery. As with many infrequently-spoken moments in healthcare, COVID-19 has revealed the long road to recovery for "long-haulers," those whose symptoms linger for months. As a new study reports, this isn’t a new finding specific to the virus. (Of course, any experienced physician might have told you that already.) Here is a general rule of thumb: every day of bed rest is worth three or more days of recovery. And you can modify those days if the patient is elderly, and more so when he/she is...
