The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are considering setting up a second base in the US and will use their upcoming trip to California to test out a move, it is believed. Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are said to be favouring a stateside relocation that would see them spend large parts of the year in the country of the duchess's birth. The Sussexes are expected to spend Thanksgiving with Meghan's mother Doria Ragland as part of a six-week break from Royal duties. Next month's trip, which will be baby Archie's first visit to the States, comes after Harry, 35,...

... There will never be peace between the Arabs and Israel. Why not? Because, as noted, the Arabs don't want peace with Israel; they don't want Israel, and will look for any excuse to avoid any kind of peace agreement. As Netanyahu once observed regarding the prospects for peace in the area: "If the Arabs put down their weapons today there would be no more violence; if the Jews put down their weapons today, there would be no more Israel." Or, as Golda Meir before him observed: "Peace will come when Arabs will love their children more than they hate...

Wildfires are continuing to ravage California as they force 200,000 to flee their homes and threaten the Getty Center which houses historic artwork. NBA star LeBron James was among those to flee their homes. He took to Twitter writing: 'Man these LA (fire emoji) aren't no joke. Had to emergency evacuate my house and I've been driving around with my family trying to get rooms. No luck so far!' Eighteen minutes later he wrote an update: 'Finally found a place to accommodate us! Crazy night man!' He also added: 'I (praying hands) for all the families in the area that...

CHARLESTON, W.Va. — Mountain Valley Pipeline, one of the major construction projects crossing West Virginia, has extended the timetable and price for its expected completion. The pipeline’s developers announced last week that construction now isn’t expected to concluded until late next year at a cost of $5.3 to $5.5 billion because key aspects of the giant project have been challenged by federal regulators and in the court system. The original cost estimate when work began in February 2018 was $3.7 billion. The original estimated completion date was the fourth quarter of 2019 — now. The pipeline’s developers say it is...

U.S. president outsmarts Putin -- leaves him with Syria headaches as U.S. withdraws. According to conventional thinking, President Trump’s decision to withdraw U.S. troops from northeast Syria opened the door to a resurgence of ISIS. “Make no mistake, President Trump ignores the national security threat posed by ISIS at our nation’s peril,” Senator Bob Menendez, the top-ranking Democrat on the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, said last week. How foolish Senator Menendez and his fellow critics look now after President Trump announced on Sunday that a special operations raid, which he had approved and closely monitored, resulted in the cowardly death...

Addressing a conference of African-American church congregations in this vote-rich city, Pete Buttigieg quoted scripture on Sunday morning and extolled his “Douglass Plan” to combat racial inequities in America, one of several attempts this weekend to confront his strikingly low support among black voters. But Mr. Buttigieg also undertook a delicate task before the African Methodist Episcopal worshipers. As a gay, married man addressing a denomination that does not allow same-sex marriage rites, he tried to seek common ground over being members of minority groups whose civil rights have come under attack. It was a nod to his sexuality, following...

Pray For the Peace of Jerusalem (Music in The Bible) Psalm 9 Psalm 9[a][b] For the director of music. To the tune of “The Death of the Son.” A psalm of David. 1 I will give thanks to you, Lord, with all my heart; I will tell of all your wonderful deeds. 2 I will be glad and rejoice in you; I will sing the praises of your name, O Most High. 3 My enemies turn back; they stumble and perish before you. 4 For you have upheld my right and my cause, sitting enthroned as the righteous judge. 5 You have rebuked the...

JERUSALEM, Israel – The US military operation that resulted in the death of ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi was dedicated to Kayla Mueller, a young Christian woman who was kidnapped, tortured, and murdered by the Islamic State. Mueller, 26, was abducted by ISIS in August 2013 in Aleppo, Syria while serving on a humanitarian mission with Doctors Without Borders. US officials said Baghdadi tortured and repeatedly raped her at his compound before announcing in 2015 that she died in captivity. Her body has never been recovered. White House National Security Adviser Robert O'Brien told NBC's Meet the Press" on Sunday...

Political correctness is certainly not the name of the game in these classic pieces of gun marketing. It was just plain old fashion wild wild west advertising back in the day. Is that guy teaching his son how to hunt? Where are their iphones, video games and couch? Well, buddy, this is how a father is supposed to raise his son to be a man, not a bump on the couch of life. The iconic Red Ryder BB Gun is the first “gun” for many of us. I still have mine! Boys armed with realistic toy guns? Yes, we had...

