Governor Phil Murphy (D-NJ) said on this week’s broadcast of “Fox News Sunday” that a statewide coronavirus shutdown was still “on the table.” Fill-in anchor Bret Baier said, “You have not ruled out a statewide shutdown like you did in the spring. Why is that? You hear the WHO saying it’s the last possible resort, considering the economic impact of that. You heard Dr. Anthony Fauci say something similar, but yet you’re saying it’s possible in your state?”

Three temples have been vandalized with black spray paint in Garden Grove, two in Santa Ana and one in Westminster. Former President Barack Obama sharply criticized the unexpectedly large number of Hispanics who voted for President Trump's reelection, contending that "out of a distorted sense of values they mistakenly overlooked Trump's racism and cast ballots for him because he is opposed to abortion. In their warped way of thinking, saving the lives of millions of babies seems to be more important than remaining in sync with the nearly unanimous opinion of enlightened people that Trump is the worst racist to ever run for president." As an example, Obama said "the pernicious effect of this warped thinking can be seen in...

National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases director Dr. Anthony Fauci said Sunday on ABC’s “This Week” that the Supreme Court ruling that religious gatherings cannot be restricted in New York State was a “considerable risk for acquisition and spread” of the coronavirus pandemic. Guest host Martha Raddatz said, “The Supreme Court struck down New York’s COVID restrictions on religious gatherings in the state. How concerned are you about legal challenges to pandemic restrictions going forward?

BY JYOTHSNA HEGDE & VEENA RAO Atlanta, GA, October 19, 2020: In our ongoing series, NRI Pulse is interviewing candidates ahead of the November elections. Democratic candidate, Reverend Raphael Warnock, who is running in the special election to the U.S. Senate, discussed his priorities, his personal fight for racial justice and voting rights. Dr. Warnock received a bachelorâs degree from Morehouse College and an M.Div., M.Phil., and Ph.D. from Union Theological Seminary. He became pastor of Ebenezer Baptist Church in 2005. He was the youngest pastor selected to serve in that leadership role at the historic church. Dr. Warnock graduated...

"By faith the walls of Jericho fell down, after they had been encircled for seven days" (Heb. 11:30). Faith is the key to spiritual conquest. Forty years had lapsed since the Israelites refused to enter the Promised Land. That unbelieving generation had perished in the wilderness. Now Joshua was leading a new generation into the land. The first obstacle they faced was Jericho—a well- fortified city that was near the mouth of the Jordan River. Some city walls of that day were wide enough at the top to allow two chariots to ride side-by-side. That was probably true of Jericho...

As Christ’s witnesses, we are called to a seemingly impossible task. We are asking the world to lay down the things that are most dear to them: their sins. In their eyes, the Christian walk — a life of purity and holiness — looks like a form of slavery. Our idea of heaven seems to them more like hell. When they hear us talk about the gospel, it is an offence to their lifestyle. Christ’s gospel calls them to repent of the sins they love, to repent of rejecting the God who died for them on a cross. It calls...

It is amazing how many people want the power of Christ but not the path of Christ. They do not want to follow a Christ who uses His resources and power to help others. However, they will soon discover that following Jesus inevitably leads to a road of self-sacrifice. It is at this crossroads that many turn away from following the Jesus of the Bible. We see in the Scriptures that multitudes came to Jesus because they were hungry and saw that He could multiply bread. Others came because they wanted to rule and reign, and they thought Jesus would...

Suppose you are a man with a long history of personal mediocrity in important positions. You aren’t quite as publicly toxic as, say, Hillary Clinton. But no one really respects you either. You’re old, 76. You’re definitely a “me too” lothario. You have said nothing notable in 35 years in the public eye, first as a U.S. Senator, then failed presidential candidate, and finally Secretary of State. Your biggest success was in being the face of Obama’s Iran deal, the entire premise of which was to set up an untrustworthy, fundamentalist regime hell-bent on acquiring nuclear weapons, and deeply hated...

Sunday (Nov 22) marks the 57th anniversary of the assassination of John F. Kennedy and nearly six decades on, fascination still abounds over the details of one of the 20th century's landmark events. The 35th American president was fatally shot by Lee Harvey Oswald shortly after midday on Friday November 22 1963 while riding in a presidential motorcade through Dealey Plaza, in Dallas, Texas. Footage of him in the car with his wife Jaqueline and Texas Governor John Connally and his wife, has gone down in history as one of the iconic images of the age. Most of the documents...

The strongest argument for Biden’s victory is not the vote tally. It is the monolithic narrative, pumped up like one of those inflatable play castles at a child’s birthday party. With every passing day, that narrative becomes more boisterous, more assertive, more uncompromising. It is a collective primal scream, emitted with eyes shut and ears plugged. There is a problem for the narrative, however. Or more to the point, there are 73 million problems. A major concession in the Biden-won-give-it-up-narrative is revealed by the hawkers of the “Unity Now” meme. Let us all come together as one nation, under Joe,...

The record surge in coronavirus cases across the US is likely far worse, with an estimated eight infections unreported for every one infection counted, according to a government report — which would put the true tally closer to 100 million The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) calculated that by the end of September there had really been as many as 53 million Americans contract the deadly bug — just under eight times the confirmed cases reported at the time. Of those, the CDC believes about 45 million were sick at some point and about 2.4 million were hospitalized....

MY COMMENTARY ON PA SUPREME COURT RULING RE ACT 77 on NOV 28 I am generally opposed to mail-in voting because I see too many ways it can be abused as opposed to VIP. (Vote In Person). If I lived in Pennsylvania I would feel disenfranchised after reading these PA Supreme Court opinions issued yesterday. Here are the links to the PA Supreme Court rulings: http://www.pacourts.us/assets/opinions/Supreme/out/68%20MAP%202020%20Concurring%20Statement%20(J.%20Wecht)final.pdf?cb=2 http://www.pacourts.us/assets/opinions/Supreme/out/68%20MAP%202020%20Concurring%20and%20Dissenting%20Statement%20(C.J.%20Saylor).pdf?cb=2 Justice Wecht argues in her concurring opinion the 'public' should have known that Act 77 had a proviso in the law stating that a person had 180 days to object. Well, if I...
