When some illegal immigrants are released by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), they are literally flying from the border, reportedly without valid identification. The border crisis has put such a strain on bus lines and local accommodation that the Transport Security Administration (TSA) is apparently violating its own security measures, the Washington Examiner reported Friday. For six months now, the TSA has been ignoring the rules it created to make the skies safer for travelers in the wake of the 9/11 terrorist attacks. There are 15 documents that the TSA considers to be valid for a passenger to board an...

The last frenetic, quirk video from Vlad's "Theater of Orpheus" collection. What to say about this piece? The most remarkable thing I find is the last picture of a portrait of Orpheus with his eye turned back. I never caught this before and it tells me that Orpheus is frozen in time, always looking back. This is what lovers do -- pine and look backwards. A tragic fate almost like the character Miss Havisham in Dicken's novel or Lot's wife who looked back and turned into a pillar of salt in the Bible. This is a sin and it denies...

Former Clinton friend and advisor, Dick Morris suggested in February 2018 that the Steele dossier might have been made up by the Clintons and that Steele was only used to provide it some credibility: “The reason Hillary hired Fusion [GPS] is because she needed someone more credible than Sidney Blumenthal and Cody Shearer to float these charges,” Morris alleges. Just as the Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee used intermediaries in financing the Steele dossier to keep its fingerprints off a document styled as intelligence and not opposition research, Shearer allegedly used the tactic of laundering to ensure that...

The move marks Elliott's second major splash in the world of books in the span of a year. Last June the New York-based hedge fund acquired Waterstones, which, with more than...

Tweets at link. Donald Trump Jr., President Trump's son, had a strong rebuke Friday for New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio after the 2020 presidential candidate called anti-Semitism a "right-wing movement." Rashida Tlaib, D-Mich., and Ilhan Omar, D-Minn., to describe a political movement as "anti-Semitic." "Yea all those right wingers like Rashida Tlaib and Ilhan Omar heading the Hamas Caucus in Congress," Trump Jr. said, referring to the Palestinian militant group that fires rockets into Israeli territory. On June 3rd the Society of St. Pius X published an interview of Bishop Bernard Fellay who, until last July, had served as its Superior General for twenty-four years. Before we take a look at some of his comments, I wish to say two things. First, Bishop Fellay occupies a special place in my heart and in my prayers. He played a key role in opening my eyes to tradition. I vividly recall back in my “conservative adolescence” (as I like to call it) watching one of Bishop Fellay’s conferences on the state of Rome and thinking, “This is how...