Schiff was one of a number of congressmen who were not notified of the impending raid against ISIS that resulted in the death of Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi. This despite the fact that Schiff, as chair of the House Intelligence Committee, would be automatically in the loop regarding any such effort. President Trump announced that Schiff, among others, had been left out during questions following his Sunday speech announcing he successful mission. He made no bones as to the reason why: “We were going to notify them last night but we decided not to do that because Washington leaks like I’ve...

The fact that conservatives are outnumbered on college campuses isn’t groundbreaking news. The amount of ink that’s been spilled recounting the left’s stronghold on the academy and the threats that such ideological imbalance poses to rigorous academic inquiry—not to mention the perverse effects it wields on the culture—has been enough to fill volumes of journals, articles, and books. But, given that robust dialogue and competing ideas are crucial for the pursuit of truth, the need to shine a light on higher education’s ideological homogeneity is crucial until a healthier balance is established. A recent talk by North Carolina State University...

CNBC's John Harwood, best known for his extreme bias against Republican and conservatives and in favor of Democrats, has let his Trump Derangement Syndrome get the better of him in the form of tweeting displeasure over the death of ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi. Like many Democrats, Harwood was outraged that Trump went around members of Congress, even though that's what a commander-in-chief can do. How many of Obama's scandalous actions went right around the Republican Congress?

After winning the first two games on the road, the Washington Nationals lost three games in a row in their World Series home stand against the Houston Astros this weekend following several snubs of President Trump by the team and protests by fans. After scoring a combined 17 runs in their two opening victories the Nationals have only scored one run per game while getting blown out at home by the Astros who have scored a combined 19 runs in their three road victories. When Trump announced he would be attending a possible Game 5 on Sunday, the Nationals announced...

Joe Biden has finally granted a TV interview -- to Norah O'Donnell on 60 Minutes. But O'Donnell granted a fairly typical CBS interview offering typical anti-Trump softballs that didn't clarify President Trump's charges against Biden and his son Hunter, but confused them further. O'Donnell puffed up Biden by telling him "The Russians are targeting you." Biden replied "The Russians don't want me to be president and Trump doesn't want me to be the nominee. Then she offered another non-question. O'DONNELL: But President Trump says Russian interference is a hoax. BIDEN: He's an idiot -- in terms of saying that. Everybody...

In an interview which aired Sunday on CBS’s “60 Minutes,” 2020 Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden defended his son’s dealings in Ukraine that led to him being appointed to the board of directors of Burisma Holdings despite having not having any experience in the energy sector nor knowing the language. According to the former vice president, Hunter Biden “did not do a single thing wrong,” adding investigations back that up. “[Hunter] was already on the board, and he’s a grown man,” Biden outlined. “And it turns out he did not do a single thing wrong as everybody’s investigated.” Biden went...

WASHINGTON – Former First Lady Michelle Obama encouraged military families and elected officials this week to “keep the pressure on” the country’s leaders to expand the support and understanding of those who care for injured and ill veterans and service members. Speaking to a room of military and veteran families Wednesday, Obama said getting to know that community during her time as first lady “changed me forever.” “You’ve changed the way I see service. You’ve changed the way I see war,” Obama said. “You’ve changed the way I see this entire country, and whether we simply talk about the values...

midst of another coup frenzy that has the Left accusing him of being crazy. But he already took the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Test. It was a simple cognitive exam and he aced it, as would most people. The Left, remember, had called in a Yale psychiatrist to testify that Trump was demented, during the lulls between the first impeachment, the serial “Russian collusion” hoaxes, the emoluments clause psychodrama and Robert Mueller’s “walls-are-closing-in,” “turning-point,” and “bombshell” investigation. Perhaps the wrong public figures took the test. At times, former Vice President Joe Biden is unaware of which town, indeed which state, he...

BRUSSELS (Reuters) - The European Union agreed on Monday to delay Brexit until Jan.31, said the bloc’s chairman, Donald Tusk. “The EU27 has agreed that it will accept the UK’s request for a Brexit flextension until 31 January 2020,” Tusk said of the idea of a “flexible extension”, which means Britain could go earlier if its fractious parliament ratifies the divorce bill. The bloc now awaits an approval from London. Once that is in, a 24-hour countdown will start when member states can still object or else the decision will have been taken. “This will allow for the decision to...
