After a long winter, it's just become warm enough to sit outside in the Swedish capital and people are making the most of it. The price of oil has sunk to levels not seen since 2002 as demand for crude collapses amid the coronavirus pandemic. Brent crude fell to $23.03 a barrel at one point on Monday morning, its lowest level since November 2002. Josef Neumann, the most gravely wounded victim from a Hanukkah machete attack at a rabbi’s home in Monsey, New York, died on Sunday, law-enforcement sources said. He was 72.
