It’s a 1970 Plymouth Superbird that could be would be worth $250,000 or more if it were in great shape, which it very much isn’t. The rusted-out Nascar special gained attention on BarnFinds.com due to its rarity. It’s one of about 300 that were equipped with a 440 six-barrel V8 and a four-speed manual transmission. The seller says that the engine shows 48,000 miles and is original, but had the factory carburetor setup replaced with a dual quad unit at some point. The ‘Bird’s B-5 blue paint and white interior combination make it even more uncommon, but the fact that its...

June 21, 2019 (LifeSiteNews) – The US Bishops are wrestling with the mass exodus of a half of a generation from the U.S. Church, one of their Committee heads has said, but while the Bishops appear to be concerned and eager to address the issue, the question remains as to whether they will take an honest and comprehensive look at why this is happening.

In the Twin Cities, officials and immigrant advocates say they are hearing concerns over news of planned nationwide raids to deport immigrants living in the U.S. illegally. The operation, according to President Donald Trump's tweets, involves people with final orders of removal. They were expected to start Sunday, but the president announced Saturday that he'd asked Immigration and Customs Enforcement to delay it by two weeks. "It's been a lot of fear and uncertainty," said Kerry McGuire, a staff attorney at the Immigrant Law Center of Minnesota. McGuire said her organization, as well as other nonprofits, noted an uptick in...

Not unlike the political divisions in America today, Judaism is equally divided. There are those that support Palestine as having rights beyond Isreal. And those that do not. Where do you stand?

The white supremacist who rammed his car into a group of counter-protesters at a far-right rally in Charlottesville, Virginia, killing 32-year-old Heather Heyer, has asked a judge for mercy. Attorneys for James Alex Fields Jr., 22, blamed his behavior in part on the “trauma” he suffered by growing up knowing that his Jewish grandfather had murdered his grandmother before committing suicide, The Associated Press reported. Fields’ attorneys made the claim in a sentencing memo submitted to the United States District Court in Richmond, Virginia on Friday. Fields is scheduled to be sentenced on June 28 after pleading guilty in March...

Did an illegal alien just call on US citizens to intervene in the lawful arrest of other illegals? Sure sounds like it. On Joy Reid's MSNBC show this morning, Jose Antonio Vargas, whom we've dubbed the MSM's Favorite Illegal Alien for his frequent TV appearances, said this: "The question now is: what are Americans citizens willing to risk? Like, what are you doing with your privilege? If you see someone getting arrested in front of you, if you see someone, you know, you're riding a bus, you're on a train, ICE shows up, they ask for papers. What are you...

Gov. Kate Brown dispatched state police to round up the lawmakers, prompting Dallas Republican Sen. Brian Boquist to warn the authorities to “send bachelors and come heavily armed.” A larger demonstration was expected Sunday.

Democrats aiming to buy Black votes by promising to force non-blacks to pay them damages for the injustices of slavery were stunned by the opposition of two Blacks testifying at a subcommittee of the House Judiciary Committee. Columnist Coleman Hughes opposed reparations, saying that they “would insult black Americans, further divide the country, and insult descendants of slaves victims without their consent.” His testimony was roundly booed by Democrats attending the hearing, prompting Chairman Rep. Steve Cohen (D-Tenn) to put down his piece of fried chicken long enough to ask the audience to “chill. Granted, this is unorthodox testimony coming...

Los Angeles and Seattle are in chaos. As is San Francisco. It is the result of the left in charge. They feel the East Coast, no matter what will vote Democrat. So why fix things? In Los Angeles, rodents have decided to go upscale and move into City Hall. That’s rather fitting. However, one would think that LAPD’s headquarters being cited by the state for its health violations would be an embarrassment. Wouldn’t it?

Dear Care and Feeding, [snip] My boys seem to like the center so far. The only hiccup has been “the brown guy” that is in their classroom (their words for him … I’ll call him “T”). [snip] Both of my sons have complained that T has hit them and generally makes a lot of noise in class. I mentioned this to an employee in their classroom (not the teacher herself, who was tied up at the moment), who told me that T has “boundary issues” and promised to make sure the teacher knows what has been going on. Is there...

