What is your point? No matter what he had, and I would guess that he did have something as many do, he would still be alive if he did not get this virus. And it's quite scary because I'm guessing he had access to excellent health care and it did not mean anything.
Folks this is a pandemic. People die in a pandemic in fact the Spanish Flu killed 600,000 killed in the USA one hundred years ago.For all the advances in the last century we still have more to learn. So humble yourself and move on.
Would he be alive if he did not have the other serious preexisting conditions and only had coronavirus though? 80% of coronavirus infections only show mild symptoms without any admission to hospital, like The British Prime Minister for example.
That, surely is the point.
Would he be alive if he did not have the other serious preexisting conditions and only had coronavirus though?

What again, is your point? Specifically what is your point from a practical standpoint?
Should we go on with life as ususal and sacrifice those who have underlying conditions (which I would conservatively guess is well over 50% of the population once you go over 50 years old)?
IOW, Trump puts you in charge. You have complete control What you say goes.
What is your plan?
Read my last post again. I already made my point .
Should we go on with life as ususal and sacrifice those who have underlying conditions
Who said anything about sacrificing anybody?
You did. I sure didn't.
Fact remains, average age of the coronavirus deaths in Italy ( which has the worst record by far) is over 79 years. That is higher than the average life expectancy before cironavirus.
Being mortals, we don't usually live forever. We got to go sometime, especially when we get to 80. And I am taking as an old geezer myself.
