The court also will allow ballot harvesting in Michigan. This tactic is illegal in most states. It means anybody can turn in a vote for a prospective voter. Nearly 350,000 dead registrants remain on voter rolls across 41 states, according to an audit (pdf) conducted by the Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF). Taiwan scrambled fighter jets on Friday as 18 Chinese aircraft buzzed the island, crossing the sensitive midline of the Taiwan Strait.