When the rape allegations brought against President Trump by advice columnist E. Jean Carroll surfaced on Friday, you could instantly predict that we were going to see a standoff between supporters on both sides. That’s been playing out over the weekend already, but one interview that Carroll did on Friday night caught my attention. She appeared on MSNBC and one of the expected subjects came up. She’s made a very serious charge in her upcoming book, far beyond any sort of harassment or inappropriate touching, so is she going to bring charges?Apparently not. That’s her call to make, of course,...

Sunday on NBC’s “Meet The Press,” Wall Street Journal columnist Peggy Noonan said President Donald Trump’s style of “harum-scarum” was exhausting the America people. Noonan said, “Do you remember on the Ed Sullivan show when we were little children? There was a guy who came and balanced plates. There would be a stick, put a plate up, get it going, get another and then he would run back and forth just trying to keep them all up. Balancing plates is part of the tone of this administration and of this president.”

If “global warming,” already twice re-branded as “climate change” and now “climate catastrophe,” were a genuine phenomenon, those promoting the scare would not need to hype naturally-recurring cyclical phenomena as evidence of irreversible change. Yet, over and over again, we hear that, for example, drought in California is permanent – until last year’s record rains……or that “the end of snow” is at hand. This photo of a dog sled team going through some meltwater on ice in Greenland has made headlines….but it’s just a snapshot of one place, with summer approaching. Nothing really all that unusual is going on.

VIDEO OUCH! I was attempting to discuss my upcoming live streams of the Democrat candidate debates in Miami on June 26 and 27. However, Teddy the Golden Retriever who is an unashamed attention hog (or dog), got jealous of me paying attention to the camera and decided to completely upstage me, first with a few nips at my feet and then biting my arm and drawing blood. While I was struggling with Teddy, the volume was knocked out on my camera in about the final minute and a half. Perhaps that is a good thing because you don't have to...

The FBI raided prominent Democratic politician Jack Evans early Friday morning. He is accused of corruption and conflicts of interest. That there is big money in politics may be America’s original sin and one that is not easily cleansed. Look, our democracy is only as good and honest as the people we elect and the people in Washington D.C better start making better choices. From The Hill: FBI agents raided the home of D.C. councilman Jack Evans (D) on Friday, a day after a confidential memo made public alleged that Evans “knowingly” violated ethics rules to benefit his friends and...

If sharks and sunburns don’t scare you at the beach, perhaps this will: Most species of Vibrio are essentially harmless, but some are responsible for diseases like cholera, or can rarely cause flesh-eating skin infections, especially in people with weakened immune systems... But presuming it holds up, the study could help explain a well-supported pattern—beachgoers who swim in the ocean are more likely to get sick with stomach aches or ear infections soon after than those who stay on the sand. And though the bulk of the blame can be tossed on the germs (often from poop) that get into...

Obama officials are accused of holding backchannel communications on how to defeat President Trump’s foreign policy. Last year, John Kerry was caught engaging in shadow diplomacy with Iran through meetings with their foreign minister and others. It is believed he is also telling them how to circumvent President Trump and destroy his policies. Dianne Feinstein also met secretly with Iranian Foreign Minister Javad Zarif recently, knowing he is responsible for directing the Iranian terror plots. She has his number on her cell phone. According to The Daily Beast, a far-left Democrat newspaper, The Obama Team told Iran not to escalate,...

Sunday on NBC’s “Meet the Press,” President Donald Trump said given another chance he would not appoint former Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-AL) as attorney general. Host Chuck Todd asked, “If you could have one do-over as president, what would it be?” Trump replied, “It would be personnel.” He continued, “I would say if I had one do-over, it would be, I would not have appointed Jeff Sessions to be attorney general. That would be my one.” Sessions’ recusal in the 2016 Russian interference probe led to the appointment of special counsel Robert Mueller.

Vice President Mike Pence made his rounds on cable television on Sunday morning. One of the issues that repeatedly came up was crisis along our southern border.CNN's Jake Tapper grilled Pence on the inhumane conditions detainees are facing, including lack of toothbrushes, blankets, showers and other basic necessities. Pence, however, said it is Democrats who have withheld funding to address the situation. "That's why the president has continually called on Congress. He's said, 'let's give them another two weeks before we engage in the deportation effort,'" Pence explained, referencing President Trump's last minute decision to put a deportation sting on hold....
