Has this photo been 'shopped?? Look at the faces in the back row....especially the women in the middle and to the right...or are the Romney boys going after women with some serious cheekage and eyebrows? Appears they placed Mitt's eyes and forehead on the other family members. Or am I just imagining things?

BEGIN TRANSCRIPT RUSH: I'll tell you what else is gonna happen. There is still going to be private sector health care for the rich. It will still exist. It exists in Great Britain. It exists in Cuba. You think Fidel uses what his citizens use? Ha! Doctors from Spain flew over to try to fix his colon, which came detached 'cause he didn't want to wear a bag. That's when he got sick. He got really infected in there. But in this country, it's gonna be the same. If you don't want to pay insurance because you're a rich guy,...

Have you ever heard of the Rule of Threes? It’s a guideline used widely in writing and communicating that dictates that your message is clearer and more effective when you can convey it in three parts. For example, in the Declaration of Independence, Thomas Jefferson wrote that every American had an inalienable right to “life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.” Drop any one of those, and the sentence is somehow less effective. You know who else was a big fan of the Rule of Threes? Steve Jobs. Over at Forbes, Carmine Gallo writes: Steve Jobs applied the Rule of...

The Supreme Court’s decision to uphold ObamaCare Thursday offered an immediate financial boost to Republican candidates at all levels, GOP operatives and fundraisers told BuzzFeed. While both the Romney and Obama campaign boasted that the decision had juiced their small contributions, the spillover to candidates for the Senate and House appears, by the early anecdotal evidence, to have been more pronounced for Republicans. Many Democrats, after all, continue to avoid talking about the unpopular legislation, while Republican candidates have now sharpened their mission: To repeal ObamaCare. South Carolina-based Republican consultant Wesley Donehue said it was the best week of fundraising...

'I deserved it' Shocking it is that millions of handout-junkies could be so shameless, even contemptuous while sponging off you their whole sad life... alas, it seems they learned it from their 'progressive' masters- such as with Michelle Obama and her permanent vacation... Both then go to great lengths to defend each other's privilege and benefits while vilifying those who are forced to underwrite it all, perfect example being the recent case of disgraced Washington DC City Councilman Harry Thomas Jr., forced to resign in January when faced with federal charges for theft and filing of false tax returns- the first such resignation in DC Council...

It is sometimes fascinating how certain purposeful intentions and actions can align themselves to the point of convergence. Case in point. I had come to the personal conclusion that Google has and is becoming much too large, too diffuse, too intrusive and much too much part of the problem of loss of privacy on the internet. As a consequence, I decided to move my internet research activities over to Yahoo. I have used Yahoo in the past – in fact Yahoo was the go to search engine back when I first started using the internet in around 1997. Yahoo, in...

National Procurement, a branch of the NHS National Services Division, arranged for staff who are deemed to be "regular users" of cars for business to get the cars through a taxpayer-backed vehicle-leasing scheme. The role of National Procurement, which is funded by the Scottish Government, is to buy medical supplies for the NHS, and to "increase savings" for the health service. Figures provided by National Procurement in response to a Freedom of Information request showed that 40 employees, or one in eight members of staff, had used the 4x4s and convertibles to drive to work. Much of the

Republicans can repeal Obamacare with a 51-vote majority in the U.S. Senate through budget reconciliation, according to an architect of the health care law, Rep. Henry Waxman, D-Calif., who also made a death panel-style indictment of the Republican budget. “I think they could do it,” Waxman told Newsmakers when asked about reconciliation. “I think the American people have to understand that if they vote for Romney and they vote for Republicans to have control of the house and the senate, there’s a good chance that the health care bill will be wiped out and all these benefits will be wiped...

SHELBY, N.C. — The day after a newspaper in the small town of Shelby, N.C., reported that the Te Deum Foundation had acquired nearby land for a new Catholic seminary and monastery, a group of nuns in habits stopped at a local service station. Fifty years ago — 10 years ago and, to some extent, even today — many Southerners regarded Catholics as unsaved and Catholicism as a non-Christian mystery religion. But that day, everyone at the station greeted and welcomed the sisters. One woman even asked the nuns to pray for her injured nephew. This acceptance marks a sea...

A secret business deal between the government of Guinea and a multinational firm with a U.S. partner aided by the Obama administration’s wrongheaded foreign policy could cost American businesses billions. The funds, according to the loan agreement, were to finance the start-up of Guinea’s state mining company, Heritage, but the cash allegedly disappeared and the...
