Ilhan Omar (D-MN-05). “Ilhan Omar does not represent me as a Muslim, does not represent millions of Muslims in the Middle East. You know, like in Arab countries, we call her the Muslim Brotherhood,” Idan said during a recent appearance on “The Sara Carter Show.” “They are extremist Muslims, Sunni Muslims, who are now working together with Iran against all the Arab countries,” she said of the Muslim Brotherhood. “They’re working now with Hezbollah, with Turkey, with all that. JERUSALEM — House Speaker Nancy Pelosi slammed President Trump’s decision to target arch Iranian terrorist Qassem Soleimani as “provocative and disproportionate” and announced the House will soon vote on a resolution to limit Trump’s war powers. Rewind nine years. On October 20, 2011, an excited Pelosi released a statement celebrating the death of Libya’s Moammar Gaddafi during the Obama administration’s U.S.-led NATO operation targeting Gaddafi’s government. Back then, Pelosi did not seek legislation to limit Obama’s war powers during the seven month Libya conflict even though there was no imminent threat against America in that country at the time. https://www.breitbart.com/middle-east/2020/01/06/klein-nancy-pelosi-celebrated-killing-of-gaddafi-slams-trump-for-eliminating-soleimani/

Imagine if a district attorney charged you with wrongdoing, then let the charges hang over you indefinitely? That’s the stunt House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has been pulling, sitting on the articles of impeachment against President Trump since Dec. 18 with zero regard for the Constitution. Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Lindsey Graham accuses House Democrats of “trying to hold these articles over the head of the president,” denying him a chance to be acquitted.

When it comes to Iran, the Democrats who want to be president are full of sound and fury. They are certain President Trump has brought us to the brink of war and demand answers about the imminent threat of attack the administration cited. But if you ignore the noise and focus on their actual words, you notice a giant hole in the criticism. The leading Dems are not arguing that Trump was wrong to drone Qassem Soleimani, nor have they said flatly they would not have approved the mission. Their sound and fury, then, amounts to empty screeching and nothing...

A top Iranian official tweeted a photo of the country’s flag following Iran’s attack on Iraqi air bases housing US troops. The post by Saeed Jalili, Iran’s former nuclear negotiator, was an apparent response to President Trump, who tweeted a photo of the American flag last week after the US killed Iran’s top military general.

Democratic presidential primary candidate Joe Biden urged President Trump to heed advice from his national security advisers and team of military officials when responding to escalating tensions with Iran after earlier comments Tuesday, where he called the president "dangerously incompetent" and on the verge of leading the U.S. into another war in the Middle East. Following Iranian missile attacks targeting U.S. military and coalition forces at two bases in Iraq early Wednesday, Biden, who was speaking a campaign fundraiser in Philadelphia, said: “I just pray to God as [Trump] goes through what’s happening, as we speak, that he’s listening to...

Time Magazine was slammed on Tuesday over a bizarre article meant to help parents explain the significance of the killing of Iranian Gen. Qassem Soleimani. "If you need help talking with the children in your life about the aftermath of Iranian Gen. Qasem Soleimani's killing, @timesforkids has a guide to explaining the topic," Time tweeted. In the introduction to the "guide," Time for Kids executive editor Jaime Joyce acknowledged that children who are watching the news "are likely to have lots of questions" about last week's airstrike ordered by President Trump and that it's a "difficult topic to explain to...

U.S. Rep. Liz Cheney, R-Wyo., called House Speaker Nancy Pelosi an “embarrassment” Tuesday evening after Pelosi reportedly attended a Washington restaurant opening following Iran's missile fire against U.S. troops in Iraq. “Speaker Pelosi is an embarrassment and unfit for office,” Cheney wrote as she retweetd a photo posted online purportedly showing the speaker at the restaurant in Washington's Navy Yard neighborhood. “Closely monitoring the situation following bombings targeting U.S. troops in Iraq,” Pelosi had tweeted earlier, before she was photographed at Danny Meyer’s Maialino Mare restaurant. “We must ensure the safety of our servicemembers, including ending needless provocations from the...

Full Title: Ted Cruz: Iran missiles fired at Iraqi airbases were 'in a very real sense' paid for by billions that Obama sent Tehran Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, said Tuesday he believed the missiles Iran launched at Iraqi airbases where American soldiers are stationed were "in a very real sense" paid for by the billions of dollars the Obama administration sent to Tehran in 2016. Cruz told "Hannity" that Trump's predecessor wrongfully "appeased" Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei in hopes of reaching detente, which only served to further empower the regime.

Republican lawmakers have resurrected a bill that would make English the official language in Wisconsin, renewing their argument that the measure will push immigrants to learn the language and make them more attractive to employers. Sens. André Jacque, Dave Craig and Steve Nass began circulating the bill for co-sponsors Monday. The proposal would declare English Wisconsin’s official language and require all state and local government officials to write all their documents in English. The bill would allow for the use of other languages in certain situations, including to protect a citizen’s health or safety, to teach another language, to facilitate...

[R]esearchers using NASA's TESS (Transiting Exoplanet Survey Satellite) and the Spitzer Space Telescope have confirmed the presence of a nearby planet called TOI 700 d. The world sits comfortably in the habitable zone of its host star, and from what astronomers can tell, it appears to be a lot like Earth. The best part? It's relatively close. Okay, so as we've all come to learn, "close" is a relative term when we're talking about objects in space. In the case of TOI 700 d, "close" means that the planet is hanging out at a distance of around 100 light-years. That's...

A watchdog group named Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez on Tuesday its “Porker of the Year” for 2019, citing her sponsorship of the costly “Green New Deal” proposal. Citizens Against Government Waste President Tom Schatz said the New York Democrat received 54% in the group’s online poll, easily beating out Sen. Elizabeth Warren of Massachusetts, who garnered 25%, and four other candidates. “The results are not surprising, as Rep. Ocasio-Cortez’s $93 trillion proposal exemplifies the Congress’s failure to protect the taxpayers’ hard-earned money,” Mr. Schatz said. “For pushing a radical plan that would destroy the American economy, Rep. Ocasio-Cortez deserves the distinction...

Hunter Biden, the son of presidential candidate Joe Biden, is the "biological and legal father" of a child he fathered with an ex-stripper, an Arkansas judge ruled Tuesday, contradicting the younger Biden's previous denials that he had any role in the pregnancy. In an order establishing paternity, Independence County, Ark., Circuit Judge Holly Meyer noted that the results of DNA tests indicated Biden was the father "with near scientific certainty," and instructed the Arkansas Department of Health to issue a birth certificate listing Biden as the father of 29-year-old Lunden Alexis Roberts' child. Roberts, who The New York Post reported...
