I am running Internet Explorer 5.0. In the last few days I have had a problem on Free Republic. When I go to a thread from the 1st 100 postings and then use the "back" button (or the "refresh" command after left clicking), the previous Windows do not close. I am therefore left with a couple of open windows.I'm not sure I'm describing this problem correctly, but if any of you have had it, you'll know what I mean. I have re-installed I.E. 5 and it has not helped.Anyone else?

Got probably 98% of Free Republic into this database. All the way back to Dec '97. (Try Start At 50)
