Folks, I am trying to report someone that committed immigration fraud. This guy from India obtained H1-B by using fake Bachelor of Science degree certificate. I tried reporting this to ICE but ICE is asking me for his exact Visa status. I do not know his current visa status. All I found out is the fact that he obtained H1-B using fake degree certificate. Any suggestions on how to report this and whom to report?

PARIS — The French Senate on Tuesday overwhelmingly passed a bill banning the burqa-style Islamic veil in public, but the leaders of both parliamentary houses said they had asked a special council to first ensure the measure passes constitutional muster amid concerns its tramples on religious freedoms. Excerpted per FR posting rules.

Dear FReepers, Over the years, a vanity post listing favorite sidearms, long guns and hunting rifles has appearred on FR with predictable regularity. Considering the highly popular and enthusiastic responses, I'd like to learn more from the sophisticated shooters on this forum about optics that you might bet your life on. Are many of you using ACOG, Trijicon, night vision, or infrared riflescopes? After seeing our Marines using the CQB sights that had various Bible verses listed upon them, I decided to learn more. I'm happy to report to you that our troops are getting wonderful optics packages, which are...

I own a small business. About two hours ago, a woman came through the door marked NO ADMITTANCE EMPLOYEES ONLY and started talking to one of the guys, asking questions about the business. He tried to point out to her that she had just walked through a door that was pretty clearly marked as for employees only and she waved that off and produced a business card that said she was a UPS Representative. The guy said, so does that mean you work here? Some of our guys have an attitude, you see. I don't know where they get it,...

It is very clear that the Obama Administration knows its approach to health care is unpopular. Thus, the short term Medicare head, Donald Berwick–who Obama gave a recess appointment to so he wouldn’t have to testify in a Senate Committee about his rationing views–pretended that we can expand coverage, while not raising prices and not cutting care in a speech yesterday. What a joke. From the Associated Press story: The nation’s health system can’t be transformed by rationing medical care, President Barack Obama‘s new Medicare chief said Monday in his first major speech. Dr. Donald Berwick’s appointment earlier this summer without Senate...

It was just days ago when a little heralded story by McClatchy hit the news with a stunning headline - "Fidel Castro says Cuba's economy is broken". The offhand statement was made to The Atlantic Magazine's correspondent, Jeffrey Goldberg... who then failed to press the former Cuban dictator more in depth. According to Goldberg's blog, Castro replied, "The Cuban model doesn't even work for us anymore." Goldberg didn't pry into Castro's surprising statement, but said he believes it was clear what the aging leader meant. "He said it in an off-hand way, but not jokingly," Goldberg wrote The Miami Herald...

MIRAMSHAH: A salvo of missiles fired by US drones killed 11 militants in Pakistan's tribal badlands on Tuesday, the 10th strike targeting the lawless Afghan border area in 11 days, officials said. The Pakistani officials said four missiles hit a militant compound in Bushnarai village in Shawal district of North Waziristan, where Al-Qaeda-linked and Taliban fighters have carved out strongholds beyond government control. A fresh surge in US missile strikes has killed more than 60 militants since September 3 in Pakistan's northwestern tribal belt. “Eleven militants were killed in today's drone attack,” a senior Pakistani security official in the area...

Fiscal Policy: Sen. Mitch McConnell has introduced a bill that would extend the Bush tax cuts for another year. Are there enough Democrats running scared in this economically difficult election season to pass it? If enacted, McConnell's bill — the Tax Hike Prevention Act of 2010 — would keep the Bush tax cuts from expiring in a little more than 100 days. All the income tax brackets — from 10% at the bottom to 35% at the top — would remain in effect through 2011. The marriage penalty would not return under McConnell's bill, the $1,000 per-child tax credit that...

A righteous man regardeth the life of his beast: but the tender mercies of the wicked are cruel.(Proverbs 12:10) There is an old Rabbinic proverb that goes something like this;”Whoever is kind to the cruel, is actually cruel to the Kind”. The way the Proverbs of Solomon relates it, The tender mercies of the wicked are cruel…”. The point is that the godless, do not lack mercy, it’s just that they exercise it in a way that actually hurts people. This is because their godlessness causes them to be morally skewed. The unforseen consequences of their ‘mercy’ end up amounting...

Introduction During Ramadan, the printed and electronic Arab media, including the jihadist websites, published numerous articles on jihad, with a special focus on the link between jihad and Ramadan.
