Conservative firebrand Candace Owens is celebrating her first major victory in her legal battle against Facebook's "fact-checkers. "Owens, a political author and commentator, challenged Facebook's left-leaning fact-checking partner PolitiFact over a “false” rating — and won.

The issue was the mass media claim that Joe Biden was “President elect”.
She said that was a lie.
It was a lie.
It is a lie that the mass media is peddling, and every one of the FCC licensed outlets that tells that lie is in violation of their license.

Lying is a violation of the license for any such outlet (though obviously the Internet liars are not covered by these licenses).

As federal laws, they are all unconstitutional. The ONLY legal bulwark of freedom protecting you from tyranny and slavery is the Constitution.

Irrelevant here. You sort of missed the class about individual free speech especially political speech which is protected by the Constitution from government interference.
Pollical speech per se is NOT libel and slander, although the Left loves your argument. The Left would love to governmentally shut down all political speech they don’t like.
When they march you and your family off to the concentration camps, tell them to keep their heads high because you didn’t get your hands dirty by breaking any rules in your moral code.
