I _totally_ disagree with your analysis.

We need to fight with _every_ tool we have—always—without exception.

Rules are for losers.

I didn’t make the rules. I agree that many of the current rules are unconstitutional/violate the spirit of the Constitution/etc.

And, the society currently functions under many of these rules. Since I intend to function in society, I will follow and take advantage of the rules - including the rules that I object too.

That is how a society functions - equal protection under the law - regardless how one feels about a law.
