Donald Trump can still win the US presidential election as there are still "question marks" remaining and a number of states which have not as yet been called says Sky News contributor Cory Bernardi. "Yes, he can still win," Mr Bernardi said. "There are question marks over Pennsylvania, Michigan ... Arizona and Georgia and Alaska and North Carolina haven't been called. "So let's wait until the 14th of December and and see how it plays out," he said. Joe Biden was declared the winner of the crucial swing state of Pennsylvania on Saturday (local time) winning the state's 20 Electoral...

I am a firm believer in the Golden Rule – do onto others as you would have done unto you – but I add a caveat to make it something Democrats really claim to love: fairness. You start by treating people well, but once they demonstrate they aren’t going to reciprocate, to hell with them and it’s game on. After four years of screaming Republicans are this kind of “ist†or that kind of “phobe,†that’s exactly how I think of left-winger’s newfound love of “unity.†Joe Biden deserves exactly the same respect Democrats showed Donald Trump in 2016, which...

A Menlo Park school board president stepped down Sunday after his wife's racist, offensive tweet about Vice President-elect Kamala Harris began circulating among students' families. The tweet was posted by Mehridith Philips Venverloh, wife of Las Lomitas Elementary School District board president Jon Venverloh. In it, she replied to a conversation about Harris' qualifications with the comment: "All she needs to be qualified is a black [obscenity]! No brain needed." The redacted word is a vulgar sexual term. Both her tweet and account appear to have been deleted. The Palo Alto Daily Post reports Mehridith Venverloh blamed her tweet on...

The Georgia secretary of state’s office says it continues to look into every complaint of voter fraud but that so far, it has found little evidence that it happened on a widespread basis. “Every single one that comes in, we’re going to investigate, we’re going to track it down,” said Gabe Sterling. “It doesn’t mean anything happened, it didn’t mean anything didn’t happen. What we have to find is evidence of something happening.”...... “There are going to be double voters. There are going to be people who did not have the qualifications of a registered voter to vote in this...

Like many big law firms, Jones Day, whose roots go back to Cleveland in the late 1800s, has prided itself on representing controversial clients There was Big Tobacco. There was the bin Laden family. There was even the hated owner of the Cleveland Browns football team as he moved the franchise to Baltimore. Now Jones Day is the most prominent firm representing President Donald Trump and the Republican Party as they prepare to wage a legal war challenging the results of the election. The work is intensifying concerns inside the firm about the propriety and wisdom of working for Trump,...

Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban has sent a letter to European Union leaders threatening to veto the bloc's long-term budget accord over a payment mechanism that requires countries to uphold EU democracy rules. The move could jeopardise the seven-year 1.1-trillion-euro budget as well as a €750-billion virus relief package. Orban is unhappy about a deal reached last Thursday which would introduce a mechanism to make the delivery of budget money to EU countries conditional on their respect for EU values, including the independence of courts. The provisional deal, agreed between Germany, which currently holds the bloc’s 6-month rotating presidency, and...

It’s just the flu, bro. https://www.cdc.gov/nchs/nvss/vsrr/covid19/index.htm We Flubros all know that the Coronavirus death numbers are massively overstated due to people dying with Coronavirus and not from Coronavirus. The CDC is showing excess death numbers well beyond the Coronavirus deaths since the summer (don’t look at last few weeks as those are not fully updated). This is strong evidence that people are dying because of the lockdown itself, as opposed to some mild Coronavirus. I am sure suicides, cancer deaths, etc are up. Governors are effectively killing large numbers of people in order to, in theory, help a few 85...

News that a Pfizer vaccine is 90% effective against COVID-19 has been heralded as a turning point in the global fight against the virus. But while the vaccine has been bankrolled by the American pharmaceutical giant, the science itself is the work of BioNTech, a German company founded by married couple and dedicated physicians Ugur Sahin and Ozlem Tureci. Together, they are being hailed as the brains that allowed the potentially transformative coronavirus vaccine to come about. Scientists and entrepreneurs Professor Sahin, 55, and Dr Tureci, 53, are now among the 100 richest Germans, with the value of their company...

Have there been any updates on the status of Janine Pirro? I haven's seen any news on her show. Tucker Carlson and Laura Ingraham didn't mention her on Monday night, even though Tucker commented extensively on election fraud. This is the first time I've downloaded and watched Tucker or Laura since the day after the election and I only did it to see if they would stick up for the Judge. If it turns out she really is suspended or fired I will be as done with them as I am with the rest of Fox News.

A woman is being investigated for voter intimidation after reportedly collecting ballots from seniors at a low-income housing complex in California. The Los Angeles County Registrar of Voters said a criminal investigation had begun by examining security video footage and interviewing potential victims. The allegation claims that the woman went door-to-door at the senior living complex and steered the seniors to vote for and attempted to convince them to vote for Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden. She is then reported to have collected their ballots saying she would "fill in the rest," ABC7 reports. What is Illegal "assistance" at the...

Audits, recounts, canvassing — what does it all mean? 'Canvassing' is part of the state election certification process that confirms every valid ballot cast is included in the final count. The rules vary by state...After the canvas is complete, a state can consider an audit.... An election 'Audit' is a review taken after the polls close to see if the votes were counted properly or the correct procedures were followed.... A 'Recount' is a specific type of audit that involves the repeat tabulation of the votes to see if the initial count was accurate. This is usually only undertaken in...

On Monday, the pharmaceutical company Pfizer released early analysis that suggested its COVID-19 vaccine was 90 percent effective. The announcement, while no guarantee of a vaccine, was a ray of hope for Americans awaiting an end to the pandemic at a time when new cases are setting records nationally by the day. But a vocal crowd—which has drawn support from the anti-lockdown movement and other conspiratorial scenes—is already voicing its opposition to a coronavirus vaccine. Adding to the doubt is at least one member of the First Family, who cast suspicion about the vaccine following President Donald Trump’s re-election defeat....

The Fox News Channel’s Bret Baier has deleted a tweet that proved the backlash against the disgraced cable news network has exploded. “Join me + @marthamaccallum tonight 8pmET on @FoxNews”: That’s it. That was all Baier tweeted. Nothing controversial. Nothing about the election. He didn’t try to defend his disgraced network’s indefensible decision to call Arizona early, a state that a week later is still too close to call.

A former deputy attorney general for Michigan made a series of shocking allegations in a sworn affidavit on Sunday, including vote fraud committed by Detroit ballot counters. Zachary Larsen, who served in both the Bill Schuette (R) and Dana Nessel (D) administrations, was a Republican poll challenger and arrived at the TCF Center in Detroit to observe the absentee ballot counting process last week. Larsen said “the secrecy of the ballot was not being respected” throughout the process. “Instead, the second official at the table where I was observing was repeatedly placing her fingers into the secrecy sleeve to separate...

Gov. Andrew Cuomo predicted Sunday that some elected leaders across the country will strike a “different tone’’ - and take COVID-19 more seriously - now that President Trump lost the election. “I think the [coronavirus infection] numbers are gonna go up and Americans are gonna get how serious this is,’’ Cuomo told ABC News in an interview. “I think you’ll see a different tone now. I think you’ll even see some governors take a different tone now that Mr. Trump is out of office. I think you’ll see scientists speak with unmuzzled voices now,’’ Cuomo said. “We’re coming up on...

Douglas Benefield had his back to his wife when she opened fire on him Sept. 27, according to the Manatee County Sheriff’s Office. Benefield, 58, later died, and the woman, Ashley Benefield, 28, was arrested and charged this week with second-degree murder. Details about what detectives believed happen were included in an affidavit in support of an arrest warrant for Ashley Benefield.
