Sidney Powell and her vaunted “Kraken” election fraud lawsuits have now been summarily dismissed by federal judges in not one, but two different states: Georgia and Michigan. Making matters worse for the bombastic attorney, the dismissals have come in bipartisan fashion, first from an Obama-appointed judge in Michigan and then from a George W. Bush appointee in Georgia. Really not a good outcome or look at all for Powell, who has deployed the most inflammatory rhetoric imaginable around her challenges to the obvious Democrat fraud that took place around the November 3 elections. Here’s an excerpt from a Detroit Free...

The power disaster unfolding in California will soon occur across the country, if Joe Biden gets his way. The Golden State has been sweeping away the forms of energy that have provided reliable electricity for decades, under the same agenda the former vice president is planning for America as a whole. Power outages are now commonplace in California. This summer, the state suffered its first rolling blackouts in almost 20 years. Imagine if this happened in Chicago in the middle of winter. California’s trouble is explained by officials who now openly admit to an over-reliance on wind and solar power....

LAWRENCE – President Donald Trump may have nearly ended the flow of refugees and other African immigrants to the United States, but a new study shows that at least those from Nigeria are well-educated, hardworking and contribute more to society than they cost the American social security system. The paper contrasts Nigerian newcomers with those from Somalia, whose work ethic is similarly strong, but whose lack of education hurts their employment prospects here. The authors argue that Americans should “reconsider the treatment of African immigrants as a collective group, as this obscures differences between immigrants from different African countries and...

Noncitizens are embedded in North Carolina jury and voting pools, raising new questions about the integrity of elections, according to an immigration reform group. The Immigration Reform Law Institute on Monday said it had uncovered examples of noncitizens, and likely also illegal immigrants, in the pools in Charlotte, North Carolina, and other key areas dating back to 2012. Working with the Voter Integrity Project, IRLI conceded that the numbers were not enough to overturn election results but point to the lack of “political will” by government officials to clean up their rolls. Voter Integrity Project co-founder Jay Delancy said, “The...

There are still 24 days left in 2020, so of course there’s time for something that hasn’t occurred in nearly 800 years. Jupiter and Saturn, the two largest planets in the solar system, will soon line up and look like a double planet, a sight not seen since the Middle Ages. The rare celestial event will occur after sunset on Dec. 21, 2020, the start of the winter solstice. “Alignments between these two planets are rather rare, occurring once every 20 years or so, but this conjunction is exceptionally rare because of how close the planets will appear to one...

Roald Dahl's family has apologised for anti-Semitic comments made by the best-selling author, who died in 1990. A statement condemning Dahl's controversial comments, made in two interviews in 1983 and 1990, was published on his official website. SNIP "It is a shame that the estate has seen fit merely to apologise for Dahl's anti-Semitism rather than to use its substantial means to do anything about it," the spokesperson said.

Not reporting one major stock record is bad enough. And yet, the ABC, CBS and NBC evening news shows decided it was fine to black out news on three major stock indexes that hit new records. The censorship of positive news in the stock market under President Donald Trump has continued with absolute impunity. The Dow Jones closed Friday up 248 points to finish at 30,218. The S&P 500 increased to 3,699, and the Big Tech-heavy NASDAQ finished at 12,464, according to TheStreet. Fox Business referred to this major event as a “trifecta” of record closes in the stock market....

The Democrat candidate for Senate in Georgia, during a debate Sunday night, sidestepped questions about his comments on Marxism and his willingness to pursue “court packing.” Republican incumbent Kelly Loeffler asked her challenger, the Rev. Raphael Warnock, about his past writings about Marxism and the redistribution of income and called on him to “renounce socialism and Marxism.” ... Warnock also dodged a question from one of the moderators about whether he would support expanding the number of justices on the Supreme Court. ... Loeffler said her opponent was trying to distract from the matter that he would pack the high...

The legal team led by former federal prosecutor Sidney Powell will appeal the dismissal of the election lawsuit tossed by a federal judge on Monday. Powell told The Epoch Times in an email that they “will proceed as fast as possible to the Supreme Court.” U.S. District Court Judge Timothy Batten dismissed Powell’s lawsuit on Dec. 7, opining that the plaintiffs have no standing to sue, should have brought the lawsuit to a state court, and had filed the case too late. “There’s no question that Georgia has a statute that explicitly directs that elections contests be filed in Georgia...

Sen. Josh Hawley is not happy that the leading coronavirus proposals lack another round of direct payments to Americans — and he’s taking his case straight to President Donald Trump. The Missouri Republican lobbied Trump to veto any coronavirus aid bill that does not contain a second tranche of checks to Americans in a phone call on Saturday. And Hawley said the president listened intently as he flew home on Air Force One from a rally in Georgia. “I said, ‘I think it's vital that any relief include direct payments, and I'm not gonna vote for it if it doesn't.’...

Our hearts are touched! In a nice gesture, Kamala Harris sent Joe Biden 17 get-well-soon puppies! Awww! So cute! Biden injured himself while playing with his dog, and this is sure to cheer him up! After receiving the puppies, Joe is rumored to have exclaimed, "Help! She's after me again!" Haha! Such a great jokester. It's awesome to see these two buddies playing around already. What a great four years this is going to be!

Seems every year democrats find another way to compromise elections in the US. In 2016 "Russian interference" was all the rage. There was no end to Adam Schiff's bullsh*t about there being evidence for collusion "in plain sight" although no one else could ever see it. Trump only won because of Russian collusion. But there's a problem with that. James Clapper had to admit that there was no evidence of Russian collusion. democrats vehemently oppose anything that strengthens the integrity of the vote. They are constantly battering down the walls that protect it. They would see foreign nationals vote, they...

Less than five hours after Rudy Giuliani appeared with Maria Bartiromo on Sunday Morning Futures, President Trump announced via tweet that Rudy had tested positive for COVID-19. Fox News reported it Sunday afternoon .Later that day, it was reported that he’d been admitted to Georgetown University Hospital for treatment.Rudy has been doing a heroic job managing the legal strategy for Trump in states where election tactics and results have been highly suspect. Like all who test positive, he’ll be under quarantine for 14 days after being symptom-free, so must continue his role either from the hospital or his home, as...
