This ABC News clip broadcast on 9/11, PROVES ABSOLUTELY there was NO controlled demolition of the World Trade Center Twin Towers. The North Tower started to buckle several minutes before it collapsed. Controlled demolition is instantaneous. Explosives would cause the building to fall imemdiately. In fact, the speed of collapse is claimed as evidence of controlled demolition. "The Tower is LEANING" the police see, several minutes before collapse. The police could...

Workers at Boeing's 787 fuselage assembly plant in Charleston, S.C. have decisively voted to get rid of the Machinists union as their bargaining representative with the company. The vote was 199 for decertification of the International Association of Machinists (IAM) union against 68 for retaining it. The vote means that Boeing Charleston becomes a non-union plant. It will compete with Boeing Everett, an IAM stronghold, to be the site of a second 787 Dreamliner assembly line. A decision on that site selection is expected by year end. Boeing spokesman Tim Healy said the company is pleased with the outcome. "Boeing...

Here are a few common sense questions for Barack Obama after his performance last night: President Barack Obama: “Our collective failure to meet this challenge – year after year, decade after decade – has led us to the breaking point.” Common Sense Question: If we are at the “breaking point,” then why doesn’t your government-run insurance plan start until 2013? President Barack Obama: “There are now 30 million American citizens who cannot get coverage.” Common Sense Question: On August 20, you said 46 million Americans were uninsured. What happened to 16 million Americans?

In the context of our New American Revolution, the radicals who would subvert our constitutional republic and replace unalienable rights with contrived entitlements have ill will. Many of them, especially those in power, are extraordinarily intelligent. That intelligence must be respected. It does not have to be honored, but must be acknowledged and accounted for in how we handle them, just as one would respect a knife held by an assailant. To act is if it is not there would foolishly expose oneself to attack. If an opponent's weapon is acknowledged, the mutual awareness levels the playing field somewhat. Opponents...

The president’s health care speech last night consisted of discredited canards bookended by emotional manipulation. Between his distortions, token gestures for opponents, and lengthy bouts of tongue-lashing, Barack Obama signaled he will continue pushing forward toward socialized medicine. However, it seems likely he will move incrementally through a final bill that will nationalize health care a year after the next presidential election. “You Lie!†Let Me Count the Ways The bulk of his speech consisted of recycled falsehoods long since dismissed. To note the highlights, one can begin with the moment that caught everyone’s attention: Obama’s denial that “our reform...

Here is an exclusive to an exclusive photo brought to you by none-other-than Jesse Griffin, a/k/a Trig Troofer Jesse, the Trig Troofer is in the green shirt sitting next to the obsessing Geoffrey Dunn.. Meanwhile, Mr. Griffin seems to have had a brain aneurysm while reading the Vanity Fair article on Levi. Essentially much of what Levi says in the article is in direct opposition to things I have learned over the last five months. I don't know what that means yet. I am still very confident in my sources but I also had a lot of faith in young...

GANJGAL, Afghanistan — We walked into a trap, a killing zone of relentless gunfire and rocket barrages from Afghan insurgents hidden in the mountainsides and in a fortress-like village where women and children were replenishing their ammunition. "We will do to you what we did to the Russians," the insurgent's leader boasted over the radio, referring to the failure of Soviet troops to capture Ganjgal during the 1979-89 Soviet occupation. Dashing from boulder to boulder, diving into trenches and ducking behind stone walls as the insurgents maneuvered to outflank us, we waited more than an hour for U.S. helicopters to...

During the 4PM ET hour of live coverage on MSNBC Thursday, co-host David Shuster denounced the behavior of Republicans at President Obama’s address to Congress, declaring: “You look at the image of the Republican Party, all white males with short haircuts. They look sort of angry. No women, no minorities, and it looks like they’ve sort of become unhinged.” Shuster and co-host Tamron Hall moderated a debate between Democratic strategist Patrick Murphy and Republican strategist Alex Conant, over the impact of Republican Congressman Joe Wilson shouting out ‘you lie!’ during the President’s speech. Shuster claimed: “The video of the Republican...

Buy a new General Motors car. Don't like it? Return it and get your money back. General Motors, in a bid to appeal to consumers upset about decades of poor quality and the carmaker's government bailout, is launching an unusual program: money-back guarantees. Between Sept. 14 and Nov. 30, buyers will be able to return Buick, Cadillac, Chevrolet or GMC products within 60 days if they don't like them, the automaker announced Thursday. Such programs are commonplace in other businesses, but not for cars. For one thing, cars cost, on average, about $25,000 and they lose a lot of value...

WASHINGTON — Democratic congressional leaders predicted passage of health care legislation within a few months despite undimmed Republican opposition, claiming momentum Thursday from President Barack Obama's speech and renewed commitment from lawmakers fresh from a month of meetings with constituents. Increasingly, events in the Senate Finance Committee appeared pivotal, precursor to likely votes in both the House and the Senate by early October. "I'm confident the president will sign a bill this year," said House Speaker Nancy Pelosi of California. While effusively praising Obama's speech from the night before, Pelosi and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid of Nevada signaled separately...

A new school year is under way, but we already can grade the condition of American education. Let's just say no ``honor student'' bumper stickers will be necessary. The typical child entering first grade this year can expect taxpayers to spend more than $100,000 on his or her education through high school. (The Department of Education reports the average annual per-pupil expenditure in U.S. public schools is now more than $10,000.) But the data show that, all too often, our six-figure investment in every child's future doesn't guarantee a quality education. A recent national test of eighth-grade students found that...

Dear John Ziegler/"Media Malpractice" Mailing List Members: Many of you have written to me inquiring about why my Los Angeles talk show is off the air. My attempt to tell the real story has taken many bizarre twists and turns. Originally my account was to run in the Orange Country Register, but, under pressure they broke their agreement. Finally, I have been able to write about this whole new episode of "Media Malpractice" which you can read about here The original story that the Register posted and then pulled down can be read here All of my old KGIL shows...

I think a lot of people are missing something here, I hoped I could bring focus to it more. This girl Kenya is trying to buy a house. That gets lost in the child prostitution part(and for good reason) but what it does is expose a part of the mortgage crisis that us conservatives have talked about for a while. ACORN couldn't do what it's doing without all the help it gets from government. Not just the 501c3 status, but also all the laws on the books that make way for politically correct loans. Now let's say this all actually...

Skipping over all the flowery bits at the beginning and end of President Barack Hussein Obama’s 48-minute long address to a joint session of Congress on healthcare, what's left is:* Disingenuousness (“We spend one-and-a-half times more per person on health care than any other country, but we aren't any healthier for it” and “The reforms I'm proposing would not apply to those who are here illegally”); * Obfuscation “The public insurance option would have to be self-sufficient and rely on the premiums it collects,” “I will not sign a plan that adds one dime to our deficits” and “The plan...

BRUSSELS — The European Union’s commissioner for the environment sought Thursday to tamp down expectations that wealthy nations would immediately hand over vast sums of money demanded by developing countries to manage global warming. Such funds “cannot be a blank check,” the commissioner, Stavros Dimas, said at a news conference. José Manuel Barroso, president of the European Commission, the E.U.’s executive body, said fast-emerging economies should be expected to do more to finance efforts to combat climate change... Under the plan, E.U. member nations would pay €2 billion to €15 billion, or $22 million, annually by 2020 from their national...
