FBI agents went to James Comey's residence and retrieved a secret, previously unreported memo he drafted the night before the agents arrived, well after he was fired as FBI Director, according to bureau documents released Wednesday in response to a Freedom of Information Act request by the transparency group Judicial Watch. Additionally, Comey told agents "spontaneously" that, to "the best of his recollection, two [memos] were missing," according to the documents. A source familiar with the probe has confirmed to Fox News that the DOJ Inspector General's office is reviewing whether Comey's memos improperly contained classified information, among other matters.

Attorney Tina Glandian appeared in front of Judge Michael Toomin on behalf of Smollett to overturn the judge's own decision to appoint a special prosecutor to investigate how the actor's case was handled, but it didn't work. Farah, Sr., a real estate developer and community leader in Flint, Michigan, made the large donation on June 22. DARPA’s Subterranean Challenge is trying to address those needs. It’s a multi-phase competition aimed at promoting robotics technologies that can traverse, navigate, map and search underground environments.
