Obama Born In The U.S. ? New Facts Say; “Probably Not!”
Let me be the first to admit that I have been a constant debunker of the “Obama Born Overseas” stories. How could it be possible? How could the DNC, Hillary, Edwards, the RNC, McCain, Romney, AP, BBC, ABC, FNC, etc, (and every 100th listing in the DC phone book) not have checked this out to its last level of possibility?
Well, it appears that they didn’t! Everyone assumed “the other guy did it.”
Forget for the moment all the clues left by the high-priced Obama and DNC legal teams. They are huge.
Obama and the DNC always argue “standing.” They could eliminate every legal challenge in 5 minutes by simply producing a certified copy of the original long-form birth certificate. Throw in the testimony of the Hawaii Registrar of Documents, a few retired FBI chief document examiners, and the doctor who delivered him for good measure.
If they did that in two or three courts of record, in light of the obvious media coverage it would receive, every other court nationwide would accept the precedence and the cases would all be over.
But they don’t. They keep telling the courts, “please don’t hear this case.” No proof of any kind. Just the legalese argument that the plaintiffs have no standing before that court.
That’s so overreaching, it’s like buying a refinery to get a 3000 mile oil change! And one day, some court is going to say…. “Show me the money, er,. ah, I mean, Show me the documents!”
But there is a second, and perhaps new point!
Where is that doctor who delivered him, or the midwife?
Stop and think. The delivery of a half Negro – half Caucasian baby was rare anyhere in 1961. Oriental babies were common in Hawaii of course, but a half Negro-half Caucasian baby with the funny name of Barrack Obama, in Hawaii? In 1961?
Even of you were a Republican, if you delivered a future President of the United States, wouldn’t you call some newspaper somewhere with your story. Or if you were the assistant obstetrician, or the anesthesiologist, or the scrub nurse?
What about the circulating nurse, or the pediatrician, one of a dozen nurses on the 24 hour-a-day shifts in the nursery, one of many nurses on the ward where Mrs. Obama would have stayed for three days, a records registrar, a technician of any kind, hell, even the janitor!
What about the clerks, ambulance drivers….. somebody ?!?!?!
Anybody ?!?!?!
Wouldn’t someone have been yelling their “credit” for this from the rooftops???? The date when he was born is (supposedly) known. Certainly all these (supposed) people would know where they were working then!
Where is somebody, anybody, who was there or even remembers the birth?

I googled the subject, too, and got no helpful hits. Looks like I need to talk to a hospital archivist to find out. The point is we both are saying we don’t know and are not making claims based on ignorance.
Certain people like to forget that Larry is a human being and prefer treating him like pond scum. I think he has as much, if not more, credibility than the Obamanoids. I really enjoyed his challenge to Michelle O.

You could search the thread for 22cal. The poster mlo has a POV that colors his thinking. He has not been intellectually honest and has also posted veiled personal attacks. Certainly dishonesty and wishful thinking is the case for many on both sides of the issue. That does not excuse others' personal attacks on him.

1. Many people knew Madelyn Dunham at the time, and have recalled their experiences with her. When she became a grandmother, that would have been a memorable event.
2. Whites were already in the minority in Hawaii at the time, but blacks were nearly nonexistent, and a white woman and a black man in Hawaii having a baby in 1961 was totally out of the ordinary. It would be hard for the doctor and the nurses to forget that.
3. The daily, incessant media coverage of Bambi and his Hawaiian saga would have either jolted their actual memory, or caused them to have false memories -- the latter is one of the reasons why eyewitness testimony becomes more unreliable with time.
4. Obama was allegedly born about six months after JFK was inaugurated. Common event that occur contemporaneously with uncommon ones are recalled to a greater extent than ones that occur in a common and random time period.
Yes, as far as having evidentiary proof of Obama's birth.
No, as for having definitive proof of forgery and document fraud. The federal forgery laws (and Hawaiian Statutes as well) also apply to facsimiles of official government documents and not just the actual documents themselves. The key determinant is the intent behind its creation and usage.
Its sole purpose was to deceive and defraud the American people and their Government. The evidence that Obama is a fraud continues to mount like the snow in Montana.

These were natives or natural-born citizens, as distinguished from aliens or foreigners. Some authorities go further, and include as citizens children born within the jurisdiction, without reference to the citizenship of their parents. As to this class there have been doubts, but never as to the first. For the purposes of this case, it is not necessary to solve these doubts. It is sufficient, for everything we have now to consider, that all children, born of citizen parents within the jurisdiction, are themselves citizens.’ Minor v. Happersett (1874) 21 Wall. 162, 166-168.”

Look at that, you have Justice Gray citing the court in Minor who are themselves citing the “Laws of Nations” definition (they didn’t directly cite that treatise but the definition used is taken therefrom) of natural born citizen = person born in US to “citizen parents” = nbc .
In Minor, they clearly established who was a “natural born citizen” beyond any doubt, a definition that does not include Obama. As to persons born in the US to foreign parents they said, as directly quoted in Wong Kim Ark by Justice Gray, “As to this class there have been doubts, but never as to the first.“

For the purposes of Minor and Wong Kim Ark, the Supreme Court didn’t need to reach the “natural born citizen” issue as neither person was running for President, so they rightfully punted by limiting their holdings to the issue of whether each person was a “citizen”.
But they discussed the “natural born citizen” issue thoroughly. Justice Gray in Wong Kim Ark quoted this EXACT passage from Minor. And in doing so, Justice Gray and the court punted on whether Wong Kim Ark was a “natural born citizen” specifically limiting their holding to state that the person was a “citizen”.
There’s a clear distinction made in the Wong Kim Ark case between “natural born citizens” and “citizens”. Justice Gray’s majority opinion said Wong Kim Ark was a “Citizen” but went no further than that. (Intentional?) Since Wong Kim Ark wasn’t running for President, they were able to punt:
“The evident intention, and the necessary effect, of the submission of this case to the decision of the court upon the facts agreed by the parties, were to present for determination the single question, stated at the beginning of this opinion, namely, whether a child born in the United States, of parents of Chinese descent, who, at the time of his birth, are subjects of the emperor of China, but have a permanent domicile and residence in the United States, and are there carrying on business, and are not employed in any diplomatic or official capacity under the emperor of China, becomes at the time of his birth a citizen of the United States. For the reasons above stated, this court is of opinion that the question must be answered in the affirmative. ” (Emphasis added.)
They held that Wong Kim Ark was a “citizen” but they did not hold that he was a “natural born citizen”. And Justice Gray thoroughly discussed the definition of “natural born citizen” in his review of the Minor case wherein the Supreme Court in Minor adopted the Laws of Nations definition of “natural born citizen” as being the only definition which is free of doubt.

I agree with everything you said except that section above. The DNC,RNC,MEDIA,McCain,and everyone in Government knew that Barack Hussien Obama aka Barry Soetoro from Indonesia was not constitutionally qualified to be President.
McCain kept his mouth shut because he was not qualified either as he was not born on US soil. Both McCain and Obama are US citizens but not “natural born” US citizens. (That is IF Obama was born on US soil....which we still do not know, and he may not even be a US citizen at all.)
Steve - it is odd how these shill for O post multiple messages and spam any birth certificate threads. This happened just the other day on another thread where a shill for O spammed the thread all day long with multiple messages with the same content in each message.
He then sent me 24 emails say FU (spelled out) within a 20 minute period. There job is to just hijack threads and it is ALWAYS threads having to do with O’s BC.
There is also the fact that none of them wanted to be seen at attempting to block Obama from the presidency since in the words of a liberal writer “Obama is the magic negro”.
That more than anything has been behind the attempts to shunt this issue into oblivion.
No one in the government wants blacks outraged enough to riot.
I predict that if Obama continues on his present course of action there still will be riots and quite possibly his impeachment, trial, and removal over this issue, as the economy crashes.

One just got temp banned because he sent me an email 24 times in 20 minutes saying FU using the full words. He also posed as a friend for a while and talked about how he converses daily on the phone with Dr. Orly Taitz.
